Had a flat tire on the way down to ft. Myers. Repaired and back on the road in 15 minutes. Professional, great communication, reasonable prices. Best experience with automotive repair ever.

I reached out to B & M recently because I doubted some information about my car from elsewhere. They were able to give me their time relatively quickly. They listened to my concern, looked at my car and explained the issue. Based on their knowledge I am very happy to have their expertise. I would have been happy to pay a consultation fee but since no work was needed they did not charge me. That was icing on the cake for me. I will be using them for all my car's needs.

I bought a used car and wouldn t ya know, the day after I got it, a flood of fluid came pouring out from under it. My mom recommended her mechanic to me and that s how I found B&M. These guys quickly diagnosed the issue got the parts and got my new to me car running again. While in there they spotted some things that weren t put together right by the dealer who sold it to me, as well as discovered a completely missing thermostat. They remedied those issues as well before further damage could be done to the vehicle. When I picked my Hyundai up we discussed some not so critical issues that I ll be back to take care of in the future. We needed a check for a noise we had in the front of the car while on a short visit to the area. Shop was recommended to us by so.e local folks. Robb helped us with a thorough inspection and was able to diagnose, fix it and get up on our way. We truly appreciate their assistance and knowledge of what needed to be done. Thank you!!

Troy and Rob went above and beyond to help me get my van fixed. They saw me immediately and also allowed me to store my van at their facility at no charge for over a month. Couldn t have asked for better customer service. I drive 40 mins each way because i know my automobiles are in good hands and because Troy and Rob are honest guys. Very professional. I have followed Rob for a very long time and was happy when he announced that he and Troy were going to establish their own shop. I have found them to be a trustworthy businessmen. Rob and Troy never try to "upsell" or "oversell", but do what needs to be done for safety and performance. They have serviced both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle for many years. I don't and wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our vehicles! Hands down the best shop in Venice! I don't trust anyone else to touch my car, they are always honest and upfront about repairs and what you can wait on vs what needs to be done asap. Pricing has been much better than any other shop I've tried, no longer dreading mechanic visits! These guys won't rip you off and they're keeping my 20 year old car running like new.

I started going to B and M a couple years ago and I won t go anywhere else! They are legit! I took my truck in this week, it was making an awful racket underneath. They figured it out that it was a heat shield banging, they fixed it and refused to charge me because it was minimal, that rates very high that they are honest!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

These guys are the epitome of professionals at work. They make you feel like family everytime you walk in the door. Repairing your vehicle is about as enjoyable as visiting the doctor. Fortunately their bedside manner is exceptional. Do not fear that the repairs suggested are anything but in YOUR best interests.

This review has taken me too long to get around to....me, my husband, and 2 children took a roadtrip to Sarasota over the summer and unfortunately for us we ran into some car trouble...we were towed to B&M and WOW!!!! We didn't know what to think going into an unfamiliar place and being from Wisconsin we thought they would take advantage of us out of towners....but they did just the opposite. They welcomed us with open arms, were honest, and quick to help us get us back to our vacation. I cannot thank them enough and would highly highly recommend if you live in the area or not.
