My car stopped running on Easter Sunday afternoon. I had it towed to tires plus. I called the next day and realized the service techs had appointments all day. And, it was Monday. However, they repaired by car and got me back on the road by the early afternoon. Thanks guys! I appreciate you!

We have been using their services for many years. The prices and quality of service are excellent. They honor all their guarantees and warrantys. They are friendly, professional and above all HONEST. After being quoted a ridiculously high price for a rear brake job by a local car dealer we called Tires plus. Not only was their price half but when they were ready to replace them we were informed we didn t need any work. We weren t even charged for checking it out. We were taken care of by Bill and we highly recommend Tires Plus in Venice, Florida

Got a great price on an oil and filter change. I walked in for my scheduled appointment, and guess what? They took me right away! I also asked for the full inspection for $9 and they gave me an honest appraisal of what I needed to keep my car running.

I made an online reservation for an oil change. It was canceled by the store because they had received too many reservations for that time slot. And the system didn't know that???? What kind of online appointment system is not linked directly to the stores reservation log???? I decided to give them another chance and reserved a spot for the next day. When I arrived they didn't have an oil filter for my car because they needed my VIN -- even though no VIN was asked for in the system. I was told it would be about 45 minutes. After over 2 hours the oil filter was finally installed but they were unable to reset my car's "computer" so that it would show the service had been completed. I then left thoroughly disappointed. Four new tires from Sam's Club in Indiana a month ago. On vacation, had a nail in one of the tires, tried to deal with Sam's in Sarasota, poor customer service. The tire could not be repaired. I ended up calling Tire Plus, dealt with David Silva. Great customer service, competitive price, tire ordered, received, mounted, balanced, installed in one day. Appreciate being taken care of David Silva!

Just wrote a long review in yelp. Don't want to waste too much more time. Basically Tire Plus in Venice, FL had a female customer (me) and tried to sell her 4 tires she didn't need. I got a lesson in tire wear bars from my neighbor. I dont need tries at allopinion. Thankfully I had a dentist appt to get to so I didn't get the tires. Very disappointed. Never again will I go there!!

Awesome service. My tire popped, they got me a appointment two hours after I called. I almost went to Firestone instead because they had a cheaper rate, but they told me they are the same company and will price match. $329 for two new tires mounted and balanced. Car drives so much happier

Tried to charge me $3k for 2 front brakes....it's this dirty blonde dude working the desk in the Port charlotte area too. Looks like he does drugs. Charged me $2k to fix something simple on my A/C and I didn't know better. NEVER go to tiresplus unless you like wasting money. Went down the road and it was $500-$600 to fix the brakes. I repeat take your money elsewhere.

Myself and my wife took a mini vacation with a stop in Venice on the way along with a couple other stops headed north. We woke from our hotel stay in Venice to discover a flat tire. We had purchased tires at Tires Plus in Hudson Florida not a month prior so naturally we were a bit frustrated. We headed to the local Tires Plus and we re greeted by Jason who lmmediately apologized for our predicament. The place was super busy and after checking his computer while calming me down explained that it would probably be 2 hours before he could get to our car due to volume of work. He did all this calmly and professionally. He saw my frustration and explained that he would reach out to Firestone to see if they could help me. He explained they were 5 minutes down road and could get me in. Before he sent us on our way he came greeted my wife and apologized to her also and gave us his business card along with who to ask for. He put air in our tire to ensure we made it to Firestone. We were in and out ofFirestone within 15/20 minutes. Thank you Jason for restoring a bit of old peoples faith in service and professionalism. You re a credit to that location and furthermore a credit to humans. You ll never find us looking for tire s anywhere but Tires Plus and we highly recommend anyone who reads this does same. I had a scheduled oil change today and my first impression was poor customer service by the manager. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. He was rude. After the oil change, I noticed they didn t change my settings back. The gentleman that did the service was in the car trying to figure it out and when the manager came out he asked him and the manager said I don t know and walked away. He didn t even try to help the employee and had a really bad attitude. This is the very first time ever that my settings were not changed back. The nice young man apologized. I think he was new. It was obvious that management didn t care to help at all. I just moved to Venice and went to the Tires Plus in Sarasota for years. They always knew how to reset and had the very best customer service. Their employees were friendly and polite and the service was the best.The Tires Plus in Sarasota was always busy unlike this one.A man was waited on by the same manager and they way he talked to him was completely different. He was smiling, polite etc. clearly this manager treats women totally different.I will never go to this location again.Owners need to know how their management treats the customer. Apparently, this isn t the first complaint.Service: Oil change

This place is great. Super easy to make an appointment online. Customer service is great. Great price. They don't try to upsell you with a bunch of stuff you don't need. And unlike Tire Kingdom they don't add a bunch of expensive warranties you never asked for. You get exactly what you are expecting. Very satisfied. My enclosed cargo trailer had a tire that couldn t hold air. Took it in. They diagnosed the problem and had me out in less than 30 minutes. The charge was reasonable. Also nice guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible customer service, had a tire repair with warranty provided by them and tried charging me. When asking about the warranty he got visibly upset. Received my repaired tire but then I had to change it myself in their parking lot when they have 3 workers not doing anything but sitting in their phones. Never will come back to this location. Was treated better a year ago when I was here I m assuming change in management. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had a tire that kept losing air. I had gone to a tire repair shop and was told there was nothing wrong with it. When I got up the next morning, it was flat again. David and his staff took great care of me and would not give up until they found the cause, which turned out to be a very small nail.

Had aftermarket rims put on my car and when I left there I noticed a vibration. Called immediately and Chris had me take it to port Charlotte location to have them check my lug nuts, they was fine. Took it back to the Venice location and Chris said I needed centric hub rings and told me what size. Bought them and took it back. They then told me they don't fit and couldn't tell me what to get that would work. They told me to take it somewhere else.

This place made it very difficult to even make an appointment to diagnose and fix a leak.Went to the business on Monday, manager said all he could do was check and adjust tire pressure but any repairs would have to be scheduled Wednesday or later. Found one tire a little low, so inflated it. Didn't offer to help me reset my TPMS light; had to plow into the manual and figure that out myself.Went home to check my Wednesday calendar and schedule an appointment, then called on the telephone. No answer. So called again, got someone else who said he was so busy with the non-stop telephone I should just call the manager. Didn't even offer to make an appointment two days away!So I took my business elsewhere and the leak was all fixed that very afternoon.Don't plan return to Tires Plus, and dang sure have no plans to buy my next set of tires there! Not worth hassle when customers don't feel their business is wanted.

I will never go back here again. If you need tire repair I'd think twice about using them, but you be the judge. I found out my left front tire had a nail embedded in it. Since its a holiday not all places were open so I went online & called a few places. I chose this place due to proximity and price. Upon getting there I was told to park in the lot in an unfriendly manner. Then upon entering the office (I was the only customer in there at the time) and going up to the only guy at a computer station, he ignored me and when he finally did favor me by asking which tire I told him and mentioned "Please tell your mechanics not to move the seat". He immediately seemed annoyed and snapped that "they have to be able to drive it safely"! I advised him that the guys I see are close to my height and its about 2 car lengths driving distance ". He seemed more annoyed and took the keys. When it was done he said so and I walked (with 2 canes & my service dog) over to pay. I paid and he slapped my receipt & keys down on the counter with a snotty Thank you! He never greeted me upon entering the office, didn't smile once, and was unfriendly to the point of rudeness . I have never felt that unwelcome in any business before!

Christian and Ian was so amazing they were very polite hardworking and on top o ten being in the sun they offered me and my husband to sit in air conditioning while they worked hard to get me and my husband back on the rode to my grandkids I thank them from the bottom of my heart ps.. you don t find this a lot these days but I can t express they it a smile on my face today I need to get home and they made that possible Thank youService: Tires

I came here to repair my new tire because it had a metal buried, they told me that it had no repair that it was better to buy a new tire, I said ok. I changed my mind and the next day in the morning I told them that I want my tire that I am no longer going to buy the tire from them and "what a coincidence" that my NEW tire that could not be repaired was not there, it did not appear, I went with my husband went to the dump to look for my tire and they did nothing. They just said: it's not there, I don t knwo anyway, I went out without a tire, just with the wheel of my car

Delete my review all you want, I'll just keep putting it back, until you own up to your faults. This just goes to show how pathetic this place truly is.Buyer beware! I purchase it AT THIS TIRES PLUS, though they keep trying to pretend that I didn't. I mean yeah, I use these tires to accuse tire shops all over town of this kind of bad business.They were brought in, off the car, by my father. I purchase my tires here, In May, of 2021. In January, through no fault of my own, the tire bulged out. They did not intend to back their product.As I was currently in Ocala, when the tire went flat, they wanted to charge me for a new tire. They wanted me to pay something like $75, for the new tire. Why would I give them more money, for products they obviously don't have confidence in, themselves?I've called customer service, to no avail.Do yourself the same favor I did and go spend the $275 at Pep Boys! I'd rather pay more than triple, to get a product that the company installing them will stand behind.I don't just write bad reviews, either. Look at my history, on Google Reviews, you'll see good reviews just as much.

This place is a rip off. It is located directly across from Toscana Isles off Knights Trail. Toscana Isles has many homes under construction. I went in to have a tire plugged because it had picked up a nail. Was charged $25. Two weeks later my car picked up another nail on a different tire. I sent my wife in to have the tire plugged/patched. The same guy that patched my first tire, wanted to charge my wife $40 for the same service. I m glad I told her I paid $25 for the first tire. What a rip off. Bottom line he tried to take advantage of my wife because she is a woman. Both tires were patched fine, and the guy who worked there was very friendly. Beware of Fire Tire There are no set prices and you ll be ripped off.Service: Tires

Yesterday we had our Chevy Malibu in for an oil change and 4 new tires. It was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tires Plus and would use them again.

Had a great experience at the Venice location today.They helped me get my car back on the road after a horrible experience at the Englewood location. Ian was an amazing technician who had great customer service and mechanical experience, and went above and beyond. I will drive further to have my vehicle serviced here.
