I was in the area and I got a nail in my tire, looked up the reviews for a near by place and ended up here. Manager David who helped Mark , as they teamed up to take care of my nail repair, and I decided to get an oil change also.. on top of that Mark noticed a loose piece of my car near my rear tire and he tighten up for me! Dylan helped also with my tire repair even though he wasn t assigned to it!I was well treated here specially as a female, they are professional and honest! They didn t try to lie about my car needing extra repairs like some places do. Manager David gave me such a great rate.I am so pleased and at peace with my repairs that I would definitely come back for any other service!Everyone seems joyful here with great attitudes! Amazing customer service!Trust the reviews! That s why I came here because of the high rating.. it has been worth my time and bringing my needed services here.

Absolutely STELLAR service from start to finish. Got a nail in my tire and David got me in immediately to look at it (compared to other places in the area who were going to make me wait 2-3 hours). Then, thankfully, the nail had popped out on its on and not punctured the tire wall enough to cause a leak. These guys had total integrity and instead of charging me for a whole new tire (which they could've tried to do), they showed me that there was no leakage and didn't charge me a thing! Extremely prompt, polite, and professional. I'm so thankful I chose this place. God bless them!

Excellent service. I got right in and they put a new tire on right away. They also adjusted the price to match what I was quoted on the phone even tho it ended up costing more. Definitely recommend going there.

Excellent service! The guys in the back are funny to watch and definitely look like they enjoy their job. Super friendly and great quality work! 10/10 Recommended for any services you may need on your vehicle!!! P.S I found out they service most EURO vehicles, they serviced my BMW

I was two hours away from home and got a flat tire. I came to Tuffys Venice via tow truck and they were able to replace my tire and put me back on the road in 30 minutes! So grateful! Thanks so much!

We have been servicing our car(s) here for the past 4 years and will continue to in the future. This location has employees that are customer service friendly, attentive, and willing to explore different options and pricing. Services have always been performed in a timely manner which is much more than i can say for leading competitors. The gentleman at the front desk, David is PLEASANT to speak with and very knowledgeable on services and pricing. Thank you for the 5-star experience today and every service!!!

Recommend this place over most! The employees are very knowledgeable and have the best customer service! If you want good services done to your vehicle, this is the place to go! Mark and Dylan are fantastic! Never a single complaint

Brought my car in due to a nail in one of my tires. The mail didn t go all the way through, so they removed it& checked for air loss. Since the tire wasn t losing air, they DID NOT CHARGE ME for their time! That never happens anymore!! I ll definitely be back for future needs. Great job guys - thank you!!

I went to Tuffy Tires with a leak in my tire, after looking at Mark found a nail unfortunately in a spot couldn't be repaired so had to buy new tire ill be honest thought good price and David really went over a bunch of different options they were both professional and really personable I was happy work was completed quickly and done right would highly recommend and will be using them in future. I was extremely happy with David and Mark.

KAYLA IS THE BEST EVER!! She was super quick to squeeze me in for a nail in my tire, and gave me a great price too! They are so friendly and helpful at this location, and if they can t help, they go out of their way to make sure you get taken care of somewhere. Customer Service is a priority!

Made an appointment online for 3pm for wheel alignment. They started 3:20pm because worker was out for late lunch. What s the point of making an appointment then? Just make the 3pm unavailable or something. Then they say he s here in 5min while it took 15. I hate that. I have other things to do also. Let s wait and see how they do their job! They finished quick i must say, so that s positive!

Excellent Service I had what was previously diagnosed as a bad tire sensor by a different mechanic. Took it to these guys and they took it in ( on schedule) checked the tire monitoring system, rest it and it works fine! Also had a different tire that had a slow leak. they found it, plugged it and sent me on my way. No Charge! My tires will need to be replaced soon and I will be going back and getting tires from them.

Kayla did an incredible job! I Realized I had a screw in my tire and no spare. Brought it in and she had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes! She went out of her way to get the job done quickly and correctly. I absolutely recommend this place!

Had what looked like a large nail in my tire. Someone suggested Tuffy Tire so I pulled in expecting an hour wait. Even though they were busy, took me right away! 5 min later they were done! Said honestly it was NOT a nail just a nasty piece of metal. No damage, no charge! Merry Christmas!

I don't know what happened this time because i've never had any trouble with this shop in the past. I brought my son's car in because it was shaking in the front and I thought it needed an alignment. I was called by the tech that told me that the driver's side tire had a bubble in it and he needed a new tire, I replaced both the front tires. When I went to pick the car up. The battery was dead, it was a 6 month old battery that I've never had any trouble with. I was told the car never started and the battery was dead when the tech took the car back. He told me that he tested the battery and it tested bad and that I needed a new battery. It was gonna be $260 for a new battery. So I decided to hold off because my husband works on cars and I wanted to make sure that the battery was really dead or if it could be charged. He put it on the charger and in 6 hours it fully charged and has stayed fully charged this whole week. The biggest problem is ever since we picked the car up from the shop. It's stalls at every red light or stop sign I stop at. This car has never stalled before. And now we can't get it a 1/2 mile down the street without it stalling out.. The mechanic told me that I had a lot of stuff going on with the car but wouldn't actually specify any of it. I definitely feel like I was being mansplained. And I would hate to think that they did anything to make it not run right but I brought it in for tires and now the car won't Drive without stalling out. I just don't feel like that makes any sense.

Had ordered two tires under the belief that I had issue with two and once staff checked out the tires they determined only one required replacement saving me hundreds of dollars.As a newcomer to the area with so many choices, so glad I chose Tuffys as they are honest, competent and David certainly ensured a terrific experience during the service.

Walked in and needed oil change. They took care of me right away. Did a great job, and I was back on the road. A great price not gouged like the other guys do.Will be comming back.

Excellent service. We re in a tight spot. Nail in tire as we were leaving Venice Florida for Pennsylvania. Fixed the tire in a jiffy with a smile on their face. Very fast: just drove up to get our tire fixed (a nail). Nice lady checked us in fast; car up - all wheels checked; nail pulled and plugged. Done and gone all in 20 minutes! Awesome experience on a holiday saturday weekend. Amazing. Thanks!
