The worst customer service! 3hours there for nothing. The guy Dave who attending me at the beginning was amazing and really professional but Fran or Frank ... he did not even look at me when I get close to the desk to asked if I can go to my car to take something. After he knows wants going on with the car, I agreed to paid for my car to be fixed and I asked him about how long is going to take. He said around 1h. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked him how is everything with my car. He has no idea, the mechanic guy was not even there, he could not find or contact him and he just told me wait 1 hour more. Not letting the customer knows for the extra time, if there is a problem, not even knowing what's going on with my car ... his attitude looks like or he has a bad day or he does not like or know how to deal with the customer. I have been coming here always when I have a problem with my car but after today, I prefer to go somewhere else.

Very happy with the service. Dave who I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally friendly and considerate. I'd give it a ten but I'm not sure if I could have found the two tires for less. Seemed expensive. But then again, isn't everything these days?! Again, quite pleased.

I recently had the experience of purchasing 4 tires at this store. I initially arrived without an appointment and although they were very busy, Scott checked me in, and with little wait, my car went into the service bay. Once an evaluation was written up by Dave, Justin gave me a quote for the installation and alignment of 4 new tires and told me that they would call me when they arrived. Two days later Frank called and got me in immediately to have them installed. Upon arrival, with little wait, my car went into the service bay. The entire process took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this facility. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Dave the service tech. who not only didn't object to me watching, but was willing to answer any questions I had.

Was headed to tampa on i-75 from naples, had a blow out! The amazing people here took care of me an hour before closing! On a saturday! Got two new tires mounted and relieved all of my stress!Even put my spare back in my trunk and made it look like it was never taken out! Incredible incredible incredible service! Whoever is the manager and the parents of these young adults are doing an amazing job!!! 100% would recommend this exact firestone to the local s who live here!Thank you!

The staff is great. Justin and Lorilei - very helpful. Dave was also helpful the day before. I felt heard and that they did not push anything on me. They got me in for my appointment very quickly.

Con artists through and through.. the estimate I got on the problems with my car was comical.. according to them im surprised it turned on.. I came in because I had a nail in my tire.. I had a full set of tires put on a few months ago and seeing as I assumed I was under warranty I took it back to have it fixed.. stupidest mistake ever.. over 3 hours to replace the tire because according to them it couldn t be fixed, yea ok.. and three sensors replaced that they damaged the last time my car was in their hands.. over 500 dollars and time I ll never get back. I get home and receive my invoice for services, because you can t get that in the store.. no reciepts! It s a email.. GIANT RED FLAG! come to find out they didn t even have the courtesy to write down the correct mileage for my vehicle. Let alone any proof of the problems my car had.. Your company is a joke and you re the reason everyone hates mechanics

I hate it when my car has problems, but I always am confident that the Firestone on Tamiami Trail before the Circus Bridge will fix my problem. This shop has never let me down. All of the employees that I have dealt with are awesome. Thank you.

I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was tricked into applying for a Firestone credit card that I do not want nor need. At no time was I told by the service writer that I was applying for such. He misrepresented it as a service club for customers, and not once mentioned it was actually a credit card. His actions were dishonest, misleading, and could be considered as fraudulent. Then when the work was completed he presented a list of repairs he claimed were needed in an attempt to up sell services that aren't needed nor warranted. I will not return to Firestone due to the dishonest practices I encountered in the store and will not recommend them to others.

Definitely 5 star service. Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the problem to me. Offered me different options that would actually accommodate my needs. Were very polite and thorough in their knowledge...Would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I was provided with good mechanical service for general preventative maintenance. Good work done by the guys in the garage.During the payment process I was offered a discount if I applied for a credit card, I declined the offer and explained that my credit is on "hold" due to a recent identity theft issue and I'm not eligible for additional credit until I lift the hold myself.A week or so after my service visit, I received a letter from CreditFirst, my application for a Firestone Complete Auto Care credit card was declined. I specifically refused this offer but apparently my request was ignored, my application was submitted without my authorization and my credit score took a negative hit as a result. NOT COOL! These guys lost my trust on my first visit there, AND I didn't even get the discount!This process can be improved by not ignoring and carelessly damaging customers while shamelessly profiting from their customer's lucrative credit potential.Good job in the garage, the front office needs improvement, in my opinion... maybe the corporate office needs to modify practices as well . . . . this same situation has been documented at other Firestone locations as well. Shameful.

Classic bait and switch for oil change. Firestone offers a $29.95 oil change coupon for you to download but when you take it to this Firestone Complete Auto Care location they'll tell you that's only for oder model cars (1990 era vehicles) and the oil change for your car is $59.95! When I pointed out that the coupon doesn't state that anywhere the counter guy said "Yeah, they're not clear on that." Scammers!!

I ordered tires through Ebay Promotion for free installation and through Ebay I was offerd this place as the installer and which I chose. Unfortunately the tires were lost which was not their Fault but Ebay. Speaking to the manager In regards to this promotion, He mentioned this happens frequently that tires get lost. The guy I spoke with was very friendly so i asked him when He installs the tires If I could get an alignment done since they had a $20 off coupon. He said sure. I come to pick up the van and Everything looks good, but when I asked the manager for a printout of the alignment ( I wanted to see how far out it was aligned ) , He said the machine printer was not working. That threw red flags but I didnt want confrontation. I took the van home and looked at the invoice and found they did not honor the coupon. I also found there was no evidence they performed the Alignment but only a steering wheel adjustment to make it look like it was aligned. Fast forward a couple months later the wheel is not centered again. I usually would let this go but this is not right. I Have used others in the area and Honestly I have not found any one good. Oh, I also Got an oil change too from firestone and they didnt put a sticker in the window.

My kid's tire blew, luckily it was a run flat so we could take it here. They had very good service and asked a reasonable price for the tires and work. I appreciated they checked the front tires and said those were still good for about 5 or 6 thousand miles at the least. So reasonable price, good service and were honest. I had a good experience and recommended these guys.

Tires at a good price, some of the best service I've ever had phone calls take you right to the item they need show you what you need absolutely great staff extremely great people I could not even in this give you anymore how great it really was if you're in the Venice area and you don't use them you're really really really missing out

We had unexpected rental car troubles on a recent trip. The team at this shop could not have been more helpful. They worked with us to find the best tire and deal for our situation and had us ready to get back on the road quickly. If I lived in this area I would use them for all of my automotive needs. I was stranded after my truck wouldn't start. Eric and his Team were AWESOME! Not only did they get my truck in right away, they diagnosed the problem (alternator) and got me back on the road the next day. I can't say enough good things about how Eric handled everything (incl my melt down) from my initial call, to keeping my soft top safe inside over night, thru pick up of my vehicle. Top notch THANK YOU!

I went here to get my tires balanced which they did after 2 1/2 hours of waiting and after I left I had a stripped lug nut which wasn t stripped before. I went back to talk to them to get the lug off which they told me that when I was waiting they were trying to get that one lug nut off for an hour in other words just means they were sitting there stripping it for and hour! They said that they were supposed to tell me about the lug nut before they gave me my keys but they never did. After all of this they told me they couldn t do anything. I just got screwed over and have a stripped lug nut now on my car that I need to somehow get off. I have WORK rims that are very thin wall I already tried a bolt remover it won t work unless I can find a very long thin wall bolt remover.

We had an unexpected situation after hours where we had to have our vehicle towed to Firestone. My daughter was in an accident and i was in a different state. By the time I called in the morning, they had identified the damage and the vehicle was fixed within 4 hours. Scott & Eric were awesome to deal with, and made this mama very comfortable to have my daughter's safety in their hands. Thank you! Don t even try to book an appointment I ve tried making an appointment with them on three separate occasions and every time I book one they call and tell me oh sorry I saw you booked an appointment online but we had a guy call out sick so we can t get you in today how can someone be calling off sick everytime I call?

Not impressed with this branch. I made an appointment for my AC, when I got there they hadn t looked what my appointment was for and told me that the machine was broken so I had to go back. I went back a different day and they didn t call to tell me my car had to stay overnight. They ended up not being able to fix the problem and referred to me my dealer. They did not change my brake light like I asked because they assumed I wanted it done all together . A different Firestone branch managed to fix my AC though All in all a bad experience due to bad communication and unpreparedness.

I made an appointment on their app for the following morning. I recieved an email for confirmation of time, day, location, and what I wanted to get worked on. I showed up to my appt and was told they sent me an email changing the time. I was a little disappointed in the app. Eric went above and beyond to squeeze me in. He was very straightforward with me and didn't try to get more money out of me, like other places do. Eric talked to me about my battery, explaining and educating me about the common issue with it. Eric was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest! I highly recommend this place, especially after this experience.

We were on a small road trip to visit Caspersen beach to look for sharks teeth, which is about 1.5 hours north of where we live. While on the freeway, all of our warning lights on the vehicle popped up and we didn't know quite what was going on.First went to Advance Auto to test the battery, but current battery wouldn't test. They swapped the battery under warranty and it finally tested - turns out our alternator was overcharging the battery. Went about .5 miles up the road to Firestone and told them what was going on and in hopes our beach trip wouldn't be ruined due to the car problems. The front desk workers were EXTREMELY helpful and understanding and told me they would be able to get to the vehicle right away and that "they could be our hero today"...and they were.I was able to drop the family off at the beach a short distance away, come back and drop off the vehicle to be worked on, then take a short Uber back to the beach to meet up with my family. A few hours later, I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pickup and was able to Uber back over to get the van and go pick up the family before a storm rolled in. From there, we were able to get to our hotel and continue with the trip as planned...if you guys weren't able to step in and fix the alternator that day, I don't know what we would have ended up doing, but you truly did save the day! Thanks so much! You truly made a difference for us when we were in a jam.
