We got a nail in our tire late afternoon today (Saturday). We pulled in without an appointment. The man at the front desk and the mechanic were super nice and professional. They were able to quickly plug the tire and get us back on the road. Thank you!

Stopped by here for a quote. The guy at the desk was rude and unwelcoming. Before I even arrived, when I called and asked if they had a minute to fix a flat tire , he immediately said it takes longer than a minute as if I was being literal. When I arrived he was just as cold in person, telling someone over the phone I already told you we are busy tomorrow morning and just being unprofessional. They ended up quoting me nearly double what I expected it to be. They didn t offer any alternatives so I thanked them and took my business elsewhere. Highly recommend you hire someone else to work the front desk, the face and first impression of your brand, and then you rethink your pricing.

Avoid this establishment if you need an oil change. Earlier last week I called and obtained an appointment for two days later. When I arrived the clerk took my information and I informed him that I wanted the $39.99 synthetic blend oil change. He took my vehicle in back, then emerged from the garage and said there was a problem. He said he couldn t "Build an oil change package because his system wouldn't let him." I thought... 'Here we go." When I asked him to explain, he said that he has to put full synthetic motor oil in my car, not semi synthetic. I told him it was okay, calm down, I'm the registered owner and I authorize him to put the synthetic blend motor oil. He again said that his system wouldn t let him. I told him that I have been getting synthetic blend oil changes since I bought the vehicle in July, 2020. He then offered me his "deal" with a "coupon" of a full synthetic oil change of "about $116", plus tax and shop fees. This was shocking to me because I've never paid more than $60 for an oil change including at the Kia dealership. I told him I was all set and I'd be leaving. He then walked away without uttering a word pulled my car around and handed me the keys. I then drove about a mile northbound to a local oil change place where I was given their advertised 25% discount for being a veteran. It was a much more pleasant experience and even without the 25% discount it was less than $116. Looking back at this experience I recalled how empty the Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Venice, FL was. I was the only person in the waiting room and that explains a lot.

I have always been extremely pleased with my Tire Choice store, and also when it was McGee Good Year. I have been a customer for at least ten years. They have always done an excellent job on all types of mechanical repairs on my 2003 Buick Regal. They work me in when something comes up unexpectedly and urgently, and have been courteous and provide explanations of recommended work.

I decided to go here for an oil change after we stopped to get air in air in one of my tires a few weeks ago. The guys there are so friendly and helpful. I went back today for an oil change and tire rotation and again great service. I will go back when I need to get my tires changed.Thank you!!

After going to another shop and still not having the car fixed I went to Tires Choice!This store has a friendly and welcoming environment. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel comfortable.David was absolutely amazing and thoroughly checked my car for any minor issues. For excellent service, I highly recommend Tires Choice in Venice!

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The guy at the counter had an attitude and made it seem like I was bothering him when I walked in. He offered me a ridiculous appointment in five days to check the air in my tire. Plenty of other tires places in town.

Just moved back to Venice and needed a place to get work done on our two vehicles. Thankfully I decided to go see Dave and Rick down here! They quickly have gotten our repairs done ever time we go in for service. Weather it's tires, brake work, or just an oil change, our cars have been in and out within a day each time. In a world with all these shortages, it's nice to get quick service! Not to mention I felt "taken care of" for my repeat business. Thanks guys!!

Fast and friendly service! I called last minute because I had already been driving around with my oil change light on for two days. The manager was helpful and friendly and told me to come in this afternoon. I had tried two other places over the last couple of days- one didn t have the materials to change my oil and the other couldn t get me in until Monday. This store didn t have the right filter for my car but the manager said they would have it by the time I got there. Good customer service is a game changer for me. I just found my new service center. I ll be telling my friends and family to check them out. You should check them out too.

Paid decent amount for AC & Tail light bulb (just wish they could've installed the film over the bulb). Really great manager, Steve, who worked to help me & gave estimate. Thanks Steve or Rick! I look forward to getting my car worked on in Sarasota soon! I definitely recommend!

Scott and his crew at The Tire Choice in Venice are amazing! Scott is Super helpful, courteous, and friendly! Very pleasant to deal with and speedy. My technician Steve was very professional. They really go the extra mile! The prices are great. I won't take my car anywhere else and highly recommend this location to everyone! By far the best!

It was a great experience here. I was quickly helped and in and out with new tires. The sales guys were great and they had 2 guys work on my car to get both tires taken care of quickly. I also told them I wasn t planning on keeping the car much longer, so they weren t trying to oversell me on things I didn t need, which I ABSOLUTLEY appreciate. As a consumer, it s great to work with honest people.

Scott and the guys here are great! I highly recommend this shop. My mother and I have both been bringing our vehicles there anytime we need something and they always take great care of us. If you re in need of a good reliable and honest mechanic shop , they are the best in Venice.

Cannot RAVE enough about the staff here! They have saved me more times than I can count!! Always accommodating, always highly informative and supremely professional. I get quality service at a price that doesn t break the bank!! Every time I drive away I know that my vehicle is safe. They feel like family!

Excellent service, excellent prices, excellent staff!Needed 2 tires urgently for my wife's car and they fitted me in right away, gave me a great deal, and fitted them in well under the quoted time. They also gave me a free wheel allignment check, then took me round the equipment to explain exactly what the results meant. In general, no hard sales just really good advice, great service, great prices and really friendly staff. I now have a place for all my tire and basic car needs!

Guy at the head desk was extremely rude. Went in to get a tire valve replacement and he refused to do it because I did not have an appointment. The mechanics were sitting down in the garage with no other customers. Would just go to the one down the street

The staff was professional and courteous. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store.They listened while I told them what I needed.I was presented with several options of tires I could purchase. We decided on tires that allowed me to get a rebate and I was approved for a credit card to purchase them.Tires were put on while I waited and the job was completed in the time I was told it would be done.I would recomend this store to anyone needing tires. I will also be back for service and maintenance since I now feel comfortable that my car will be taken care of properly and efficiently. I drive about 50,000 mikes a year so it is good to know of a place I can depend on for great service.

I have always come to tire choice to get my oil change and I have never been disappointed. But I came in and they charged me a lot more than I thought I was going to pay. I started coming here for their cheaper prices, but now I ll have to go to another shop that doesn t charge so much. They didn t ask me what oil I wanted and they gave me the premium instead of the cheaper one. They even wrote on my sticker what miles it will be for my trip A instead of my actual miles. I got caught up with talking with them and I signed it without looking fully at how much they were charging me. I understand that s my own fault, just make sure you double check because they are usually so good to me I figured I wouldn t have to. For the most part it was my own fault, I should of said something. The staff is super friendly and they always did a good job for me, but if that s how expensive it is now I might have to go somewhere else.

I've been going to Tire Choice for some time now and always enjoy the great customer service. Very happy to have had my oil change and new battery put in today! Thank you to Scott for being super friendly and funny.*side note: let me borrow his phone charger(phone almost dead) to get out of my internship today lol

**Long Post Singing Praises** The staff, Manny & Steve, are awesome at Tire Choice. Manny helped me with a tire situation after receiving horrible customer service from the service manager at Venice Honda. Upon a routine maintenance I was told that I had a nail in my right rear tire & the nail was in the tire wall which made it unable to be patched. He told me I needed a new tire, told me how much it would cost & offered no other help. I happened to pull into Tire Choice where Manny not only quoted me a price, but more importantly offered to check the tire to see how bad it was. Manny told me it might be a small nail & not even need a tire. Thankfully, it was a very small nail that was basically in the tread only! He jokingly said that I should come back for service ( I didn't know Tire Choice did routine maintenance) & I promised I would. This brings me to today's visit where I popped in for an oil change & was helped by Steve who was as equally great as Manny. I was able to get my oil changed quickly & also take advantage of a coupon. Tire Choice now has a new loyal customer & I will gladly recommend them to all of my friends & co-workers!!
