1 star because zero isn't an option. I guess every one gets 1 star just for existing.I had an oil change and tire rotation. Afterwards I couldn't even drive my car. When I went back, they didn't care at all.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't disclose costs and total costs over phone. Never told about 190 diagnostic charge that is non refunded if u don't repair it there. Reason my engine light came on was vapor leaking out of gas cap...so told 120$ but was 150 at counter. Some people's tickets said WASH and since my car was not I asked how much do u hv to spend to get one. The rep told me it probably wasn't done bc I had some paint damage to fender. He then offerred to run it thru.

I believe Customer Service and Customer Loyalty go hand in hand, but that wasn t my experience today. Everyone has a story, my involves a sick dog, an early morning surgery for the sick dog and a forgotten coupon. Bottom line, it wasn t the coupon it was the fact I made the appointment weeks in advance and I felt I just didn t matter .. NEXT in line The Service Manager, Corky reached out directly to understand what transpired on the day of my appointment. After good conversation, it was agreed that I ll be back and they ll make it right. Honestly, it was nice just to hear I did matter!! As for my dog, he s doing great :) Thank you Corky for the call and compassion.

Not usually a fan of taking my car to the dealership, but when I told them my mechanic said I needed some warranty work, the dealership didn't deny it and replaced what needed replaced. They also have a shuttle service to get you to and from work.

Shannon and the crew at Venice Sunset Kia Service Dept. are amazing - they always go above and beyond whenever I visit them for service (this time they even washed my car, I was so grateful). All around a really great dealership - it's where I bought my Kia Soul 3 years ago and everyone involved in the process was professional, courteous and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

There is no other place that I will ever bring my car for service. I have been with the sunset team for almost 10 years now. Their service and expertise is impeccable. Michael and Nate (who recently transferred to Cadillac) have always been an amazing asset. Best service ever hands down... the entire staff at sunset Kia in Venice is outstanding!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I had my 2022 kia soul oil change at sunset Venice kia. It only took 25 mins and they washed my car to. Highly recommended their services their.
