Had a minor accident with my Edge. The folks at Car Chemistry did a great job on my car. It looked brand new when I got it back.They handled all the communication with my insurance company, keeping me up to date and in the loop as the process worked out. It took a little longer than originally planned, but that was only because when they opened the hood they found more things that needed to be repaired and the supply chain issues that started with Covid three years ago are still here.The team at CC let me know how things were progressing, and I never felt out of touch with them. The staff answering the phones there are so pleasant and always helpful.No rattles or weird noises afterward. And my headlights are perfectly aimed afterward (car guys know, back in the day, once a car had a front end collision, headlights never went back where we wanted them to go). Mine are perfect!And the great service continued to my pickup of my car. They reviewed all they did with me, made sure I was happy with their work, and then even handled getting my rental car folks to pick up my car, saving me time.I d do business with this team again. I can t express how pleased I am with the quality of work and the service I received.RG

WOW! What a flawless experience from beginning to end! I brought my car in to have the back right quarter panel repaired/painted. I first went to a corporate competitor where I waited two weeks for an estimate, then I decided to get a second estimate from Car Chemistry and they were over half the price and the service was phenomenal! The office is beautiful and an extra little surprise is London the Golden Doodle who greets you at the door. I want to give a shout out to Travis who gave me an estimate as soon as I walked in the door and he even did a little touch up for me at no extra charge on my door handle. They only had it for a couple days and when I picked up my car I was so delighted to see that day vacuumed, wiped down and washed my car. The girls at the front desk were great too.Excellent customer service and the job was perfectly done. Thank you all! Do you like coffee? They have the best!!

Recent auto body work completed by Car Chemistry. They gave me an estimate appointment for the next day after I called. I received the lowest quote for service from them. They gave me a date to drop off my car, and the work was completed the next day. The work was great and the customer service as well. I have recommended them through my community website. Best around!

We are so happy we had them take care of our car. The process from estimate to pick up was seamless! I was hit on the rear right door and what would have been a stressful experience turned out stressless. When we dropped off the car they explained to us what to expect, they dealt with the other party s insurance and updated us constantly on the status. The work was completed earlier than expected and we are very pleased with the outcome. Our car looks like it s brand new! We highly recommend them. Great family run business.

I highly recommend Car Chemistry! I had a hit and run happen to my car in a parking lot.Their customer service and communication was stellar! I had 3 calls in 7 days with updates as well as almost daily emails. My Lincoln Nautilus looks perfect!I'm a very satisfied customer!

Had a wonderful experience. Fantastic customer service. I delayed getting my car fixed after an accident because I was afraid of the hassle. The people here made everything so easy. I was so excited to pick my car up. They had me inspect the work done and went over everything they did. My car looks just like new. Can not say enough about everyone with Car Chemistry. Highly recommend.

I was recommended this shop from a family member with only good things to say. I was not let down! I came in with 4 deep scratches going up my hood, I was quoted a reasonable price before hand and it was even less at pick up. They were very fast, friendly, informative, and kept me updated throughout the process. They also went above and beyond and detailed my car, Jasper did a wonderful job it looks brand new! They did an amazing job all around and will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing body work done!Service: Painting

Car chemistry has some of the nicest employees that I ve dealt with. The paint job they did on my Corvette came out looking awesome. It took a little while to get it back because of parts issues beyond their control but I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and would recommend them to anyone.

I just want to publicly thank Car Chemistry, and particularly Jacob, for giving me helpful, expert counsel on an issue with the paint on my new car. The dealership said the problem was due to external factors, but Car Chemistry took a closer look and found very small telltale signs of a paint adhesion problem that even I missed. What's more, Car Chemistry saw me same day I called, and didn't even charge me for the advice though I offered to pay. I was really impressed with their knowledge and integrity, and if I ever need a car painted, I'll for sure be taking it to Car Chemistry in Venice.

They were able to see me after another place canceled last minute. They were ready and got right to my estimate, let me go and emailed the estimate later that day. They have not worked on the car yet but clean and professional from my quick visit.

Had some damage to my 22 Nissan Frontier as a result of Hurricane Ian. Truck is pretty much brand new, so I didn t think it would be the same after. Took some time to get it in because of all the other customers I m sure they got for the same reason. Took their time which I appreciate; I d rather have it done right than fast. Unprofessional, Dishonest and uncooperative!!!!!!!!!Unprofessional, Dishonest and uncooperative, from the front desk up to management! HORRIBLE business model, probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Original brought my car in to have it checked out and scheduled a date to drop it off for repair. When I showed up to drop it off for repair, on the date they scheduled, the same guy that scheduled it, advised they did not have it on the schedule and would need to reschedule. He was so argumentative, another member of management stepped in to intervene.Several weeks later, brought the car back, at their second date they scheduled and was advised it would be 5 weeks to repair. Felt that was a bit long, but realized there were several vehicles damaged in the recent storm. Week 3 they called and advised it should be done a week early. Week 4 through week 7, when I would call, they continually advised they would call back with an update. After not receiving any call back, I would call again, and they would advise it would be done in 2 more days.Beginning of week 8 they advised they damaged parts for both the windshield and rear window when installing the windshield and the replacement part would be in by the next day and the window should be replaced, again, the following day. End of week 8 they advised, it should be a done the first or secondary day of week 9. Week 9 they advised the window company did not have a gasket for the windshield and it was ordered. Middle of week 10 they advised the part for the windshield was in and the windshield would be installed the following day, and the car would be ready for pick up Thursday or Friday.Week 11, they advised the gasket had come in the previous day and was scheduled to be installed today, the Friday I was advised it would be done by, 2 days earlier. Was again told they would let me know what was going on as soon as they had more information. No call back! Called them again on Tuesday and was told they would find out what the status was and call me right back. 2 hours later, no call back, so I called them back and was advised the windows had been replaced and everything was done, they were detailing and it should be ready for pick up later that day and she would call me. Just before 5 pm, (their closing time) and I had not heard anything, as nobody called me. So again, I had to call them, I was advised it should be done by 11:00 am the following day.So 11 weeks to complete the job quoted for 5 weeks, after being told it would be done a week early.Every bit of information took several calls, or a trip to the shop to obtain. They did not reach out to us to provide any update or information without multiple inquires, even after several requests to be kept up to date. The job, a dented roof and quarter panel, quoted for 5 weeks took 11 weeks to complete, with basically no updates, explanations or justifications provided.The WORST business I have ever dealt with and caution anyone considering using this company!! Go elsewhere, unless you can go without your vehicle for at least double what they quote you as a timeline and aren t concerned about the progress along the way, because information is not offered and reluctant to be provided when inquired about!!!!!

Did it to myself. Hit neighbors mailbox. Bought her a new one. Car chemistry did excellent work. I think pricing was reasonable. Returning phone calls hit and miss. But it s the repair that counts. Great job . Thanks everyone

Roof started rotting out on my 01 F250 from a previous hack job done before I owned the truck trying to stop a water leak. Called around and got a couple of quotes. Two other shops were a few hundred dollars cheaper but told me up front they had never done one before. Spent the extra money with Car Chemistry as they had done roof replacements before and glad I did. They called and kept me up to speed on the repair. It came out excellent and will be bringing it back to have the hood repainted. I included some before and after shots.

I am very particular about my cars. Being retired, I have owned many cars. I owned few show cars, sports cars, and daily drivers. Car Chemistry did my body shop repairs flawlessly. Catie, Shawn, and obviously some very skilled auto body technicians repaired my car to better than the original factory. The color match was perfect in all light and viewing angles. When I picked it up, it was detailed inside and out. The car's interior did not have any body shop smell whatsoever. I was treated with friendliness, professionalism, guidance, and respect. You do not want to have these people do body work on ur car. Especially when an insurance company is involved. They will not represent u in good faith but instead side with insurance companies since they r their stream of income. Stay away there r much much better body shops to deal with who will look out for ur best interest.

Car Chemistry did a great job repairing my rear bumper. Their estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises once they started the job. Even though it was a small job, they still detailed the car so it looked brand new when I picked it up! It was a pleasure to deal with Brian and Travis as well as the ladies who work at the front desk! I would not go to any other body shop in the area!!

This is the BEST body shop! They gave me a written estimate on the spot, worked with the insurance company, fully repaired my truck, fixed the needed paperwork for the supplemental, and completed all the repairs in a timely fashion. The first issue was I could not accept the job the first time they said it was done. The clear coat was contaminated. This was later in the day when it was dark, however I could feel the contamination/dirt in the finish. Today I went back, and the contamination had been buffed out which is good. Since it was now daylight I could see where they just sprayed over some pre-existing damage on the bumper. This as opposed to either calling me, or the insurance company for an adjustment . The entire bumper was painted nicely, and they painted right over the damage without giving me the option to have it fixed. Their representative agreed he would have reached out, however did not offer any recourse. The final job is acceptable, and they did fix the contamination issue after it was pointed out. So with that being said, if you are looking for okay service, and meh quality this place is fine. If you know the difference then I recommend checking around for a better shop. Not terrible, but they have taken a step back from where they were.Update on 3/14/2022 Updating this to 5 stars. Brian and the team went above, and beyond to make it right. It is rare in today's business enviroment to have a company go the extra mile. We worked through the issues. Kudos for stepping up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my car February 9, 2016. Jim and company have diligently sought parts and done repairs to my car. They have done an excellent job using the authentic parts. Their craftsmanship has been excellent. My car will look better that it did before the accident. Thanks Jim and your excellent staff!

Car chemistry was recommended to us for repairing collision damage. I also highly recommend this auto shop. Our car looks awesome.
