This company butchered my car, waisted my time and lied to me!!(The first photo is the initial damage I came with/ the others what the shop did while they had my car)I forgot to mention in this he hit it so hard it smashed against another car not only damaging the passenger but driver.I waited a while to write this, but it s a long time coming.. I gave my car to this VAB to repair for an insurance incident. Not only did I have a to wait 7 months for my appt but when the time came the man at the desk had no clue who I was, so the lady who made my appt never put me into the system or something. They did get me in tho so I can be thankful for that, but that and only that.. I was calling while it was there for updates and they were cool with me at first. Then about 3 weeks in I start to ask what s holding it up and they gave me 10 different excuses about waiting for parts, and once one part came in the next part was still not there and so on with that part struggle. Also this shop is directly across the street from where I was working at the time so I would pass it and see it at times, well one day about week 4 I drive past and i see it out front and this now the entire passenger side is smashed, while my car was there the manger or who ever was running this place has ran into my vehicle with another customers car and had almost no explanation for this for almost another week. When I do get an explanation they just tried to blow it off. They told me they would fix this and also pay for the rental, frustrating but I understand mistakes happen so I agreed. Well not only did the first spot they were supposed to fix look like absolute garbage but the parts he was responsible for fixing also look like absolute garbage (panel gaps, orange peel paint, over spray over my entire roof/sunroof, there s what look like a sand paper scratch down my passage door window frame, there s primer spots all over other fenders as well, I even had interior peace s not properly installed back) not to mention while I was watching them fix my car they had left it outside with no doors on it for 3 days.. so after having my car for almost 2 1/2 months I get nervous and I m trying to figure what s really going on, my main concern was I wouldn t have a rental bc my insurance only covered it for the first accident up to 30 days and sense he said he would cover everything I didn t report the accident and damage he had caused. (I know now this is where I messed up) i had come to get the car finally and brought with me the recipe from the week long car rental I paid for out of pocket. And this man tried NOT paying for my rental and would NOT give me any kind of discount or compensation. It wasn t till I threatened to get a lawyer did he pay for the rental and not all of it but only 5 days of it he would cover I had to get rides to work, I had to miss days I had to cancel trips. And this man sent me out the door like I was the bad guy. Unfortunately I don t have the resources to peruse this legally or otherwise I would. Please save yourself the time and money, go with any other shop. I heard such good things till this

After becoming a senior, and with the crazy Florida traffic, I have a lot of fender benders and have repeatedly taken my car to Venice Auto Body. The manager George is a pleasure to work with, the entire staff is friendly and true professionals. They do outstanding work at a price that beats other body shops!

I want to offer my recommendation to Venice Auto Body and Paint (ABP). After a mailbox jumped out and damaged my tail light , ABP quickly and very economically installed a replacement tail light. Great work George owner and Ryan technician.

I had substantial damage to my Tucson from hurricane Ian and this shop did an amazing job with the repairs and repaint. Looks like brand new. George was very accommodating, making sure everything was just right. They even vacuumed out my car and wiped down the dash before I picked it up. Highly recommend this shop. George is professional, courteous and extremely fair. We brought our BMW in for an estimate to repair a front bumper scrap. George looked at it (plastic bumper) and retrieved this magic solution which took off the other cars paint from my bumper.No Charge and it looks great! If I had the bumper painted it would have cost between $500-$1K. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend Venice Auto Body!! I had a dent in my rear bumper and they were able to get me in right away and had my car completely restored in less than an hour. My car looks brand new again. I also wanted to note how kind and professional the staff are. As a college-aged female, I felt very comfortable here and would recommend them to anyone! My vehicle suffered a lot of damage from hurricane Ian. So glad I took my car to Venice Auto and paint. The owner looked over my car and the estimate my insurance gave me which was not even 25 percent of the cost to repair. He called my insurance and got another adjuster out and made sure my car was returned to its original condition. Can't thank him enough. Workmanship is top notch quality. Great prices. This is the place to go for auto body repair. Owner and staff are very nice and honest. Just had a small job but they did an excellent job. Thank you.Well, I just used them again for my Honda Civic that someone backed into in a parking lot. The paint man here has to do the best work that I have ever seen. Flawless. I highly recommend Venice Auto Body. They are kind, honest and supremely helpful. George, the owner, is a problem-solver extraordinaire. I stopped there because I couldn't get my hood opened to change my oil. Within 15 minutes, they had removed the grill, fished out the line and made my hood latch functional again. Thanks, George & Team!

In early January of 2023 I had an accident on I-75 in Georgia on the way to see a friend in Venice, Florida. My car's front door on the passenger side was bashed in and the door window broken. It was hazardous to drive my car the way it was. I was told by other body shops it would be March or April before they could repair my car, as they were backed up due to Hurricane Ian. George with Venice Auto Body arranged to have my car repaired, good as new, and ready for pick up in less than two weeks after I dropped it off. Was on the road again Jan. 20th, 2023! I highly recommend Venice Auto Body!

I ve had my 2021 Acura RDX repaired here twice for different incidents. George in the front office is courteous, professional and follows through. The work is perfect. After the hurricane we had a significant amount of car damage where there were a lot of minor scratches and dings. Venice auto body did a great job, ensuring they caught every single one. When we went to get the car there was a miscommunication about it being ready. We Ubered there and there was one last thing that needed to be done but it couldn't be done until the next day. To make up for this mistake they went above and beyond, offering a free car detailing. They were super apologetic and it was clear they genuinely felt bat about the inconvenience. And while, no one likes those kinds of mistakes to happen, I am giving them five stars because they way they apologized and made up for it showed me how seriously they take customer service.Service: Body & Trim

amazing! if i could give 6 stars i would!! my cars front end came off on a thursday before a family trip, i got my car in friday morning and it was ready to be picked up before i even got back! needless to say having my car back in a couple days and $100 later was an absolute miracle especially when 2 other shops said it would be months! 11/10 recommend venice auto body to EVERYONE who is having car body problems :)

In response to owners reply - what is rude is gluing a car emblem to a mercedes.... No, you did not fix it, even after coming back a second time (note the "new one" you removed was missing a plastic insert).. I had to remove the emblem after bringing it back to you so you could remove all the glue you used (on the paint) to force it onto the back of my mercedes since you couldnt figure out how to properly replace it - has to be turned the right way since it's curved.. You literally had to clean all the glue off thar you put on, and get a new emblem, which you put on wrong a second time - I fxed it at home later. Happy to post the pics if youd like further embarrassment for you shotty work..... actually since you want to call me rude, I will find them... you did poor work and you know it, DO NOT EVER GLUE ANYTHING TO A CAR!!!!If you like letting a repair shop try to get things right multiple times, this is the place for you. Sadly I ultimately had to redo their work. Wouldn't recommend even for a 1994 Geo Metro..

I brought my 2020 Mercedes Sprinter Van here after someone left a scratch and small dent on the driver side, when they opened their door.Although the repairs were not done here, the owner looked at it immediately, gave us his professional opinion and connected us to a dent specialist. The owner was able to buff out the scratch immediately, his customer service and overall friendly vibe was above and beyond.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident in the Round-A-Bout on Jacaranda/Venice Ave. My boyfriend recommended that I bring my Focus in to Venice Auto Body for the body repairs. I did and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly way I was greeted and then with the lovely clean office/lobby. This place is defiantly not your run of the mill auto body shops that I ve been in which scare you! The owner Jerry worked with the Insurance Company and had my car fixed and back to me with in a few days. I am pleased with the work that was done and would bring my car back if I ever have to get paint /body work done again.

Venice Auto Body shop was a pleasant surprise recommended by my insurance agent All state. Jerry the owner was the best...got my wife's Honda in quickly and repaired the next day...can't say enough about him and his office which is beautiful, showing his attention to detail... This shop is great! I only needed a small repair, wasn't even sure they would take it on. The owner came out and looked at it. Not only did they complete the job with good quality work, but they did it quickly in spite of having a shop full of work going on. Great, courteous service, reasonable pricing. I'll go back there for sure anytime I need body or paint work and recommend them to all my friends.Service: Body & Trim

Needed a minor repair: front lower 'air dam' nose clip body panel on my wife's BMW X1 was knocked loose/off by a curb stop. (My fault!)Read the rec'ds about VAB&P: called, they told me to bring it in next afternoon, and it was carefully repaired and ready the next day as promised. Reasonable cost, quality repair. Car is back to cosmetically fine. Highly recommend them!

Called at the end of business one day, and Heron was very friendly and said to come on over. Of course, I made it at five minutes to closing, but there was no rush whatever.Both Heron and Jerry were professional and knew what they were doing. I got a written estimate, and they realized that the car that hit me had come in earlier, so they were able to see what damage had happened to both cars.They were helpful, accommodating and professional. I called the next day to ask for an update on the estimate, which they quickly provided, no problem. Heron also explained a bit about the insurance process which was helpful.

I took my car in to Venice Auto Body, and they had it repaired the same day. As a bonus, Jerry is a humble, good guy, so they have a lifelong customer in me. If I could, I would give them 5 stars, 4 thumbs up, and would even throw in 50,000 bonus points
