Hi I had a young lady name Kim Moore who was so outstanding and courtiers , very sweet and kind , and listen to my problem and worked it out for me , I couldn t of ask for a better person to help me and to get every thing taken care , she went above and beyond in solved the problem that I had , thank u for being kind and generous to me , wish their were more like her, God bless you ms, k moore

Most of these reviews are for the service center not the Collision Center. Definitely wouldn t recommend the collision center, they are scam artists that will test your intelligence if they think you don t know anything about cars. Zero communication skills. Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I m sure they would have many more bad reviews if most of their customers weren t elderly.If you re reading this, be sure to read their reviews on yelp and every other website with reviews, do t just read the google reviews. I was in an accident and used Starling for my collision repair. Walt was absolutely a pleasure to work with and did everything he could to make sure my car was handled and completed quickly. He even came in WAY early so that I could pick the car up before a hectic work day. Where should I start. Make it short I got my car back worse than I brought it in. Never as a veteran seen a shop say my car drives good and totalled 2 days later from the lackof simplylooking at the engine etc. No full inspection of the car no communication with the customer etc. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but no luck. Will retract if they fix or try to make it right. For now this stand.
