My brand new RV from Camping World is severely damaged, Chris is still on the case helping me ensure a solution is reached, going on 10 months. You won't be disappointed using his team.

We had a fire in the electronics bay of our coach.When Chris came out he was quick to determine he could make the repairs. The wiring and battery control center, chassis fuse box, slide control, transmission control unit, 120v junction boxes, and inverter were burnt. It also melted the cables going to the battery bay.He got the parts and repaired all of the damaged wiring(probably around 100 wires melted).When he finished we drove it from FL. to Batton Rouge without a problem!He even called the next next day to be sure we didn't have any problems.Great service from a local veteran owned company.Services: Electrical, Battery

If I could give them 20 stars I wouldn't hesitate. Best company I've used for my R.V hands down. I was having a bunch of issues with the R.V I bought and Chris and his team were more than helpful throughout the entire process. Before I found them I was extremely stressed and had such bad anxiety about my upcoming trip. Chris and his team calmed me after the first phone call and dealt with all the little details for me, they did so much more than any of the other companies I've used in the past. When I say that Chris treats each and every customer like a friend I truly mean it. I've never seen an owner of a company go out of his way for his customers the way Chris went out of his way for me and my family. Truly and honestly the best choice you can make is hiring Ronin R.V.. You will not regret it. Chris and him team are highly knowledgeable, Motivated to get your problems fixed in a timely fashion, Friendly and kind while always being professional and polite. Ronin RV is top notch. From estimate to completion. The communication in beginning from Cody to install by the double Chris team was excellent. They did a fabulous job replacing our awning! They were very nice, professional and our new awning looks great! They also got us in very quickly compared to the other local mechanics

[UPDATE]As Roni was unable to help us we contacted another RV Repair shop at our next stop to look at the issue we were having with the refrigerator. Bottom line: In less than FIFTEEN MINUTES he discovered the issue. Controller board itself was fine but the fuse on that board was blown. New FIFTY CENT fuse and everything worked fine and has been working fine ever since. He couldn't believe that any competent repair person couldn't have fixed the problem in short order. Very sorry I threw away $300+ Ronin charged me for over 2 hours of "diagnosis" and claimed I needed a NEW control board for $475.

We needed a few valve replacements done. Ronin RV was at the house when they scheduled, and reviewed the work with me prior to anything being done, while also taking a few moments to check out more work for an upcoming estimate. Upon completion of the work, there was a simple review process that was very nice as well. Pictures and measurements had been taken for the upcoming estimate so that parts could be priced, which was also reviewed. The entire process was quick, painless, and professional. I have found the team that will be taking care of the RV in the future.

Chris did an exceptional job on repositioning my solar panels and ensuring they did not interfere with the operation of my Maxxaire fans. In order to do that he had to re-shape the existing clamps to ensure secure attachments.He was courteous, worked efficiently and I was thoroughly pleased. I highly recommend Ronin RV for your camper service needs. They were able to diagnose my problem quickly, order a new air conditioner and get it installed quickly and professionally. All the staff are very friendly and very efficient on the job. He also gave me a very good price for everything. Many repair men try to take advantage of single older women but he definitely gave me the best price he could. I will be recommending them to all my RV friends. Highly recommended!! I had a water leak in my camper and Chris was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. Not only did he do an excellent repair he used an improved quality part to replace the damaged one. He also provided education about what to watch for and what to do. His prices are reasonable and he came to service in a quick time.

Chris and team were amazing. We had a damaged awning that prevented us from traveling to our next destination. He went above and beyond to not only find the replacement part but came out late in the evening to fix it so we could get back on the road. Thank goodness I found this company!! I had been trying for 8 months to get repairs done to my 1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Class A motor home!! I had been to several other shops that gave me the run around and charged me extreme prices for minimal repairs. My Onan generator needed to be repaired, they removed it from the coach, assessed and diagnosed the problem and had the parts in 3 days (other company told me it would take a year to get parts)!Thank you Ronin RV repair for everything, including my beautiful handmade cup!
