I have used Valvoline for 2 1/2 years now. This particular location was super friendly and quick. Not only that, they explained how a different oil would be better for my car and save me money. Top notch guys!

Carson, Brian, and Layne took excellent care of my car and also gave me a coupon for an oil change. I was traveling from out of town and the crew here serviced my car quickly and comprehensively. They even told me I didn't need to change my air filter after checking it. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Went there for an oil change and they claimed my oil pan plug was spinning freely. The previous oil change was done by my mechanic and I never had an oil leak. Right after the oil change at Valvoline, oil leaked out all over my driveway. Took it back to my mechanic the next day and he said the plug had been stripped. He had to put a larger threaded hole and replace with a larger plug. No issues since. When I contacted Valvoline to inform them, they did absolutely nothing for me. The oil change ended upCosting me close to 400.00 with the repairs and lost oil. Not to mention the oil stains on my pristine concrete driveway. Never, ever go to this hack shop!

Brought my car in for an oil change one month ago. Soon as I got home I noticed an oil puddle under the vehicle. After contacting corporate they sent a tech to my house to fix the problem. He came and said you filter is tight and have no leak on the drain plug. Week later still noticed oil under the vehicle on the floor, contacted corporate again, they stated they would upgrade the situation to urgent. I am still waiting on a tech to contact me three weeks later. Really bad customer service, do not use this location.

We came to replace the oil on an old Volkswagen Jetta of 2010. The guys said that my engine will work only on European oil. I asked what would change if I filled in cheaper oil, and I received an answer that no one guarantees that everything will be fine with the car after this replacement. Elementary playing on a few words. They forced us to replace the oil for 145 dollars (�15 $ extra oil � was also added to the check???). Also, I heard something like, look at the cars you drive, that is, with all this, they also made fun of me. I feel like I've been cheated. For some reason, I wanted to trust them at first, but I feel like a fool:/.

The kids running the place were ridiculous, laughing and joking and cutting up. I asked the kid to check my transmission fluid level.. he said he already did and it was good.... well he did not check it properly the vehicle was off when he checked it, the vehicle is supposed to be on when you check transmission fluid, so he asked me to turn the truck on, but he asked me to start my engine after it was fully drained of oil, the guy below started yelling to turn it off. I was parked outside an empty bay for over 5 minutes, and once finally parked in the bay the whole shebang took over another 25 minutes, not cool. And the kids kept trying to cut up with me asking fairly personal questions. I'm pretty sure they were all stoned on weed! This is the worst 15 minute oil change I've ever had. Avoid this location, the employees are incompetent clowns. Photo taken after sitting idle Infront of an empty bay for over 5 mins with no employees in sight, most likely hiding smoking pot.. smh get some employees that have pride and integrity please.

On August 31st, 2023, I came in to change the oil in my SUV. Long story short, after the oil supposedly was "changed", I decided to recheck the oil level, and found out it was higher than recommended. This was not a big deal, so I decided to drain the excess oil myself only to find out that the oil was BLACK in color, meaning it was NOT changed during the service.My receipt from the shop showed that I paid for the oil and oil filter change. When I checked the oil filter, it was not the Valvoline brand-name, but the NISSAN oil filter, which was installed during the previous oil change at a dealership.I was charged for oil and oil filter that were never changed!!!Had a short argument with the manager (Michael), called the cops, and finally got my refund. The manager (Michael) was the one that "poured" the oil into the engine during the oil change, but he said it was Sean who performed the service on the "TOPSIDE", basically, throwing his employee/team-member under the bus and not taking responsibility for his own actions.I would not recommend their service to anyone. If you do decide to use their service, have a way to verify that the oil and the oil filter was indeed changed.Michael in the attached picture.Service: Oil change

I payed $4800 for a new engine after using this service center. The tech did not recognize that the radiator cap was defective. It was sealed until after he opened it to check level. The cap had worn rubber from age but it should have been spotted and replaced. My engine over heated and the heads warped. Brought this to the attention of Valvoline and they never returned my message. This is unacceptable more a major corporation and none of my family or friends will ever utilize their service and I continue to tell my experience and steer people away! I wanted to complain in a larger way but didn t know how until now.. $4800 due to negligence on their part ?!?!?!! Don t bother with their sorrows and please send your vin! All they do is deny and find any excuse to place the blame on the consumer rattan take take the responsibility on themselves! I hope they fold nation wide!!

They did a great job on my Honda Accord Hybrid plus were very friendly... did a bunch of other checks for free and the price was very reasonable. Oil change done quickly too. What's not to like! They even allowed me to use a $15 coupon which brought the price down further and they let me keep the coupon to use next time! My dear wife mentioned what a good experience she had changing the oil in her Honda Fit with Valvoline and she was right, as always!

Nov.26th 2023Only one person kinda of knows what he is doing and the other are just body's standing around. Was here close to two hours. Go somewhere else! There are alot of other places.

I have used this station before for oil changes and received good service. But yesterday I received exemplary service and decided I needed to write a review. As part of their service, they pulled the air filter. They set it so that I could see that it was fine and that was what they told me when they approached my window - no nonsense about needing a new filter. When the oil change was complete, they had me start my SUV and they found that the oil filter was leaking. They advised that they would be replacing the filter and topping off the oil and that's what they did. They brought over the dipstick to show me that the oil level was right. So I felt really good about having my oil change done here and you should too.Service: Oil change

Stopped on Sunday July 17, 2022 for an oil change and radiator flush. No waiting, in and out within 15 minutes. Michael, Dominic and Antwaun did a great job. Very pleased with customer service and professional attitude of these employees. All fluids were checked as well as the tire pressure. A credit to your business. Definitely recommend!!! A+++++

I've used them for many oil changes and never had a problem until this time and it was as if nobody had a clue what they were doing, they were understaffed, and I found out the gentleman (Zachary) that usually worked when I had gone before was no longer there, they lost an excellent employee when he left. My simple oil change took over 30 minutes this time that's not including the long wait I had prior to getting to pull into the garage. Will not be back here again.Service: Oil change

Don t bring your vehicle to this establishment!!! I came in for a routine oil change and was told in a very detailed way that I needed some new filters and I needed to have my rear differential fluid changed.(All True) I was never informed that my drain plug was worn. I left the location and within three days notice oil in my driveway. When I looked under the car I could see a steady drip coming from the plug. I took it back to the location and the guy there says to me look at your ticket. The ticket says worn drain plug. It was not leaking before I showed up to get my oil changed and no one informed me at that time that I had a possible problem. The car had lost one quart of oil in 4 days after they did the service work.So I took it to a credible mechanic who asked me where it happened and he shook his head and said that s the fifth time this year he has had to fix a stripped drain plug from this location. Now I m out $400 for someone s lack of basic mechanics. For all I know they added the note after they stripped the plug and acted like they weren t responsible.(Picture Note)The car was only parked in the driveway for one night and several times throughout the next day. Thank god it was parked on the road or it would have been worse.As a follow up to the service claim, that was a complete joke of a process as well. I sent them the service ticket for repairing my vehicle and they just claimed the car has high mileage. Like I said before don t take your vehicle to this establishment.
