Needed new radiator, Jimmy always takes great care of us, very fair on pricing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend. Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful. It isn t the fastest service because he is so booked out but so worth it to know he treats our cars like his and wants my family safe.

Jimmy and his team are amazing! They were the first mechanic shop that I took my car to when I first moved here. Being a single parent it was really nerve-racking hoping that I would be able to find someone that wouldn't take advantage of me and Jimmy has always been upfront and honest with me knowing that I had limited funds he really worked with me to get the important things done and not offering unnecessary services that could wait until another date. He knows I only have the one vehicle, and that I would have to wait at his shop so he gets me in as fast as he can even offering to squeeze me in if he can sometimes for emergencies. It just feels like home and I'm very grateful that I found them.

I can t say enough about Butlers. My brother left us his 1999 Trans Am, so very sentimental to me. It broke down and we had to have it towed. Not knowing where to bring it, I called Butler s from a recommendation and they told us to bring it right in. Butler s is located in the center of a strip center so something I was not familiar with for an auto mechanic business and was a little apprehensive when we walked in. They were absolutely wonderful. Anthony kept us informed of everything that was going on with the car. The price was reasonable and the car is running great. Honest, fair price, excellent service, great staff. We will bring all of our cars to Butler s. Highly recommend.

Best mechanic experience we ve had in a long time! Butler s Automotive saved the day when our heater hose started leaking. Jimmy and his team were a true pleasure to work with. They were polite, the prices were fair, and they repaired the car in no time at all! Would highly recommend and we will be switching our business to them!

Very happy finding Butlers Automotive. Lucky for me as they were referred to me by a friend. Best service in Venice. Excellent and timely repairs. Fair prices and they show a sincere interest in their customer. You can't go wrong with Butlers Automotive.

100% recommend. They revived a car I was ready to throw in the trash. The other times we had stuff done on the car at another place, I never trusted the car was truly fixed . I now have a lot of confidence in the work that has been done and feel safe to drive it!Also the owner is awesome and each employee we spoke to was very personable!

I ve been using Butler Automotive for a few years now.They have always been amazing to work with. Recently I purchased a used truck from a dealer and a few months wound up having an issue with the turbo charger.Took the truck into the dealer who gave me the price for the repair. I brought it to Jimmy Butler s for a second opinion.They did the repair and literally saved me $3,000 compared to the dealers price!Thankful for an honest mechanic that I can trust!

Brought in our Buck Regal GS for an alignment. Got an incredible price. Jimmy was great, provided some education, and gave us some options if we decide to do additional services, but nothing pushy at all. Drives amazing again. I highly recommend Butler's Automotive, very professional, great priced and knowledgeable.

My wife heard a whining sound driving her 2012 Volvo S60. She was told by one car repair place she needed an alternator. A second place said she needed a new air conditioner compresser. We took it to Butler's, they didn't hear the whining so Jimmy said bring it back if it starts again. Her Volvo key fob caused a low battery alert on her cars console. We took it to Volvo and they said it needed a whole new fob for $400. Anthony from Butler's looked it up on Google how to change the battery. Had me get the battery from Amazon and just replaced the batteries in both fobs. No charge. We highly recommend Butler's Automotive, they are very honest and very pleasant to work with .

My elderly mother s transmission went out while she was visiting and Butler s went above and beyond to help her. Their customer service is unmatched and truly professional. Family Owned Honest ShopJimmy installed some lowering springs for me. Car drives perfect. TEIN S-Tech drop on an old Lexus. Showed me the alignment rack sheet. As expected.This shop is local and great to work with. I am going back. Now the car can go to body and I'm confident in his mechanical work. Pit Stop has taken me for a ride three times. Jimmy and his team or Import Auto are the only honest guys in town, from my humble opinion.

Jim (owner) took his time to explain everything in detail. He was extremely professional as were all his staff that came through the office area. The place was buzzing with customers who seemed very satisfied with their service as well. I would highly recommend Butler s Automotive!

Looking to have your AC repaired? DON T go here. On 6/14 I brought my car in to have the AC fixed. I was told it needed an AC hose (235.00) and a condenser (245.00). Total was going to be 1096.00 including an oil change.On 6/22 my car was finally finished. I picked up the car and the next day the AC was NOT working. So, I brought it back and was told I had a possible leak and they believe its now fixed. He then gives me a 60.00 bill (which I told him I would pay it as long as the car was fixed) I told Jimmy that I will drive the car for a couple days to make sure things are good. The next day, Yup, NO AC. So now its June 30th and the shop is closed until July 5th. Oh that wedding I had to go to, yea, I looked great with all the sweat I had all over me. So I call Jimmy and he cant see it for a day or so, great, ok so I bring the car in and it sits out front of his shop all day ( I drove by several times to see) he texts me at the end of the day, around 6pm to say he has the estimate ready. I call and get a woman who says jimmy is unavailable and the repairs will be $1,300.00 more to fix it, WHAT!!!!!! SERIOUSLY??? So I get there to pick up the car and he comes running out to show me some picture of another part that needs to be replaced. Couldn t you have figured that out the first time??? You don t do a repair and have them come back 3 times, so bad for business. Jimmy, take AC repairs off your window. You really did me wrong after you came highly recommended. I should have just got the oil change and ran.

Reliable and honest car repair. The owner rode around with me to try and diagnose what was going on with my vehicle . Didn t give up, kept driving until the car acted up. Worked late into the evening, to ensure I had my car the next day. Did exactly what he said he would do, and the car is running great. TopNotch service!!! Took my daughter s car for suspension problem. Car was inspected timely, they explained issues in detail and helped me prioritize repairs. Prices were fair and quoted in advance - as a single mom, felt very comfortable with the entire experience and not pressured or intimidated at all - that is important to me. We had a wheel bearing replaced. As it turned out, the bearing was very difficult to get out and it took extra time. We were only charged on what the normal rate was for replacing a bearing. That is good business. We are returning customers and have told others about Butler Auto. Jimmy and his staff get the job done at a price that can t be beat.

This is an amazing shop- we walked in without an appointment -when they heard it was a brake problem they got us in that day and fixed the brake caliper - all before 5 pm at a great price. This is the shop you want working on your car. I am so grateful I found them. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer at Butler's Automotive since becoming a single mom many years ago. Jimmy carries on the integrity and honesty his father had for their customers. He has an unbelievable work ethic and expects that of the team, as well. I have never doubted or hesitated to take my cars here as a female who knows very little about cars. I trust them and appreciate all the work they have done to keep my kids and I safe over the years. It has been amazing to watch him grow and expand the business. Jim Butler is the town legacy mechanic! I've gone to Jim a number times and never fails!If you give the man time, the space, he will always provide you with the great service, the hard work, the top quality skills!Over look the tight working space, because that really means he is in HIGH DEMAND!~Also he is always looking to expand his crew, so if your a hard working passionate mechanic, more then likely he will hire you!Again have the patience, and the job will be met at the right price
