I had my 2019 Prius, that I recently purchased elsewhere, in for a small repair under warranty. Aaron, my service advisor, was very professional and offered complimentary warranty service I was unaware I was allowed. Though I was reluctant to utilize the shuttle service due to COVID, shuttle driver Michael was very friendly and a pleasure to ride with. When requesting my return shuttle to the dealer, Michael was later than expected but he explained the reason being, he had anther passenger and felt I would not be comfortable with more passengers in the shuttle....he was right! Excellent service, great experience with the staff AND, issue fixed with a complimentary oil change and tire rotation I was not expecting!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Good experience. My kids play the mini golf. Coffee is good. Snack machines are cheap. My vehicle is getting regular maintenance. Appreciate the mechanics. Thanks team.

We took a new car from them and a guarantee for maintenance, and each time leaving them we found new problems, the last straw was that we went to change the oil, and left with the fact that the tailgate did not close and the handbrake did not work, returned to them, and they blame do not accept . Disgusting service, in no case do not contact them

Worst service I ve been to. The service tech John argues about everything, with the little knowledge that he has. Drove to my appointment to just hear that it would take 4-5 hours to adjust my rear seat. He kept arguing about its mechanism, realized he was wrong and didn t admit it. Left with nothing, never coming here again.

Body shop estimator is worst customer facing person I've met. Should not work with customers. This is coming from a former dealership service manager.
