Great experience working with Zach Tyree in sales. He was professional, courteous and went out of his was to ensure we were well taken care of. The entire prices was quick and easy. Would certainly recommend Venice Honda for future buyers

Service department check in and out was great. We give Joel an excellent rating. The reason for only 3 stars (probably should have only given 2 stars) is there is scratches and a gouge on the black strip to the right of the window on the drivers door which was not there when the car was brought in.

While looking to buy a car my husband and I went to at least 6 different dealerships. We also spent a lot of time looking online. He came across a car we thought looked good at Venice Honda. We went without an appointment. The car we wanted had just recently came in and was getting an oil change. We met Aaron and he was great from the start. No high pressure sales. Very factual and helpful. He was able to get us in to test drive the car. Signing the paperwork was quick and easy. The finance guy Peter was also great. Again, no pressure and very friendly. I d definitely recommend this dealership to purchase a car.

Fabulous Dealer ExperienceSalesman Douglas went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed in my price range.They do have a dealer reconditioning fee but didn't affect my purchase plans.I am beyond happy with my new car that will last me Years to come.Finance person S�bastien was able to get me a lower interest rate than the one I walked in the door with from Navy FCU. Entire process less than 3 hours start to finish. I drove from Zephyrhills to purchase this car. I read a lot of dealership reviews from Lakeland to Sarasota Tampa to Clearwater. They are by far the best.

This is the second car we bought from Venice Honda. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed I was throughout the process. We were able to walk around first with no one bothering us. I ve been to some dealerships that have salespeople waiting in front of the parking spots. Our salesman wasn t pushy and ultimately we got a fair deal done for both parties. Very pleased

Our Honda Pilot 2022 service was overseen by the service representative Joel Schuchmann. He is personable, responsive, and very professional. He took good care of us. It is fun to see your crew work their variety of positions to keep the service department humming. It is a busy place and well run.Also, your selection of greeting cards are excellent!We enjoy doing service with you in Venice.Note: we received the Honda message to say how we liked the service. It was much easier to go on line to reach you. The other was having me sign in, etc. Anyway it was too confusing for me to figure out.

Sorry, didn t go to Venice Honda first before the other dealerships. I was treated very professionally by everyone involved with my purchase. The sales rep Cameron Belter was very good, polite, and professional .He was working with several buyers at the same time and did a great job. Also the sales manager and finance gentleman were very good. I would recommend Venice Honda to anyone. A great dealership!

I was treated quickly and with respect. The service man kept me informed of things the car needed. The place is modern and comfortable. I had a lovely afternoon. I also was given an appointment quickly, so I didn t have to wait a long while.

Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation . I change oil and rotate tires every 5 thousand miles. I must be doing OK car has 156000 miles. Service rep says oil shows 59% life. I advised it needs changed by my schedule. Forgot the coupon for good price, rep says will give you $10.00 off. OK I m there. Told Rep wanted tires rotated, and mentioned last time I was there I asked for rotation but it wasn t done. Rep says why do you come back if service was bad. Then tells me why they didn t rotate last time. OK but I m the customer I know what work is done on this car and I asked tires to be rotated. Get more of same back from Rep and I again indicate it s my car and I m the customer, rotate the tires.Have you folks seen your online reviews on Venice Next door? I have been coming in since 2019. If I m going to have to argue with what I want done, I ll go elsewhere. Attitude of Rep just not in any way acceptable business practice. Good luck keeping customers with Reps like that.

Chris, my Honda rep had all the paperwork ready for a quick transfer which went flawlessly then, Chris took me to my new Accord & explained everything that I should know for easy operation The only hangup was in the F&I Office waiting for a callback from Honda Ontario to clear a fraud alert It took over two hours for a callback. Spencer, the F&I manager did a great job explaining everything Hats off to the Venice Honda team

Walked into Venice Honda not entirely sure what to expect but knowing we wanted to buy a car. Met with Zach who was very kind and patient showing me the car I wanted exactly. I was extremely appreciative that he didn t try to push or persuade me into something I didn t want. He connected us with Peter who was literally key to us getting the car. I am also extremely appreciative of his hard work and knowledge getting us a great deal and making this possible for us. Once the deal was set we sat down with Spencer who provided us all of the details of the financing. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended this dealership and will certainly be back!!

I went to Venice Honda to trade in my vehicle for a Honda because they're great cars. Gilberto was amazing, very friendly, informative and accommodating. I would recommend Venice Honda to anyone. It was super easy and less hassle than other dealerships I've used in the past. It was an over all great experience. Finance department was amazing also thank u Spencer

Mike was my salesman - he did a great job! Very patient with me - I was there 5 hours and test drove multiple cars. He knew what I wanted and worked hard to find me my perfect car! Tommy did a 5 star financial analysis of leasing vs buying. At the end of the 5 hours I am a happy customer and encourage anyone looking for a car - used or new - do your homework- know what you want and go to Venice Honda! Ask for Mike!!

Aaron was quite thorough in his review of the vehicles I was interested in and was genuinely interested in meeting my needs. We had been looking at other brands and Aaron was able to distinguish the differences that mirrored what other brands were saying and applied it to my needs.Tom, in Finance, ensured that we understood every facet of the transaction and ensured that there was zero confusion before we closed the transaction. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. I had inquired about the value of my car on their website, because I was interested in a used 23 Civic Sport Touring. I made an appointment with Kelsey and when I arrived at the dealership was greeted by Chris. I explained that I needed a car that was more fuel efficient than my current one, but I wanted something with comparable features to my current car. The used car I was interested in was very nice, but the numbers did not make sense. Chris suggested running numbers on a new car, because the interest rates and incentives would be better. A new Sport Touring was a bit out of my range, but he suggested the EX-L, because it gave me all the features of my current Accord. Chris and the Peter, the finance guy, went above and beyond to get me into the car at a payment I was comfortable with. I had only owned my 19 Accord for 5 months and had a lot of negative equity in it, due to the market values dropping vs when I bought the car. They gave me much more for my trade in than it was worth and Peter made a call to Honda to get my fiance and I approved at a Tier 1 credit level. They even stayed late so we could finalize the deal. I appreciate all their help and work. I will be back to do business with them in the future.

A great buying experience. Left with the exact Honda Pilot the wife wanted. The numbers were what I wanted. Zack was my salesman. He was great. I offered him a job I was so impressed. The finance manager was great too. They made us happy. I highly recommend.

Cameron made buying a vehicle easy and stress-free, which is typically the opposite experience. His attitude, helpfulness, knowledge and honesty was refreshing after spending the previous days dealing with anxious salespeople and high-pressure managers at other dealerships. Cameron also went above and beyond with his post-sale support and communication. Importantly, I also felt I got a great car at a good price. I would definitely recommend Venice Honda based on my experience with Cameron.

Ryan was very good with us and did a good job explaining everything. We did end up with a good deal although it took some time to get to that point. Spencer was thorough with the financial paperwork and was very efficient. We didn't like the fact that when he was going over the different warranty deals and we declined them, he came back twice more with lower prices. Why weren't we offered the lower price in the first place?

I called and visited multiple Honda dealers looking for a hard to find model. Venice Honda had the car I wanted and was the only one that agreed to the price I was comfortable with. They were absolute professionals in every way. We were in and out in our new Civic Type R in less than an hour. A simply great experience all around. Special thanks to Chris our salesman. I had a great experience with Zach and Kara. They gave me a fair price on a new 2024 Honda Civic. They provided me with a price including discounts ahead of time and when I arrived to buy the car, Zach was welcoming and everything went smoothly. No unexpected fees or expenses. The financing team was also great. A very easy car-buying experience and I would highly recommend. I will seriously consider going back here for future purchases!
