Excellent customer service! They were quick and their timing was precise. It seems as though they were very thorough. I highly recommend them over the other options. I hope I never need body work, but if I do, I know I will be going to Caliber Collision in Venice!

Caliber Collision offers 5 Star Service! Communication was daily tax for updates. Receptionist and office workers were welcoming and professional. The technician and even the representative from the rental company were thorough and professional. The work done to my car was perfect and looks like New! I highly recommend this company above all others.

They did an excellent repair on my Audi. It looked brand new when I got it back. Their communication was excellent. They texted me every few days with updates while they had it. The car was ready 2 days before they estimated I d have it back. I highly recommend them

Very professional. Staff was communicative and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the whole process.Car was returned with the inside detailed as well as the outside. Would definite use Caliber in the future . But sure hope I don t need them!With their warranty, I feel confident that if there is a problem, I will be able to call them and they will fix it.Thank you. Marjie.

Very respectful, courteous and dependable. Caliber Collision handled every aspect of our repair and did it in a timely manner. Quality of work is exceptional. Hope we don t need repairs ever again but if we do, we know who we are calling.

They did amazing work, quick turnaround, and amazing communication. I received updates via text almost daily. Car looks brand new, and cleaned the vehicle also. Overall, amazing experience. Couldn t have been happier. Thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision in Venice

this is the second time I have used Caliber Collision, They treat you like you are family. All of the employees are very accommodating & very willing to help. My experience with Caliber Collision at the Venice location was outstanding. Fred was the service manager who took care of my beetle. He and his team out did themselves. I got my Atlas back a few days earlier. And my beetle looks new again. The quality of the job and communication throughout were impressive. Caliber Collision is the place where you expect quality and professional outcomes.

Very easy to work with them. Very professional and friendly. Upon arrival I received a written estimate promptly and an approval from the insurance promptly as well. Repair was also done promptly and professionally. The whole process was very efficient because they are an approved vendor for the insurance compaby.

Very friendly front desk staff & timely repairs! Steve did an awesome job replacing my bumper and cleaned the inside of my car as well! He also called me almost every day to give updates without me having to call first. Steve and the whole team was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond. From the minute I walked in the door, to picking up my vehicle was top notch service. 5 stars plus! Tha car was repaired, detailed and looked band new! I highly recommend!

We were a bit apprehensive about taking our car to Caliber, because we usually use the dealership for repairs and maintenance, but were totally satisfied with the job that Caliber did! The entire staff was completely dedicated to making sure that we were constantly appraised of the process, and that the job was perfect and completed in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Caliber Collision!

My car was damaged in the last hurricane and my insurance company recommended Caliber. It was such and easy process. Fred Smith was excellent in keeping me informed of the entire progress. The women at the front desk were pleasant & efficient. My car was done earlier than expected and it looks perfect.

Had problems matching the paint, but they stuck with it and matched it perfect in the end. Took an additional 2 weeks. They covered cost of rental car and all the work was warrantied.

The moment you walk in and interact with Dawn or Cindy, at the front desk, you automatically know you are in a pace of high quality customer service. My car broke down right in front of this place and a bolt from my brakes fell out. I called them and Chris let me know that they re not mechanics and don t specialize in that but he would come out and see if he could help. He fixed my car in 10 minutes and let me know exactly what was wrong. The kindness and compassion Chris showed me in just 15 minutes of me being there speaks volumes. Thanks so much for all your help today.

Tried to get an estimate for my car to be repaired. They aren t at all interested in self pay. Only willing to schedule for insurance claims. I told them I am literally a cash payment and flexible to schedule in the next 3-6 months. NOPE. They are not interested. They are a big business who only want the easy over billing and overpays of direct insurance claims. What a shame!! One receptionist apologized and was friendly. The other receptionist could care less!!! They clearly don t want your business !!!!!

Really bad experience here so be careful. They didn't ever communicate progress ( or lack thereof ) unless I chased them down myself, they had to repaint a bumper which took an additional 2 days, then they lost my electronic key.While the front desk and service rep were all very kind, management had an opportunity to make all this right but chose to teach about his margin rather than address the service failure appropriately.If you can find someone else to do the work I'd highly recommend it.

Great skilled service. After a nasty rear end hit my Tacoma looks and drives like new. And they cleaned and detailed the inside. They have great communication and kept me up to date. I'm so happy we chose Caliber Collision.

I just bought a brand new car and was involved in an accident where I was rear-ended. Although the timing was totally inconvenient, I was happy to have found Caliber Collision. They completed the repairs on my car in a timely manner, and have been so helpful along the way. I highly recommend Caliber collision for all your needs!

They kept me informed through text messaging, which was more convenient since I work and don t want to have to be on personal calls at the job. And not only did they fix the car, but they cleaned the inside too.
