While on vacation my vehicle indicated maintenance due; oil life was below 20%. Unsure where to go, I decided to give it a quick google search; to my surprise there s over a dozen spot with in a mile of my location. One after another I clicked check reviews, and kept scrolling my vehicle is my baby, and only the best!!! Yes, even for an oil change. I came across Tire Choice and read one after another 5 star review. I clicked call and just like the reviews said Tom answered the phone, was very precise, and made sure if I needed help with directions. I got to the facility, spoke with him, and before I knew it I was back on the road. Quick and professional service. Very nice big waiting area with comfortable chairs as well.

We came today to have a tire repaired. They were efficient and were able to patch our tire. They were upfront and honest. I never felt any pressure to do anything. They didn t try and take advantage of us or apply any fear tactics that I ve experienced at other tire places. Very impressed!! We will be back.

Had a flat tire, dropped in to see if it was repairable. Staff was very friendly and immediately took my tire and inspected it, informed me that it was repairable and repaired it. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend this shop based on my experience and I will be back. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Took my 2018 Chevy Tahoe there to have A/C repaired. Told me before they looked at it that the freon would need to be replaced. Spent over $400 for their service. Within two weeks, A/C was no longer blowing cold air. Took it back to be fixed. Did this 4 times! Never fixed the problem. Manager named Tom refused to fix the problem. Refused to give me his manager s name. I tried calling Munro guest services. Was on hold for 30 minutes. Never talked to anyone. Don t waste your time. This place is incompetent and can t make simple repairs.

I drive limos for a living and was on a job when I found that I had tire that was about to fail any moment. I stopped in this location without an appointment and explained my delima, Keith immediately took me in and had Gary swap i. My spare and he didn't charge me. Im not writing tbecause there was no charge. I. Writing this because the put me first and got me back on schedule with no delays. We need more good hearted customer oriented guys like these two. Definitely visit these store for your tire needs.

Good prices/packages and they did a great job with my car, rides so much better and was done in less than 4 hours... granted I didn't need that much work but still. Will be going back.

Okay so I was going crazy all day today and I went to 3 different places to get my tire looked at because my air pressure was very low on one of my tires! I have to tell you that Keith and Tom took care of me right away without any questions asked and found that there was only a rock in my tire and that I did not have a hole in it. They filled my tire up with air and let it sit for a few moments and determined that I did not need my tire changed! My hat goes off to both Tom and Keith for not doing what other companies do and take advantage of me and other customers by telling me that something was wrong with my car when there really wasn't! Their integrity and hard work and determination for great customer satisfaction is second to none and I highly recommend this Tire's Choice location in Valrico, Florida to anybody that wants a great experience and awesome service! I humbly thank both Tom and Keith again for excellent customer service and making this an awesome experience! Much respect to you both! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Been come to this location for a few years now, and always great customers service and quick, have work me in a few times to fit my schedule. Highly recommend. Great work, and employees. Never pushy (hugh), will do what they can to make it affordable for u.

When I initially brought in my car, I was experiencing a squealing noise when I applied the brakes. I took the car to another auto repair shop who told me there was no issue with my brakes, however the squeal persisted. That's when I decided to give Tire Choice a try.I am so glad that I did! The gentleman at Tire Choice listened to my concerns and took the time to thoroughly inspect my brakes. They discovered that my brake pads needed to be cleaned and lubricated which eliminated the squealing noise. I was grateful for their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to solve the issue.All in all, I am very impressed with the level of service and care provided at Tire Choice Auto Service Center. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the work was completed in a timely manner.If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto service center, I highly recommend Tire Choice. My car went in with the engine light on it came out with the engine light on I paid $835 and didn't get it fix. I was told it was a fuel pump but that did not work.

I had a flat tire and needed a place to get it fixed asap. I decided to stop in at Tire choice with no appointment. Tom was really awesome and took really good care of my car and was able to repair my tire in no time. I highly recommend this Tire choice.

Tom and team were amazing! I had a slow tire leak all week and I put it off because I did not have the time to sit and wait for it to be repaired. Tom was able to get me in and out in 30 minutes!!! The office waiting area was clean and comfortable. For the best tire service in Brandon stop in and see Tom and team!!!!

What a lifesaver this place was! This was the second stop we made to get our tire fixed. The first place could not find the issue, thank goodness we found our way to Tom, he saved the day! He found out that we had a leaky valve and was able to fix it to get us back on the road! He was efficient and friendly and wonderful to deal with. All around 5 stars, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place - maybe the best car repair shop in Tampa! I called the day before Thanksgiving at 1pm after I noticed my front tire probably had a leak and needed to be replaced before I went on a 4 hour road trip to see family. Every other place I called like Firestone didn't have availability for a WEEK, but my savior Paul answered and told me to bring it on down. He checked it out, was completely up front and said he would check for a leak first and try to fix it if possible and if not, would give me a call. A typical greedy mechanic would've just taken my money up front and replaced the tire but not Paul. He really cared! He found a nail, got it patched, and I was in and out in about 20 mins. He was so kind and helpful, I cannot thank him enough! This shop is fantastic - they have integrity and great service (which is hard to find at an auto shop). Highly recommend!

Bought tires from Tire Rack online and had them shipped to Tire Choice in Valrico. Made a phone appointment, and they started working as soon as I arrived. Job was done fast, and I wasn t upsold anything!! Just paid my bill. Smooth, easy and fast!!

My car was overheating. Had a water pump valve replaced, and was told it was my thermostat. Had car towed to the dealer because I was told it was beyond their expertise to diagnose which thermostat it was( there are two in my car). I towed car back because I was told they could fix issue for much less than dealer. They replace my cooling fans. Car still overheating. Was told it was my thermostat again. And repair would be an additional $2500. This is after I had already spent nearly $3000. So I decided I was going to trade the car in, because there must be some major underlying issues. So I had to get a rental car for 10 days. But something told me to get a second opinion. Took it to another automotive place, they fixed the issue in two hours. Apparently, air was in the cooling system, which is typical after a repair of this type and they just needed to bleed the air out.Repair cost $120, which was just the diagnostic fee.Not to mention my cars hood wouldn't close after my last visit.I AM WARNING YOU. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT COMPETENT. I WAS READY TO TRADE MY CAR IN BASED ON THEIR OPINION.USING THEM COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $1000 FOR MY RENTAL CAR IN ADDITION TO PAYING $400 TO TWO SEPERATE OUTSIDE MECHANICS TO DIAGNOSE AND ULTIMATELY FIX MY PROBLEM. OVER A $1500 DOLLARS WASTED ON TOP OF NEARLY $3000 OF REPAIRS.NOT TO MENTION THE AGGRAVATION AND INCONVENIENCE.YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I haven't been here in over 10 years. I happened to call late Sunday afternoon to request an alignment. The manager said to bring it in, but there are no guarantees it will be done because they closed in a few hours. I brought it up to get the work done and met the manager. This is a good dude... He appeared to be straight up Floridaman, but in conversation, I learned he was a New York implant. God bless this man! He is one of many who left tyranny for freedom. He got the job done, and it's appreciated. I needed it for work the next day. Stop by and check this business out!

I don t normally leave reviews but I m going to. When you think of franchise places like this normally they re not good. But the people here are great. The manager Tom is a true professional and his staff is very fast.This place will be my go to spot from now on.

I loved the service I received. The damage was explained before the work was preformed and the estimate was right on. I checked the prices later and found them to be spot on. I found myself a life long car care shop. They rebuilt my front breaks. Work included pad, calipers, disk, drums, hoses, and oil flush.

100/10 this is the second time I ve used their shop and both times they have provided amazing service. I came in without an appointment to get a tire patched and Tom took care of me without a problem and even covered the cost of the repair. Thank you from a broke college student!! This will be my go to shop from now on!

Everyone who helped me was really helpful and friendly. The time it took for me to call with questions, come in and get my tire replaced took less than 2 hours (I do love close though). I'm just very pleased and to have such personable people as staff during a stressful time with this pandemic was awesome because it's difficult to keep spirits up at the workplace sometimes. Things like that mean a lot to me and they just made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. Thanks, guys!

The Tire Choice in Valrico is awesome. Every member of the team is very helpful. Arlene Wykle gave a 1 star rating and has never even been there. She most likely googled used tires and of course The Tire Choice pops up in google. She called and was told they only sell new tires, she got mad and gave a 1 star rating. She has nothing better to do than lie or not give all the info needed.

So let's get something straight right now, it doesn't matter the name on the building what matters are the people inside that are running it, I could've taken my car anywhere but I chose this location because the people that work there. They always treat me with respect and my vehicle with respect, they get me in-and-out as fast as humanly possible with no errors, I don't know what else you want Out of a automotive repair center, It's clean, they have free Wi-Fi, and they have good people,they do a great job and as long as they keep an excellent competent staff, I will continue to go there...
