The company I work for often uses 1 Stop for oil changes/repairs on their vehicles and I have noticed that they do not price gouge like most auto places do in this part of Florida. Thats rare these days so well worth a 5 star!

Brought my truck in for brakes. The repairs were over $700.00 and not done properly. Things were put back on backwards. Ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. Trying to resolve the issue with the shop. Waiting to hear back. I am amending my rating because the owner has fantastic ethics and provide an amicable resolution. Without an appointment I stopped to get my oil change and tire rotation. While many similar businesses are adamant about requiring an appointment, I prepared myself to be turned away. What a pleasant surprise to receive such a welcoming and positive attitude from the entire staff, and especially from Charles- who made the experience friendly, funny, but professional. His customer service and non-pushy demeanor was a breath of fresh air. This is a direct reflection of excellent ownership/management and day to day respectful and courteous staff. Ive been there on 2 separate occasions to fix my shaking and braking issue with my vehicle with no success. I spent plenty of money to get it corrected and I still have the problem. Both times i picked the vehicle up, paid and then a couple days later the problems came back. I moved to a new job and there location is to far away to go back since i dont work near by anymore. Ive tried getting my records to show the work they performed for the last 3 weeks. They refuse to send me my records and the current shop wants to see them. I shouldn't have misplaced my receipts/records but i have talked to management , called and messaged them several times and still nothing. Im not even asking for money back just simply need to see what they did so the other shop can move forward . 3 weeks later here i am,still no records so i wanted to share my experience !!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

My wife and I are snow birds. Upon arriving in Venice with our a/c not working for the last 700 miles of our trip in 80+ degree temps, we were desperate to have it repaired. We went directly to 1Stop the get the earliest appointment we could get. We were told to bring it in the following morning, and they would go through a series of tests to pinpoint the problem. In the meantime the provided shuttle service back to our condo. Within a couple of hours we were called with the bad news that the system had a leak in a part under the dashboard. The dash had to be removed to fix the problem. That s not what I wanted to hear, but the only alternative was to drive it with no a/c. Removing the dash made the repair made the job much more difficult and we were told that it would take more than a day to complete. The next day when the job was finished, their shuttle van picked us up and brought us back to 1Stop. We were told that since the repair took a few hours longer than anticipated they took $100.00 off the bill. We were just thrilled to have our a/c working again, and were surprised to get any discount. We were treated more than fair and received fast and competent service. I would not hesitate to go back for any future repair needs.

Very pleased with the service I received, went on a recommendation from a friend. They got me in within hours of my call, took the time to explain to me the condition of my vehicle as well as advised me on due and upcoming services needed on my vehicle. Sent me via email and text the receipt of services performed along with pictures of vehicle for my records.Super satisfied with the staff across the board and would recommend without hesitation.Service: Oil change

Took my Escape in there a few weeks back, because the shifter cable bushing broke,I just drove up had no appointment and those guys helped me right away. I believe his name was Charles, he looked at it and told me what was wrong,gave me a fair price and I was in and out in 1 hour. Great place, super nice people, will take my vehicles there for all my needs from now on!!!!

My tire popped the night prior to getting my tire replaced, I called tires plus, and they said that the soonest they could get to it would be the proceeding day. I thought about where other auto repair shops were. 1 stop is just down the road from me, so I stopped in, and they had a new tire mounted, and balanced in about thirty minutes. Definitely I will definitely remember this the next time I need repairs. You guys are awesome.Service: Tires

I had some brake issues with my car and being new to Venice I wasn't sure who to take it to. I read some reviews online and One stop truck and auto caught my attention. Im extremely pleased to say I'm glad I took my car in to have it looked at. Stephen was who I delt with was very professional and knowledgeable of my problem I was having. Stephen keep me updated with all of the work I needed done and provided pictures of what they encountered. They repaired what was needed and nothing more. From my experience they were honest and reasonable priced. They will be getting my business for all my automotive needs hands down! One more thing I was treated as if they had known me and had been a regular customer, very friendly.

We are new to living in Venice. Our son has been here for 18 years. When we needed a repair, we looked at the reviews for 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair. they were all very good, so we decided to give them a try. We have been there several times now, and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism. They have gone out of their way to accommodate their customers. We had our own business back in Illinois, and we appreciate how much work it is to go the extra mile. They provide a lounge for the customers as they wait, direct marketing, email marketing, etc. My hat is off to them for a great job!!

My recent service from 1Stop was for tires, but I have had many repairs and services done there since I moved to Venice over five years ago. Our experience has always been exemplary, dealing with their entire staff. There's never a problem getting your car scheduled for service. The mechanics are professional and they care about you and your car. They do honest work at fair pricing. They are AAA approved which is important to us. They stand behind the work the work they do. We are completely satisfied, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was referred to them by my daughter (also a customer) because they are a very thorough company. They check the vehicle out as they process the start of what you came in for. There is a paper print out and a pictorial of what they find, so that you can really follow along. Everything is explained. I needed a battery replaced before a trip back to Michigan. I called One Stop and they had me come in immediately. Even though they were busy they confirmed that my battery was indeed bad and replaced it right then and I was on my way. They were very professional and courteous as well. The staff at 1-Stop is always wearing a smile, courteous in their explanations of what is going on with the schedule, and needs of my vehicle. I appreciate how on top of maintenance needs they are. Clean environment too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone...young or old. I have lived in Venice over 50 yrs......and have been to many of the automotive shops in the area....even worked at a few of them......1-Stop is on their game, honest with their approach, pricing is fair, you can't go wrong here. ;)

Customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Last week Stephan and company checked out my car for an upcoming long distance trip from Florida to Colorado and then home to Maine. As I left the shop Stephan told me to call him if I had any issues on the road. Today in the first hours of my trip a tire was losing air, and I had stopped to fill it twice in 4 hours. So I called Stephan. He found an exit for me with a Tire Kingdom and gave me directions how to find it. He thought it might be a leaky valve which turned out to be the case. Thank you, Stephan, for going above and beyond for me. I so appreciate it.

I have grown to trust 1 Stop over the last decade and they have never disappointed me. They always perform courteous professional work on my schedule. I stopped in for an oil change, knowing that I needed other work. When I asked them about it, they identified the work that was needed and that some was not needed (only a minor fix sufficed for what might have been a major expense) and managed to get it done all in the same day. I expect to keep coming back for as long as I winter in Florida.

Called the shop to work on my Moms new car (new to her). Had been sort of diagnosed at home, we were close but not right. Matt said bring it on in and we will get it figured out. I stopped by to bring them the old part so they could compare. Matt and Rich took me out to the bay and showed me what they found, we talked about options and what they thought. My mom is 90 years old and VERY independent , she has doctors appointments, needs to go to Publix regularly. These guys got us in, kept us informed and got mom back on the road quickly and extremely reasonably. They also let us know what else needs to be done in the near future, but not necessarily right now. 1Stop is the best! Previously, I used dealerships and found the dealerships charged outrageous amounts of money and on several occasions did not do the repairs/maintenance. 1 Stop has my car running better than when I brought it in. They really listen to your concerns and find the problem. I leave there satified. Their charges are very reasonable. I highly reccomend 1 Stop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service.. and trustworthy. I have been coming here for years. I recommend to all my family and friends. They have treated everyone fairly and always go above and beyond. They never try and sell you anything you don't need. It is hard to find an honest mechanic. I feel lucky to have found one! PLUS you don't need an appointment! In and out oil service no matter how busy they are. I won't go anywhere else.

I've been working with these fine folks for over 5 years ! Couldn't have been a better experience ! For my unique car, they provide unique service ! Regardless of my need, big or small, staff and management is always helpful, respectful, and thinking ahead to avoid future trouble. And the team must be very compentent, because I've never gone back with same problem twice. I am So Happy to have a dependable and reasonably priced auto-service-provider in our town !

My Pennsylvania car just became a Florida resident. No inspection so I took her for oil, filter change, fluid check, tires etc. She needed front axle left and right replaced. The gentlemen there were pleasant and helpful. I've been using 1stop for almost 12 years, for several vehicles. I tell everyone I know who has any kind of car trouble to go here because they have the best service anywhere. Honest, reliable, quick, very reasonable cost, and great personal service. Nice clean waiting room too! And great coffee!

I first discovered 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair about 3.5 years ago. I took my van into them thinking that it needed new brakes and told the mechanic to put on the more expensive pads the ceramic ones. A couple of hours later I got a call from Willy, who said, Ma am, you do not need new brakes. You have over 50% wear still left on your pads . I was shocked. An honest mechanic? Unheard of, or so I thought. When I asked him why I was hearing squeaking, he told me that can sometimes happen depending on humidity, temperature, etc. I picked up my van later that day no charge. They could have put the ceramic brake pads on my van, charged me and I would have never been the wiser! I was now hooked! I drove that van for at least another year before I really did need new brake pads! We have since taken all four of our vehicles to 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair for everything they need. We will be customers for life! I consider the owner, John, to not just be an honest, upstanding business man, but a personal friend. He s also very involved in his community and a member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce. I highly recommend 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair for all your auto repair and maintenance needs.

I go to 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair whenever I have a problem with my SUV. I was just there when my coolant light came on. They fit me in immediately and took care of the problem. John, Rich and their entire team are excellent to work with and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Beware!!!!! This place is awful. We took our car there twice for the same thing. They claimed it was fixed both times and now I'm having the same issue AGAIN. Called multiple times to get a copy of the receipts and they refuse to send me what I'm requesting or even have the manager call me back. Steve and Chris have been NO HELP either. Their master-certified mechanics are top-notch and the entire staff conducts business with integrity!We don't trust any other repair shop with our family vehicles.
