While O'Reilly's is generally a good place for strictly stock parts, like most traditional franchise parts stores, and the layout is easy enough to navigate, I've found that I'm better served by purchasing some of the items at other, larger box stores for much less.However, at this particular location, I had asked for airbag lines and fittings to repair my Air Lift airbag, thinking lots of people use these bags and they would at least have the lines but they didn't.Though one sales associate sort of dismissed me with a,"We don't carry that, Ma'am," another associate, Kelly, exercised due diligence in searching for the parts and then directing me to Truck Toys just two miles down the road - thank you, Kelly! I got what I needed and I'm all fixed up .Note: I'm 1,800 miles from home and explained that to the guys at the counter, indicating that if they didn't have the parts I would really appreciate some kind of direction to obtain them locally.The four stars are for the service provided by Kelly when his older co-worker was dismissive.

My favorite of the three big brand named auto parts stores. I like advanced auto and autozone, but O'Reillys really seems to have more parts in stock or they are able to get them within a much shorter window of time. Great staff have always been willing to help and are often engaging before I have a chance to ask them anything.

Great customer service until new management. I am just a small side shop but spent $20,000 a year and Brett was named manager. He refuses to do business with me. I have never spoken with him and cannot receive a reason why. I worked fulltime in the autorepair industry for 15 years and have never had a parts store representative as good as Duffy is and as bad as Brett is.

tried to call and busy tone. we drove to location and the one and only salesperson Kelly still on the phone. we waited. a person with food came from the back area and promptly helped customers walking in the door. apparently our business was not important. Great options and service across the street.

They won't test your car for engine light if the battery is in the back of your car. Forget about changing the battery, same. So...if your battery is in the back of your car, you are out of luck . Didn't expect that

Terrific customer service. They showed me both the quick and easy solutions to my problem AND the solid repair that cost a bit more. I went with the long-term solution. I plan to go there first for all my automotive needs from now on.

Terrible customer service,. Terrible manager day shift. Night shift you guys are great. Warranties have changed to my surprise. Only if u have a factory defect out of the box and have a picture do u get limited lifetime warranty. Have 4 vehicles and buy parts all the time port Charlotte has been great, but Englewood since the old manager left it's a nightmare. I will never set foot in that store again. They complain about doing there job and complain about any returns even untouched ones. Plus they know extremely little about vehicles at all. And there parts aren't very good and overpriced.My Advice if u hate ur job quit. If you don't have people skills don't do a customer service job. Nightshift manager she has good people skills treats people with the correct respect but still upholds store policies. If u come here come after 5 . I've had several bad experiences with day shift and I don't give bad reviews. Younger fella and nightshift manager are the 2 that deserve there jobs the rest need another profession. Maybe keep the 2 retired fellas also. And don't buy the best parts for the warranty because few warranties exist here. Only factory defect with dated photos and receipts. I just spent 700 I thought I was getting half of it back with my lifetime warranties well they don't honor that. My advice AutoZone, then advanced ,then napa for hard to find stuff ,then forge your own l/blacksmith, then if u must Englewood O'Reilly's during the day if your in the mood for having a bad day. 0 stars

I pulled in to O'Reilly's on Monday morning needing two headlight bulbs to be replaced, I told the sales associate what I needed and that I would need them installed and he very rudely told me that they don't install the headlamps anymore and that the website was wrong. He then went into a bit of a rant complaining they don't have enough people there and he couldn't even go outside to do anything to help because they didn't have any have enough people there to help. He informed me that I would need to go to a garage to have the bulbs installed and that was that. The garage he suggested charges more than the cost of the bulbs and I have to wait two weeks to get my car in.

Had excellent service and assistance from David who I believe is a manager. Needed help with a battery and alternator check, he was able to test my vehicle and upon seeing the battery was faulty and still under warranty, he simply went about changing it out. Much appreciated.

Quick friendly service and attention to detail. Tuesday nights staff took my call, answered a few questions, & had the items I needed waiting for me at the register. Awesome job all!

UPDATE HOURS. W why does everyone in this town feel they need to close their doors at 7 PM? This town is ridiculous everyone here is so lazy it is pathetic. Port Charlotte can manage to stay open until 9, so should you. Or at least mention somewhere other than a piece of paper on the door. Glad I drove her for nothing. I hope corporate shuts this location down permanently.

Greg the manager was very helpful and gave me a good price on a fuel pump assembly for my grandmas Buick gas gauge was inop problem solved no longer have to worry about here running out of gas thanks Greg really appreciate your help

I needed windshield wipers for my Scion tC and I purchased them. They went to my car and put them on for free! They were less expensive than any of the oil change places! Of course, they were less expensive than the dealership also!

Tim is great to deal with. He always is doing his best to help any way he can. My only complaint about O'Reilly is some of the parts are a little lessor quality and they are not always the lowest price. The high quality service is what keeps me going back. They will price match without any hassle also.

Rude - Stopped in for a key fob battery, 4 employees at registers. I was the only one in line while 1 employee was busy, 3 had no customers. One called the guy up that had just walked in afterwards and the other two were having a conversation and ignoring me. I asked if someone could help me and was told in a minute . Second time in there and last time. I left and went to Batteries Plus.

Very rude staff. I was nicely dressed and had an item in my hand in plain sight, yet an employee proceeded to ask me, nearly yelling, from the other side of the store and with an accusatory tone if there was something he could help me with. I responded that i was good. He then just stood there angrily starring me down as if i was acting suspiciously. Shortly after when i went to check out, the other employee was very dismissive, handing me the receipt without ever even looking at me. No "have a nice day" or anything of the sort to bring the interaction to a cordial close because he was too busy talking to the other A hole i already mentioned. A very bigoted vibe from those two. Never going back.

Very clean and friendly store the manager Jason is very welcoming doesn't mind answering questions and helping out. Some places look down on teenagers but he definitely didn't look down on our daughter when she needed a question answered. Thanks!

That guy needs to be fired!!! He is very rude and was almost pushing me out the door, he also said he was gonna get me banned from coming to that store. I know im not the only one that this guy treated like that and im sure yall dont want anymore return customers if you keep him around!

Great place usally I'm a advance guy for mot of my car needs but lately they have been closed early or out of stock so. I come here they usally have stuff I'm looking for and the old dogs here are ball busters but in a good way. I usally just stop here now instead of going other places.

My dad took his car to the Hyundai dealership yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation ( $40). Fine. Came out very upset that they said he needed a new battery for $320 + tax . Took it to O Reillys Auto place today who told him to take it on the highway to recharge the battery or get a starter kit and recharge it that way. No charge. . Thank you for not trying to rip off an 83 year old Vietnam Vet!
