Inquired about repairs and pricing for new tires. Manager Tim was extremely helpful. Provided all the details I need and enabled me to make an educated decision on replacing all 4 tires. When I am ready, I'll be going here.

It is a third time I use their service and I am not going to look for any other place. Today is Sunday and I did not expect they will accept walk-in but they did! Thank you to Jakob and Jerry for their exceptional service! I really recommend this business! :)

This place is outstanding and second to none! Not only is their work the greatest, but their customer service should be a model for other retail stores. I was having what I thought was battery trouble when I asked a young man from Tire Kingdom if he could help me. I was parked next door at Wawa, and without hesitation, Ross picked up some type of charger, came over to my car, and got it started. Ross had determined that I was having starter problems, not battery issues. When I asked him how much it was to fix my car, he smiled and said "No Charge." Ross was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and polite while fixing my car. Good help is hard to find these days, but employees like Ross, who go above and beyond what is expected of them, is a rare thing to find these days! Ross, I am very grateful to you for fixing my car, explaining to me what else needed to be done, and YES, I did get new tires. Your service to customers is at a high standard that Tire Kingdom should be proud of you as their employee. Once again, THANX!1

As a young woman who doesn t know a ton about cars, getting maintenance done can be intimidating. Tire Kingdom is one of the few places where I feel confident going by myself, knowing that the employees are going to do good work, go out of their way to give make sure I m getting the best deal, explain what they re doing and what needs to be done without being condescending, and not try to pressure me into unnecessary purchases. I recommend Tire Kingdom to all my friends who are looking for a place they can trust.

Tim was very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping me get the repairs I needed for my vehicle. Other mechanics in the area couldn't identify the issue or tried over charging, but this experience was amazing.

I don t typically leave reviews but our experience today warrants one. I called several places to get quotes and tire kingdom had the best price. I made an appointment and asked the man to save the quote on the appointment because I wouldn t be able to come with my girlfriend to the appointment. He told me not to worry that she would have no problems. The quote was $238 + tax which include labor and tires. When she arrived for the appointment there were no notes so my girlfriend told her what the quote was. The women helping her looked up her tire size and said these are $242, does that sound right? Doing quick mental math my girlfriend thought, yeah, I guess that s with the tax? that sounds right.. They were short staffed so she ended up waiting 2 hours and once the work was complete she gave my girlfriend the bill which was $343! Not wanting to get into a situation and frustrated from waiting she paid and left. She called me to tell me and I immediately got off the phone with her and called the store. The women who answered was the same person my girlfriend dealt with. She placed the blame on my girlfriend for not knowing the details of the quote (even though the man who made the appointment said the quote would be saved). She told me that my girlfriend could come in and have the new tires taken off and cheaper tires put on. I couldn t believe that! I requested a refund for the difference since it was their fault and she said the best she could do is $50 off. The women placed all the blame on the man who made the appointment and my girlfriend for not having the details. After telling my girlfriend the resolution, she said the women s story was not true, my girlfriend told her exactly what the quote was for and that it was labor was included. The women (who turned out to be the store manager) was trying to pull a slick move and pass the blame. I m sure we aren t the first ones the have this shady tactic done to them here.Buyer Beware!

Typically car maintenance trips are not a great time. However, I Went in for an oil change and was very pleased with my experience. The store manager, Laura was helpful, knowledgeable and had great energy. It didn t feel like such a chore, my car was done in a timely manner and I was able to go on with my day!

I arrived at 4:30 an hour and half before close at the S.Tamiami location. I was greeted immediately and told they would get to me asap. I had an issue with a tire leak. When I finally was helped, I was reassured that they would try to figure out issue and get back to me. While in waiting room, I heard other customers being assisted in friendly and patient manner. Within an hour my tire was fixed. A screw in the tire was the culprit. I was so pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service that in the future I will refer other family members to this location.

Thank you to Laura for the help to purchase 4 tires for my Jeep after having an issue at another location. Also, many thanks to Ross, the service Tech for taking the care I requested to protect my wheels from damage when installing over sized tires. Many thanks to you both.

I had an 11am appointment on 12/28 for just a rotation and balance. The employee said he would call when the car was done and they would be there until 8:30pm. I explained, obviously, i would need my car before closing as I've had to arrange transportation for my husbands work and myself, and we would be waiting in town for the car to be complete. At 4 p.m., I arrived to pick up my car, knowing that there has been adequate time to complete this easy service. My car was still in the parking lot and had not even been started. I had to go in and request my keys and leave without service. It's totally unacceptable for a scheduled appointment!

I went in for a simple tire rotation and was told I was in emergency dire need of new brakes. They told me I needed all 4 sets of pads and 4 rotors. I told them I d think about it and I m glad I did. I decided to do the brake job myself and to my surprise I took the tire and calipers off the pads are fine!! Beware of this place scamming customers!

Took my vehicle in for rotate, balance and alignment. Also had a slow leak in fron right tire. Took it home. Second week, front right tire still has leak. I don't believe they did any of the work they charged me for. Leaking tire would have moved with a rotate. Beware of this location

I called wanting to purchase four tires for my SUV. I spoke to a gentlemen who gave me an "out-the-door " price. The price was within reason (comparable to other businesses) so I setup an appt. I was told I needed to pay $25 upfront via bank card so they could order my tires. No big deal. When I got to my appt (drop-off time) the amount due was more than what i was quoted (approx $75 more). I was told by the female behind the counter that the gentlemen who initially quoted me the price probably forgot to include tire disposal fees / shop fees, etc. Come-on!When I pickup my SUV later that day there was an older gentlemen in front of me in-line dealing with the exact same scenario. In my experience, the price quoted over the phone will not be the price you pay at the register. Ultimately, I overpaid for these tires because the finale price was more than neighboring businesses.

Great customer service. They never tried to upsell or overestimate the job. Service was fast and reliable too. We had a 12:30 appointment for a small job and were in and out by 12:45 as promised.Darien, the manager is a great representative of Tire Kingdom. He was engaging and respectful to the customers as well as thorough in describing the job that was to be done.Overall a great experience at the Tire Kingdom on Route 41 in Venice.

Had an appointment on 11/27 for a 4 pm oil change. When I got there I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hours before they could take me, no explanation no nor apology... Pretty bad customer service if it comes down to retaining a client. I always got my tires and oil change at Tire Kingdom and I was always very pleased with their service and price... Well I went to get my oil change at Take 5 this time

I have been using this Tire Kingdom for 7 years now and have never been disappointed until now. My wife brought our truck in for an oil change appointment for 9:00am about 3 weeks ago and to her surprise there was NO STAFF bc no one showed up due to an impending buy out. so she waited until 11am before a tech showed up to take the vehicle and it took another 1.5 hours to complete the oil change, no communication or apology from the manager or any small compensation. But we chalked it up to just a bad day since we ve been there so frequently. We were wrong. I purchased 4 new tires on 1/4/24 and a $179 replacement TPS and had an appointment that was never entered into the system so I was forced to drop the truck off for over 24 hours to get the job done. After having the truck for that long you d think the job would have been done, and done correctly, I was fooled, the TPS sensor didn t work. I was told I m too busy today to fix it just come back I returned 2 days later per the employee recommendation and was told there s no staff yet again. I waited :45 for staff to arrive to no avail and left, my TPS sensor that I paid $179 for is still non functional so I will have to go else where to get something I already had paid for to be fixed when it should have been done properly in the first place while replacing the tires. I will no longer be taking my business there. It s unacceptable for have paid over $1400 and have the final product still defective and the establishment not make the situation right. Not having staff on multiple occasions also says something about the company who has bought TK. So disappointed.

Great service. We needed a new tire. We had the tire mounted and ready for pickup ahead of the estimated time. The manager took care of us. She was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop.

I Had a 11:00 am appointment three days in advance for oil change & tire repair. I was told that my wait would be approximately 90 minutes.My vehicle hadn't moved in two hours so I politely inquired why. The reply given was "patience goes a long way with me." Implying that I should just sit down and shut up. After the 3rd hour I asked again and he angrily recited the Lord's prayer with no answer to my question.This guy also intimidated several other customers while I was there. One of them was a woman who left a similar review on here.After 4+ hours of waiting, my car was finally ready. He refused to review the bill with me and rudely asked for payment with no explanation of my repair. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for many years in several locations & have never experienced anything like this, quite the opposite.To add insult to insult,the next day, my left rear tire was low again. I checked the pressure and it was 11# down from 28# the day it was "fixed."I took it somewhere else and they took care of it quickly and actually fixed it for real.

I took my truck in for tire rotation yesterday morning with the understanding it would be done before close. I called the next morning to check the status and I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before I disconnected. I called back three times before I was told it was done. The first two calls I again was placed on hold for extended periods of time. When I arrived I was asked if I had an iPhone and if I would give a five star rating. I m thinking I was kind to give 3.

Good pricing and great service. I purchased four new tires from this location, and the service manager did a really good job of resolving the minor issue I had of one tire not holding pressure. Would purchase from here again.

I scheduled to have two tires replaced online. There was an option to add additional services. When you click on the TPMS Sensor link, it takes you to a TPMS sensor replacement page. I added the TPMS sensor service to my reservation. The price was not noted and said would vary by store. No big deal, i thought.I got a call while they were working on replacing the tires informing me that the TPMS sensor on a tire that was not being replaced was faulty and would be $100+ to replace and calibrate. that sounded a bit high for a single TPMS, considering I was already getting 2 (or so i thought), so i opted out.When picked up my vehicle, the charge was $90 above the estimate, which is within the range of what I was expecting. I asked to double check to make sure they replaced the TPMS on the two new tires only to find out they didn't. Evidently, the "add service" for TPMS Sensor that goes directly to the TPMS Sensor replacement page is actually a *Check service that cost $89.99.*Given that all the other "check" add on services are labeled "check" and the fact that a TPMS check isn't even listed as a service make this extremely deceptive. Interestingly, you can pickup a set of 4 TMPS sensors from Amazon for $40-60 depending on your vehicle.In terms of pricing, make sure you know exactly what you're getting. They offer several "deals" where the brands may vary by availability. Given they touted a price match guarantee, I figured it was kind of a HotWire type deal where they were using the non-listed brand to get rid of old inventory at below MAP/MSRP prices. Turns out none of the tires or brands listed for my make/model/tire size on their site were used. Instead, some off-brand not listed on the site was used (in fact, i searched for that exact tire on the site, and it doesn't come up). Sneaky way to overcharge for off-brand tires and not worry about price matching (I found the exact tire for less on multiple sites online, but can't request a price match due to their policy).In short, double check prices and services before going to Tire Kingdom. Make sure you know exactly what you're getting and how much it costs, and assume that they will overcharge and under deliver in any area that is not perfectly specified. or better yet, just go up the road to another tire dealer that won't overcharge you and will actually give you a good price.Shame on me for not being more careful.

Awesome service from Tire Kingdom! We were enroute to a wedding when TWO of our tires began to lose pressure. They patched both tires quickly and AT NO CHARGE!!! We made it to the wedding on time thanks to their superb service!

Absolutely terrible experience. Once again I went to Tire Kingdom here in Venice last month to get my wife s tires rotated and oil and filter change. Apparently they went through a whole new buyout from a company called Mavis and the whole staff that used to work there is now gone and quit. They had one technician That day I thought maybe it was just something to do with the transition. I made an appointment for today at 8 AM first thing and not one technician showed up to work. My appointment was for eight. I took my keys at 8:35 and I left, and I will not be returning , don t know what s going on with this organization but twice they can t seem to have technicians show up to work a whole waiting room full of people being told nobody was there to work on their vehicles.

Don t take your car or truck to this place. They will do things that your car doesn t need because the managers get commission on you. Plus, they charge so much for labor. I wouldn t take my vehicle there ever.The manager and employees at this location are very racist towards white people. You d have better service and cheaper labor at other places.

It's hard to believe to get a discount they want you to leave a good review. It has nothing to do with the actual service nor are they suppose to buy the review. I'm pretty sure this is not what Google had in mind and it's against their policy I'm going to report them

Waste of time. Booked in for tire change a week ahead. Turned up at 10.00 to be told they were already running 1 1/2 hours behind. Asked me if I could I bring it back on Sunday when they might be quieter.

Terrible customer service!!! Whoever was working behind the counter today at 11am should be fired. I am livid that my dad went there today with a huge nail in his tire . barely made it in to the parking lot before the tire went completely flat and he was greeted with attitude and poor customer service. They had the nerve to tell him to come back Thursday. He would have waited as long as it took but nope. No one was willing to help him and he was sent away with a flat tire. He had to drive down the street to a different tire place and almost destroyed his rim. They didn t even offer to add air so he could make it to the other tire place. Thankfully the other place had good customer service told him it would be an hour wait which he had no problem with. Will never go to that tire kingdom. Even the lady who went in behind him heard what was happening and was appalled and said well I guess I came to the wrong place .
