Tried to add before these guys are incredible! Check engine light on-did diagnostic and came up #4 cylinder problem. They gave me the diagnostic sheet to take because they don t do that there. NO CHARGE!!!! They are ALL super nice, honest, fast and efficient. Also bought my tires there. Each time I ve been there, consistently great service, very competitive prices- can t say enough! Need to go see for yourself! Love these guys!

Always dependable, courteous and find me the best price for work to be done on my car.Knowing my Tire Choice location s dependability, I reached out by phone when I discovered I had sidewall damage to one of my tires, to get my car in to the shop for tire replacement. I was advised to bring the car right in and once there I selected the new tires and was given a completion expectation which was met.

My daughter purchased a set of tires online she paid to have them mounted and balanced so I Took it to have the tires installed. My daughter informed me that the next day the car was vibrating and shaking all over the road at that time I took it to another company. I thought it might be the front end needed to be aligned. I changed all I replaced her Park light bulbs and all the things that needed to be done on the car. I was informed by the manager of the tire shop I took it to that there was no wheel weights on the right front tire I had him checked the rest of the tires. None of them was balanced correctly. My daughter drives 150 miles a day to go to work and back. Thank goodness nothing happened to her. If I could give this company a zero star I would they put my daughter in harms way by not preparing the vehicle the way it should ve been done the first time no wheel weights on a car. I can t believe they done that buyer beware a few purchase anything from this company. Make sure you check to make sure all your weights are done make sure that they properly air up your tires, I will never visit this establishment again

This is absolutely the WORST tire shop. They tried to charge me $380 for one tire when I had a flat, any tire that was cheaper they said they had to special order. 2nd time they have tried this. I only went because I had a flat and they were close. They know exactly what they are doing to their customers. I promise any good review on here is employees or friends, not real customers. They didn't even call me with an update, I had to call them 2x to get any info. Go to Sam's Club for tires, they have good prices and good service.

They do a great job! Dylan got my oil changed & tires rotated quickly and at a great price. No hassle- friendly & professional! Glad i bought my tires there last year & return for service; I'll be back!

Had a flat earlier in the morning after I got off shift from my job. Went in to get a replacement. Got myself lunch. And the team made sure everything was replaced like it never happened when I came back. Friendly and quick service. Good job guys keep up the good work!

I busted a tire on new years eve about 50 feet from a tire store. And while they'd be able to replace the tire it wouldn't be till the following day. They were closing within an hour and almost everyone else if not already closed.I called The Tire Choice, explained my situation, they asked where I was and said bring it in, we got you. And they did. I got my car back in time to celebrate the new year! Thank you, Dylan.

The team that was there today, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to quickly get a tire replaced. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They also put away the equipment we used replacing the spare tire to help me out. The little extra care they took helping me get things done made my day.

I usually don't do reviews, but their team is always accommodating and professional, so I feel it is necessary. This is the second time I have needed immediate tire service, and they pulled through both times without question. I will go back without hesitation. I highly recommend them. Thanks again to their team for getting me back up and going.

Recently, I recommended my boyfriend to come here. Having been here myself twice before, for tire-related matters and an oil change, and being satisfied with the service on both occasions, this time was the exception. On April 6th, he brought his truck in for an evaluation of the AC system due to cooling issues, expressing concern about a potential leak. $500 later, he had gotten an oil change, replacement of the cabin filter, and repair of the AC system. However, within four days, the cooling issue recurred. He called the shop and was instructed to return Monday through Friday before noon, as the AC specialist works then. Why was this not mentioned on the initial date of service? If the proper staff member isn t there, the customer should be informed. Nevertheless, on Friday, April 12th, he brought the truck back in to be serviced by the AC technician. However, he did not appear for his shift. The shop failed to call my boyfriend and inform him of this. Instead, he found out when his father called the shop for an update.On Saturday when he went to pick up his truck, he was told the condenser needed to be replaced. This would be an additional $1200 repair, a significant increase from the $250 previously expended solely on AC service. (Still not sure how they came to that conclusion unless the specialist showed up at some point unexpectedly) Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and needing to visit multiple times in a short period, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.Previous update: Special thanks to Elvin for assisting me with a great deal on tires. The staff were kind and quick. I was in and out within a reasonable time. This was my second time at this location for tire services and both times I ve had a good experience. Thank you!

Took over 2 hours for an oil change. Stripped and ruined my oil drain plug and lied about it, even though the stripped oil plug was right in front of my face. The old drain plug was also covered in blue loctite. The entire time this was going on there were two technicians in the garage loudly arguing with each other in an extremely animated fashion. I've never had an experience like this here or any other auto mechanic, before. But this was so negative I will never be entrusting my vehicle with these people again.

I've been going to the Valrico location for 15+ years... Scott was the best manager, but he has moved to another location. Is that why the service/staff has gone downhill? I'm not sure! But the only advice (review) I will give is this:MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, ASK QUESTIONS, don't be afraid to speak to the tech who actually worked on your car & if all else fails, ask for Elvin (the new manager) he will try his best to help you!

Absolutely terrible place . I had a misfire caused by a bad spark plug/coil. I KNEW what was wrong with it, cause I had put it on my BlueDriver tester. They tried to tell me I had a massive leak in my radiator, and they couldn t even test it to find out which spark plug was bad until they completely replaced the radiator for $950 , needless to say, I payed to have it towed to my house instead of leaving it there for repairs, and my brother was able to replace all 4 spark plugs and coils; for less than $200. And it has been working perfectly ever since. These people are horrible scam artists, that saw a young woman and assumed I had no clue what I was talking about, and tried to rip me off.

Shop is very unprofessional. Employees arguing with one another . Customers arguing with employees.very negative environment .Communication was terrible. They did an alignment without my authorization, came in for a alignment check and they just did the work without my approval.

My experience with Tires Choice has always been a respectable and fair one. I feel confident when I need to bring my vehicle in for service. Whether it s tires or auto repair services, you can expect to receive reliable services here. A lot of of this is due to Elvin the manager at the Bell Shoals location. Thank you!!

I took my car to another shop to have the brakes done. When they started the job, they broke a lug and quickly realized they were not able to complete. I took it to Tire Choice and it was the best decision! Elvin is the man! Not only did he get the lug replaced, but got the brakes done and absolutely took care of me! He s for a new customer in me, for sure!

I worked in the automotive industry and know the game well. THIS place is playing a bait and switch game. I purchased 4 high end Michelin tires from this place based on the fact that they had them advertised with a road hazard warranty. I ONLY selected them because of that fact. I ALWAYS get the road hazard warranty because it's expensive NOT to. Many times the businesses will claim that tires can't be repaired and then you're then stuck buying a brand new one. I expected to get a slow leak in one of the 6 month old tires repaired. I was told that I had to pay to get them to even look at it. I told the guy at the counter that I was pretty sure I got the road hazard warranty, since I always do. It was then that I was informed that I did NOT get a road hazard warranty and they they usually don't even offer them. It was specifically excluded from my bill, which I would never authorize. He told me that they probably didn't even give me the opportunity to decline it.They KNOW that they are going to get you. They PLANNED it from the start.Avoid these scam artists. They are just going to keep taking your money and not even allow you the chance to protect your investment.***Update:After I posted this review, I got an email request to call them and discuss the issue. They told me that they often sell the RH warranty after the day of sale (usually within 30 days) and told me that they would do so for me even though it was 6 months later.I have purchased the warranty and they fixed the leak in the tire. Could have been a completely different outcome had they just offered the warranty at the time of purchase.

I used to love coming to this shop for all my car needs... but quality of service and trustworthiness has definitely gone down recently. I went in to get two tires replaced and an alignment done. According to their own report as you can see in the photo, they did not even complete the alignment and I had to come in 4 times to finally get a refund (which I'm glad they finally refunded). The manager tried to tell me that my car is clearly fine, but based off their own report, they didn't do the alignment. After being a loyal customer for 5 years, I won't return again.

We ve been taking our cars here for over a decade !! Scott / manager is VERY helpful and always explains what s wrong w the cars . Now my son and I both bring our cars here whenever they need anything done ! One stop shop . All staff is always very genuine and helpful ! Highly recommend Tore Choice / Bell Shoalss !

Tires Choice is an amazing place to get your car worked on. Been coming there for years. Would recommend them to anyone, they can be trusted. Scott and the crew are all great and I must say that after my husband passed Scott has gone above and beyond with service to my car and my sisters car too. Thumbs up to the whole crew.

Stopped here after 5 pm due to my tire was really low. The person behind the counter was very courteous and professional. They were quick at repairing the tire. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The man who did the repair was friendly and professional as well. They have gained a repeat customer with me.

I called this tire place and asked what they would charge to patch and plug the tire and the guy said $32.95. I arrived and went in and guy came out to look at tire and said you need a new tire.I left and went somewhere else and he took the tire off rim to see if hole punctured thru tire and it was just a tiny hole. Was able to patch tire and air it up with no problem. We called the tire place and the guy said we do not do patches or plugs,. Well that is not what I was told over the phone. Do not go to this place because they will rip you off instead of fixing the problem.
