We came in looking for a vehicle for my girlfriend. Todd was outside and approached us and very politely helped us with finding the right car. He wasn t your typical pushy sales man but was more than willing to help. Through the whole process he made sure we understood everything. We got a good deal on a used Sonata and I would highly recommend Nissan of Venice and please go see Todd

I drove from Pinellas county to look at a vehicle they had in stock that matched what I was looking for, 2021 Nissan Altima SR AWD (ORANGE). I was greated by Deshawn and he was very helpful. Got my trade appraised and into a new ride at the price I wanted in just 2 hours. Fast and friendly service. Will recommend this dealer to friends and family.

What an amazing dealership! Everyone from Jeremiah in sales, to Joe in finance was so friendly and helpful. They made buying a vehicle a very positive experience. After my first vehicle was totaled with in a couple weeks of purchase, they were all very kind, asking about my well being and helping me find my next vehicle. Mike (Hutch), the manager, was extremely patient and helpful as I worked through the whole process. I'll be a lifetime customer!!

I bought a 2020 Nissan rogue sport 2 months ago. It rides like a dream. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking. My salesman was Ben. He was great to work with. He spent a lot of time explaining all options offered by Nissan. He didn t rush me to make a decision. I did not finance it so I can t speak to that. From what I understand this is under new mange,ent so if you ve had a bad experience with them before, give them another chance, you won t regret it. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with.

My experience of buying the car was good-although they add a lot of extra fees so be clear on the actual price of the car with all of the additions in the small print. Additionally, as soon as I got home I realized there was a insert piece missing from the bumper-a pretty large one that goes all the way across-the car is black so it kind of blended in. I take responsibility for missing it AND when I contacted my salesman-twice-he never got back to me. I contacted the dealership itself and they aren t responding either. Considering that this part is going to cost me hundreds of dollars-to at least get a call back would ve been nice. Sadly because of this I wouldn t buy a car there again.

It s always a pleasure to bring my truck here. Ron at service goes above and beyond for me and even Rich the mechanic has no problems talking to me about my truck! Everyone there has top notch customer service! Please don t change anything because right now good customer service is hard to find and your dealership has some of the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time!

The dealership was extremely helpful during a very stressful time when I needed a new vehicle unexpectedly. They were kind, knowledgeable, and overall extremely well rounded in helping me find the car the best fit my needs. There was a small chip on the bumper that they fixed after I noticed it as well. My brother came in to sell his car, the team here at Nissan of Venice were fair, polite and friendly. Especially Jeremiah. Jeremiah worked very hard to make sure my brother was getting the best price and was comfortable through out the entire process. I would also like to thank the new owners for personally meeting with us and taking the time to help out when needed. You guys were awesome and I will definitely be coming back when I am in Venice in the future. Thank you all so much!

We all know shopping for a vehicle in today s environment can be a painful experience. That is why I am so pleased with the experience I had at Nissan of Venice. From the product specialist (Deshawn) who provided so much help to the Sales Manager and, finally to the service department (to install a truck bed liner in my new truck) I honestly could not be happier with my purchase and service from Issac of Venice. Without doubt I will save myself a lot of heartache and be right back here for my next vehicle purchase!

We Love Our New Car! Okay, it's technically used, but let's call it Lightly Used. Only 56,000 miles on it and We Love It! We worked with Michel Rodriguez who helped us find the Right Car for us. The dealership had plenty of cars to choose from - New & Used, but this one was perfect for us. We also met Jamie Bordner Gibes, John Klarides and Zack Griffith - each one so professional and personable making our purchase a pleasant experience. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend Nissan of Venice to anyone needing the right vehicle with the best customer service around (not to mention the fantastic coffee!)

Great staff! Their entire team provided me a no hassle experience. Kevin, the sales associate, was very attentive to my needs, and John, the GM, went the extra mile to make sure the final numbers were not only acceptable for me, but moreover, made sure I had enough for my trade. I ve got 2 more kids to buy for in the next 5 years, and will definitely be considering Nissan of Venice for my future auto needs!

My experience was lovely. I am 100% satisfied. My Sales Representative, Mr. Michel Rodriguez and the Financial Service Manager, Mr. Joesph Sobczack are simply phenomenal. Mr. Rodriguez was very patient and attentive. He understood my concerns and assisted me to get the vehicle that I wanted.I would definitely buy another vehicle from Nissan of Venice and I highly recommend them. I have been going to Venice Nissan for over a year, for oil changes and regular car maintenance and have never had a bad experience. I recently changed out my vehicle from a 2020 to a 2023 Nissan rogue and love it. After a few hiccups Mike, the new manager took great care of me and made things right. Michael was my sales person and got me the right deal and has followed up multiple times with me. Chris in service always takes good care of me and gives me complimentary rides to wherever I need to go while I wait for my vehicle. I highly recommend Nissan of Venice for all your vehicle needs!

Ok...I have had Nissans for 3 decades and dealt with several dealerships in Florida and in Canada. I figured I should post a review for this place...in particular for Chris in their service department. So kind and polite and is THE reflection of what customer service should be. He actually cares about my vehicle! I was so impressed with Chris that I brought our vehicle here for a recall servicing even though it was a Canadian based vehicle.The dealership offers regular good pricing on service and add that to Chris and the lovely gal in the service department who handles the payments and you have a great spot to get your vehicle serviced, with no worry about excess charges...it is worth the drive from Port Charlotte to get treated well. Thanks!

Matt Drohan was very helpful getting me into a new Altima. Jeff in finance helped me get a better rate than my bank on the loan. New management new employees great buying experience. Out with the old in with the new believe me I would know. Consider Nissan of Venice next time you are in the market for a new vehicle these guys will treat you right.

It s a rare experience to go to a dealership and feel like you re among friends in a comfortable environment with no pressure. I have bought quite a few automobiles in my life and this was hands down the most pleasant purchase I ve ever had. There s plenty that other dealers could learn from how Nissan of Venice does business.

Chris (Service Consultant) and Jim (Service Manager) are rectifying the error on the wheels at no expense to us. Jim also will give us a car to drive while the wheels are being repaired!That's what I call service at the highest level.

Jeremiah and the entire staff were fantastic. I went there to sell my car and they were extremely fair and very professional. I would do business with them ten times over. Jeremiah was the main reason I came back to sell them the car. Wonderful guy!
