Carlos personally went above and beyond to help us out. We were down a vehicle at the time due to an accident and our other one decided to have issues as well. He was able to get us in and take care of the issue quickly and get us back on the road feeling safe again. We will definitely be back!

Great and will return and feel good about their work/service. Not enough stars for the work they do. Repired both our Subarus in record time. Stanley is totally concerned with great customer service. This place was not it. They charged me to get my issue fixed, okay cool whatever. I went home and realized my car was not fixed the way I needed it to be fixed. Basically, they made my car even worse. And I went back and they tried to charge me again. Horrible experience.

When I was told these guys were the best in town, I called bull. However, they have proven time and time again why they are, in fact, the best in town. Prices, time, and overall personality, these guys are 5 stars across the board.

These are good people who do good work for a fair price. It's hard to find a good mechanic sometimes, so I feel blessed to have them in the neighborhood.

Thieves. Went in for a knock sensor to be replaced, was told it wasn't the sensor but that my fuel pump needed to be changed. not only was the fuel pump that was put in used and i was charged for a new product, they didn't end up addressing the sensor issue at all resulting in the vehicle exhibiting the same problem even after the used fuel pump was installed. Fast forward 7 months forward and now their used fuel pump has gone out and the sensor that was never replaced didn't throw a code because it was never repaired in the initial visit. Don't take your car to these crooks.

This garage was amazing!! We broke down coming out of Tampa and had our truck towed here on a Saturday night. I left a message and got a call back on Sunday while they were closed. They owner came by the hotel to get the keys so they could stay on it first thing Monday AND told me they would come pick us up when we had to check out of our the hotel. We had an hour wait at the shop and we were on our way. And the cost of repairs was fair!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Angel ( mechanic ) and Stan were very helpful with my car situation. My warranty was taking longer than it should have but without a doubt these gentlemen handled everything I needed that they were able to and more! I recommend them and will be using them again when needed!

What a start to my day. I want to take the time and thank everyone at route 60 garage. My car left me stranded today. My transmission cable broke not only did they come to my rescue they where able to temporarily fix it so I would not have to tow it. When I got to the shop i asked them take advantage and do a full diagnostic. Not only did they not charge me but because of their knowledge they where able to spot my car needed major help. I was in and out in a couple of hours! Very affordable family atmosphere and definitely never taking it anywhere else!!!

These guys get the job done. Comparable pricing and they definitely work with you. I have an old 76 Grand Marquis and when I bring it in, they find a direct solution for the issue instead of fixing many parts that are unnecessary. Saves me a lot of money and heartache. Check them out.

We have been going there since they opened. From day 1, we have been pleased with the service received and everyone at the shop. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, trustworthy and just genuinely nice! They have gone above and beyond on multiple occassions. We are always greeted with a smile and by name. We will continue to support this local shop when our vehicle needs service. Highly recommend!

This place was recommended to me by my Dad. I needed a simple oil change and was in an out in less than a half hour and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was struck by their honesty and friendleness. They are close by a retirement mobile home community and do not try to take advantage which is really rare these days

Previously one of my sons had a problem with his Mazda. We took it to Route 60 garage and it was fixed the next day. Angel Was the mechanic and he was very professional. I was very happy I found a good mechanic shop in Valrico. I told him I was going to take all my vehicles to his shop. Today my other son took his vehicle to the shop they put his vehicle on a diagnostic machine and charged him $95 he decided to have The vehicle repair their labor was another $95 plus the part the problem was the mass airflow sensor which consist of a connector and two screws. Most shops when you have the vehicle repaired there they waive the diagnostic fee however they chose not to the total bill was $504. I had every intention of bringing my other vehicles to t I had every intention of bringing my other vehicles to the shop not anymore. They definitely lost a good customer I have a total of four vehicles which they could have serviced. They said it took him two hours to diagnose the vehicle I find is very hard to believe. And I ve seen some good reviews and like I said my son s first visit they treated him very well service was excellent. But the second it was totally different it was such a big rip off. I just want to warn you if you choose to do business with these individuals be very careful. I feel so bad for my son because I told him take it to Route 60 garage they treated us very well the first time. So just be careful If you do business with them. This part can be replaced in 2 minutes and this is no exaggeration. I just can t understand how service was excellent the first time and the second time it was a total rip off. They have definitely lost my business.

Ken is amazing. This garage, gives you that old fashion mechanic garage feeling. From Stan, right down to the mechanics who I say thank you also. They are honest and true and always good on their word. They do wonderful work on time, or before and they don't try to make you pay for things not needed, only for what is wrong. Most importantly you are treated as a person, with dignity and respect. To that end, I want to personally thank Ken for looking out for my wife and her car when I had to go into the hospital. Prompt and neat service! Front entrance is & shop floor both are very clean, that gave me confidence that work will be done equally carefully. They quickly checked the issue, gave me an estimate in few mins. I later called and booked an appointment ,which was very easy too. Repair work was done perfectly. Charges were reasonable. Very good place for a busy person to get service.....great service again during my recent visit!!!

I brought my car in on a Monday Morning because it was making a awful awful noise. They advised me they were a little busy but would get to it that afternoon or the next day. Monday afternoon i was called and told that i needed my wheel bearings and cv axle replaced. Wednesday early am i was called that my car was ready. My car is now running back to how it used to if not better. Thank you Angel for your fast service and fixing the problem the right way. The workers especially the guy behind the desk is super rude absolutely worst customer service experience ive ever had i would definitely not trust them to work on my car i stopped in for pricing and the way they talked to me and other people. And to there fellow employees in the lobby was observed i just said oh thanks for the info and ill be back but i wouldnt ever go back there or even recommend them .

I had a wonderful experience with Route 60. They got my care in really quick and last minute and they replaced my timing belts for a very fair price. I hope I won't need them again but if I do, I will go back.

I took my car on a Saturday. The mechanic started fixing my car the following MondayThe mechanic said he needed to replace three parts fun blade, fun clutch and other thing. He charged me $695 and took a week to fix it. I picked my car on a Friday, by the following day my boyfriend took the car for a ride and the car stopped working,started overheating. I had to tow it home. I took the car back to the mechanic again. The mechanic told me that the engine in the car needed to be replace and it will cost me about $4600. I asked another mechanic. He told me that Route 60 over charged me for those 3 things that they fixed in the first place and he should have told me that the car had a problem with the engine because the oil was leaking.I will never go back there. Be careful ask a lot of questions and double check with another mechanic.

I had bought my car from the dealership and after 6 months had problems with my fuel pump. The staff is great, The mechanic dion, to Stanley at the front desk, and the rest of the personell in the shop, thanks again for everything. I will always keep coming back for your great service

Scam and a rip off! I took my car in for a cracked radiator. They said I blew a head the motor needed to be rebuilt and quoted $2800. I fixed it for $140 by replacing the radiator and the fan. The motor was perfectly fine and they tried to scam me.Don't use them.Go get a second quote. It will be worth it!!!

this place is a total rip off. they wanted to charge me 700 to replace the back brakes. i called up a dealership and everyone knows they overcharge and got quoted 500. i dont trust their diagnosis either. the mechanic wanted to argue that "seeping" isnt the same as leaking and basically tried to condemn my whole coolant system over a small crack in the radiator using scare tactics to try to get me to get the work done today. never going back i advise you to not waste your time even making the trip here

If you like getting your hard earned money stolen from you go here. I was quoted $200 to get a wheel stud replaced, I stopped them before they started and still charged me $25. Got the job done at another place for $50!

Did my general maintenance here and it was good. When my a/c went out and I spent 800 to fix it things did not go so well. A/C breaks so I take it to get fixed and when I get it back there is a humming when the air is on and no air is coming out of one vent. Take the car back and they fix the problem. Next day I notice is there is water leaking out from under the passenger side dashboard like condensation from the A/C. Take it back again but they are claiming that there must be another problem and I will need another 600 to get that fixed. Needless to say I was upset and decided I would be better off somewhere else.

They Full of miscommunication tell you they will get your vehicle done then call you by the Agreed on done time and then say it can not be done just a bunch of time Wasters if you own a small business and need your truck back fast I do not recommend them!!!!!!!!!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
