Can t beat the buying experience here. I bought an suv for my wife in January at a big dealer in Tampa. This week I was all over Tampa Bay looking for the right truck and the right financing for myself. I found these guys and wish I could come back and buy another truck from them already! This place is so much better than going through a big dealer. I called Craig about the truck I wanted and he gave me the best advice on finding financing for my situation. They were straightforward and accommodating when I showed up. They sold me a super clean truck and had paperwork done in less than an hour. The Truck Junction does such a better job than big dealers in terms of getting their customers exactly what they need. I d recommend this place to my own grandmother and only hope I can buy another truck from them one day.

I bought my dream truck from Craig! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I ve had so many instances of going into the dealership looking at a truck I found online only to show up and find surprise after surprise. That was not the case here, Craig and the whole team over at truck junction are just different! Different in the best way! They push nothing on you! And what they sell speaks for itself. Everything from sale price of the truck to trade in value on what I brought them was beyond fair! I would recommend anyone and everyone to them.

We had zero issues purchasing from Truck Junction a few years ago. Had a great experience with their sales people who were very accommodating to make arrangements for my husband and me who were juggling odd schedules and 2 young kids at home. Our opinion only improved when we recently were selling the truck and realized an error was made *by the state* on the title. Ken, Gayann and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us fix an error that wasn't even theirs - to facilitate a sale that had nothing to do with them. If and when we are ever in the market for another truck, Truck Junction will be one of our first stops! Thanks again, team!

Best buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We drove a hour and half to look at an Escalade. Sales approach was very relaxed and untraditional. Totally non pressure which is very refreshing. We got a fair amount for our trade and an overall deal we could all live with. Craig and the staff worked late to get our deal done. Thank you Craig for making our buying experience excellent!

Excellent service and prices. Thanks team for making it easy and efficient. I drove three hours to a different dealer and saw a poor vehicle and had poor service. Truck junction was right next door and I found a better vehicle at a better price. Shawn and all the staff were super helpful and attentive. Thanks so much to the TJ team.

Very satisfied with the service I received at The Truck Junction. More than fair pricing on their inventory and the salesman aren't pushy or the pressuring type. I dealt with Tim and right away he felt like an old friend. They gave me a very fair trade in price on my vehicle and now I'm the proud owner of a Duramax Diesel. Thanks Truck Junction

It was a fantastic experience Shawn and Craig were awesome and very respectful of my time. They made buying a truck a very easy and simple experience. There weren't a bunch of hidden fees. They were very upfront out of the gate with all costs, unlike some dealerships. I would highly recommend them. I feel valued as a client . Thank you for an awesome timely experience!

We just purchased a Ford truck from the Truck Junction and couldn't of had a better experience. Craig and John were friendly, helpful, and informative without any pressure. They made the whole experience stress free! Their prices were fair and they don't have all those hidden fees the car dealers try to tack on. We definitely recommend them and will be back in the future!

Truck Junction was by far the easiest, less stressful, and less pressured dealership I have ever experienced. John made the process simple and provided all the information we needed to purchase our Jeep. Kenny, Craig and Shawn were also very helpful. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Truck Junction is a great place to buy a vehicle from. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Ken, who stayed late to accommodate our working schedule and worked with us during the entire time of our monthly warranty. They treated us with respect and finalizing the paperwork was a very smooth transaction. It was a completely different experience than dealing with a large dealership. My husband and I purchased a truck today from Truck Junction. It was an amazing experience. The staff did all our paperwork over the phone for us so once we got there my hubby checked out the truck drove it and we signed and that was it. It was the easiest car buying process we ve ever had. Highly Recommend. They really went above and beyond for us. During this pandemic we have really locked ourselves in our home so them making this process easy for us was great. They were extremely clean and well organized and had us in and out.

I purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer from Truck Junction in March 2015. The experience from start to finish gets an A+. Craig was or salesman and was efficient friendly and conscience of our budget. After we made the decision to purchase the ease of taking ownership was excellent. About 3 weeks later we had a repair and when I took my vehicle back to get serviced I was offered loaner. This completely exceeded my expectations. Not only loaner but a gas voucher. I can't say enough about the team at Truck Junction. After meeting Ken, the owner, and his excellent customer service, I knew we made the right decision to purchase or vehicle from Truck Junction. I highly recommend this dealership in Sarasota to anyone looking for a good used truck and customer service that will just WOW you.

My husband and I have bought multiple vehicles from Ken at The Truck Junction over the last 20 years. We have always had a good experience. The prices, quality, and customer service have been top notch. We live 3 hours away now but we are willing to travel to purchase from the truck junction in the future because we have always been so pleased with our experiences.

This family owned used car lot went above and beyond my highest expectations. Price was very fair . Trade in very fair. Had a problem and owner Ken took care of it at lightning speed. John, Craig, and Ken all went out of their way to provide superior customer service. They are reputable and trustworthy. My husband and I purchased a preowned Honda CRV the end of December 2019 and we couldn t be happier. We wanted leather interior and they arranged for leather to be installed for an affordable price and the leather is beautiful. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with shady dealers in the Sarasota and Bradenton area so our experience with these men at The Truck Junction was a breath of fresh air for us. We heartily recommend this dealership.

We have been researching and test driving used Chrysler Town and Country vehicles. We stopped in and looked at a 2014 on their lot. There was no pressure, no sales pitch. We asked questions and left, without a test drive.We returned a week later after looking at other vehicles that did not meet our expectations. We test drove the vehicle and decided to pursue the sale.If you are looking for a vehicle, call John Yacobelli. He is no nonsense, no pressure. Their office handled all the paperwork as if we were buying a new vehicle!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I hope you take my advice! I have purchased many vehicles from this amazing family owned dealership for years. There is a reason they have been in business for more then 25 years. A few reasons I buy vehicles for them is that they are Honesty, Trustworthy, and their Energy is why I buy vehicles from them. They listen to your needs and try to find the best fit for you. My favorite part of this dealership is that they treat you like family. Heck from all the vehicle I have bought they are!

We have bought 3 cars from the Truck Junction, and don't ever plan to buy from anywhere else. The owner stands behind his product, and will take care of the customer first. We have always gotten a better deal than we could find anywhere else (online or person).We have recommended many of our friends, with complete confidence, to go to The Truck Junction for their next vehicle purchase.Simply watch for how many trucks and cars are on the road with Truck Junction stickers on them...that says more than anything else can.

The Truck Junction has a wonderful staff and worked hard to find a vehicle that fit perfectly with my preferences. I ve had the vehicle I bought from The Truck Junction for 3 years now and have zero complaints. It s been incredibly reliable and if I ever have questions regarding maitenence, care, etc, they are quick to offer assistance. When I m ready to trade in, I ll be going back there for sure.
