I ve been having trouble with my phone screen lately and the top of my phone wasn t working and kept acting like it was hacked. I went to other places before hand and the pricing was insane almost $300-$400 just to replace the screen. I came to batteries plus and they were so sweet. Heiley was amazing and fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes and put on a screen protector perfectly. With my phone screen being fixed and a screen protector being put on my total came out to less than $200. I recommend coming here if you need your phone fixed they are very nice and super helpful!

So the earphone speaker stops working on my iPhone. I stopped by Batteries Plus had them look at my phone and told, no problem can fix it, but we have to order the part. The part arrives- as they estimated a few day later-bring the phone in and I'm told we'll have it done in 45 min. Great, I'll be next store having lunch ( by the way, really good food at the Latin Market). So having lunch, and into the resturant walks the tech ( sorryI didn't get his name) and he says "Your speaker is fine the wire connection just came loose, I plugged it back in and it's working fine. May have happened from dropping the phone here's your phone NO CHARGE."First off Thank you for fixing my phone! But WOW, If that doesn't speaks volumes on a business that runs on honesty & integrity I don't know what does. I highly recommend!

Been going to this place for years. The fix watches and lamps. I had a iPhone 7 for about 6 years thanks to this place and cheap battery replacements. They re also super friendly and will clean out my charging port when I need. 100% recommend

Purchased two auto batteries and service was extraordinary. I bought online and took advantage of a 15% promotional discount and had both installed at the store. Each car was done in 15 minutes from when I walked in the store and staff was friendly and professional. Excellent experience.

I went to the Venice Fl store to get my non-charging phone fixed. Corey immediately diagnosed the issue, did a quick cleaning and re-checked for charging problems. All within 5 minutes, and at no charge. Corey and the entire staff are friendly, professional, efficient. Thank you all.

This place is outstanding for customer service. Corey is tireless when it comes to problem solving anything that needs a battery! The guy goes above and beyond with a helpful, friendly attitude. Plus he fixed our car fob!!!! Very reasonable prices, too. Corey is our go-to!

It all sounds good to offer curbside service, but I waited days to have an acknowledgment that my order was ready to pick up. Never did hear about the second order until I picked up the first, only to learn it was being denied for being out of stock. Very pleasant in person, but not connecting well virtually.

Fantastic service this morning at the Venice FL location. My husband told me his phone was not charging. The charger would not stay in the charging port. Went in for what I figured would be a port replacement, and the first question they asked was had we cleaned the phone. It had stuff in the port. They cleaned it and now it works fine! I highly recommend their store and service. Stop by, they have something you NEED for your car, your phone, your home! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

They fixed my phone! It was the charging port. At first they thought they would have to replace the charging port. But realize that all they had to do was a deep cleaning. I'm happy they were honest because it was going to cost me $110 to fix it but it only cost me 21 plus tip. Had to tip them for being honest.

I visited this location, today. Thought I had a worn out charger port on my iPhone and wanted to get it fixed. The polite and nice gentleman, wish I got his name, looked at the bottom of my phone and said there might be something lodged in the bottom port. He went to the back and returned quickly, having found a small object he removed , maybe lint or something else, with tweezers. He plugged my phone into a charger and showed me it was charging fine. No charge and an absolute great attitude! I cannot thank this gentleman enough! If you have any battery or repair needs, I highly suggest this location. Thank you, for a very good experience!

Purchased a used Toyota Corolla for our daughter and the car only had one remote key fob. We went to Batteries Plus and Jordan Radford cut and programmed another key for us. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and worked like a charm. Great service and would highly recommend!!

Great specialty operation. Have used them multiple times for backup batteries for alarm systems designed cable/phone box. Also great deals on led bulbs and generic alkaline batteries.Online order for store pickup worked perfectly today, quick, professional in store experience. Team always helpful.

10:15 am walk-in to Batteries Plus in Venice location. 2 salesmen at the counter... asked for batteries for my fob. They stated we can open your fob!!! So I had no idea how to open it. They were both rude. And walked out... with no batteries. No one honestly wants to do there job!!!! Don't use this store!!! Lazy... both guys!Guess this company doesn't care employees are worthless!!!!

These guys did a fine job replacing the battery in my iPhone 6S. Gave me the 10% discount without me asking. Made an appointment online, they had it done within 20 minutes.I don't know why the customers are so difficult to deal with. While I was there a woman was angry because someone had been waited on before her. When that happens with me, I normally say something and get it sorted out right then. I can't imagine going into work every day knowing I would face another day dealing with rude and angry people. All these people, late for their retirement/vacations!Anyway, Batteries Plus Bulbs did well by me. I recommend them.

THE KNOWLEDGE AND FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF. ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND BE HELPFUL. Visited the store with a dead motorcycle battery. The young man thought that they might be able to recharge it and would call me the next day. We thought the the motorcycle might have a short causing a drain. It was determined that the battery was faulty and it was replaced under warranty. I appreciate the way in which he treated me with respect and I felt valued as a customer. I've been to this location at Bird Bay several times and never had a negative experience. The two men behind the counter today exhibited the very best in customer service. I'll be back.

I ordered online. I received notification that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived everything was ready for me. I had some questions about another type battery. The sales associate checked the computer and I was told you could not get them. He did tell me where to get them and that was greatly appreciated. Also I noticed you change watch batteries. I work at Aston Gardens a senior living facility and so many of the residents need watch batteries changed. Now I know where I will bring the residents if they need any kind of batteries. Thanks again for the great service.

Had my Harley motorcycle battery fail within the warranty period. Brought it in, load check failed, left with a brand new battery and was riding shortly after. No hassle, stand by their products. I ll be back.Update: Used them for a hard to find BMW car battery. Very knowledgeable, and they offered to update the car computer which turned out not to be required on my model.

Olivia was great, saved me $80.00 when she cleaned out my charging port.They had ordered a new port because I was having trouble inserting the cable.Upon inspection it was full of lint witch she removed at no charge.
