We drove here from Colorado our coolant reserve tank was leaking . John's auto mechanics figured out we had a cracked coolant tank. The fix was so reasonable. Very fast service! Friendly Personnel ! Thank you so much for your help. Todd and Ada

They have integrity and choose to be honest. They listen, show and explain what is necessary to get your job done. They have a wealth of knowledge and excellent mechanics, especially Rob who I highly recommend. The owner Jon works alongside his mechanics and I'm thankful he has hired such qualified men. Whoever needs help diagnosing their cars problems, I highly recommend Jon's Auto!

I can't say enough good things about Jon's Auto! They have done a few jobs on my vehicle so far, and it's safe to say they are where I will take all my vehicles to be serviced. There is no job too big or small for this shop. They're knowledgeable in every make and model, and most importantly, they always perform the work within budget & in a timely manner.Very friendly staff that makes you feel like family, and like you've been their customer forever.Also, ask Jon about hydro-dipping!They are able to hydro-dip anything that can be submerged, and even large items like wheels and valve covers!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Every time we bring a vehicle to these guys for repair the bill is $1600.00. We asked for a diagnosis on one of our vehicles, Jon's auto repaired the vehicle and charged us $1600.00 without authorization. We will never use this shop again.

They have become too overpriced. Every time we have an issue with a car it's $1600.00. We asked for a diagnosis on our truck, did not authorize the repair, it was repaired and we were billed $1600.00.

The honest mechanic everyone needs. He didn't over charge or do work that wasn't needed. Found my issue and fixed it. Highly recommend checking them out if you want the honest truth.

I can not say enough good things about this shop. We were refered her from our realtor when we moved from Nebraska because we needed brakes. When I called his shop he took breaks very seriousely as he got us in right away. He said to come right in and he would take care of us. We had an appointment with another shop a week out. I have continued to bring my vehicle to him as he is very trustworthy and honest. I feel that this is very rare with auto machanics these days. I am a customer for life and I am so blessed we have found this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great mechanics, detail oriented and honest. They replaced an entire engine for my husband's older car and clearly knew what they were doing. I would trust them completely. A hidden shop that you wouldn't know exists just driving by. Undoubtedly helps them keep costs down.

John's Auto just keeps getting better and better. From their office manager who has plenty of auto experience to explain things all the way down to John and his son and his team that actually work on the vehicles. They're still small town courteous with Big Town knowledge. The most favorite part about John and this team is that they're not going to BS you. - Nobody likes to hear bad news, but sometimes fallible humans make fallible cars.! Some cars are just lemons. Can you get one I'll let you know politely okay. And any other problems you have with any vehicles they can handle. The time frame in which they're getting more completed seems to have gotten longer because the clientele list has tripled in size. Now just ask yourself ...If more people and this whole area are bringing their vehicles John's Auto what do you think my review is?Apparently they're doing something right!

First time at shop and certainly not the last. Friendly, fair prices, ordered alternator for next day installation. Easy appointment and finished as promised. Have been looking for quality local mechanic and have found one.

All's I can say is I am glad I found Jon's Auto. I have been using them for my professional & personal needs for about 5 years now. I have never had a reason to think they were being less then honest with me. And I have always received quality work at a reasonable price.Thanks Jon

Jon is a master at his craft and his work and knowledge of mechanics speaks for itself. It is also well known around town that Jon is as honest and straight forward as they come, which is of the utmost importance when considering the fact that more often than not shop mechanics tend to go a little heavy on the repairs needed.

Amazing Jon the son. Bestvwork,value, so friendly. Went to other shop in dtown venice quoted me 879.34. Jon's 445 total. Few days latter my chec engine light came on. I called immediately and they said bring it right in. They fixed it for free. New to area have a Toyota or a BNW you have found your mechanic. Last week Jon's Auto finished installing a replacement engine in my Acura Legend. I think it took much longer than they expected, but they did it without complaint, inspected the new engine to make sure there were no problems, kept me informed about their progress, and even saved a couple parts from the old engine for me in case the replacements should fail, such as the alternator. My car now runs smoother than ever.While I was there they tested a Corvette engine on a stand. Loud! But everyone watched. These guys really like cars.It's a little tough finding them the first time; they're in the back of the strip mall just to the west of the county building on the south side of 41 and there's no sign out front. Don't use Waze, which will get you close but on the other side of a fence. Google Maps got it right. Coming from the east turn left at the next opening past the Annex Dr left turn lane, coming from the west turn right just before the 'COURT HOUSE PLAZA' sign with the lawn of the county building beyond it. Head straight back to the last building.

The auto repair shop experience has not always been easy, Jon's was completely different, Jon and his son made me feel like I was in good hands and I WAS,they did at a fair price fix my vehicle and went the extra mile to get it done so I could have my truck when I needed it!
