Went in to confirm what I was told about the condition of my tires. Ty went out and looked at the tires and confirmed. He printed out estimates for me to consider. I called back later that afternoon (this was a Friday) and set the appointment for Monday. The tires were put on and the alignment done in 1 1/2 hours. Great product, great service!

Highly recommend this business they are phenomenal and will make you have faith in humanity and belief there are still good people and great businesses in the world! Tire issues are never fun especially when you have very big jeep tires that cost too much! I called up to get an oil change and deal with a large screw in my tire, have my tires rotated and a tire sensor issue alarm. Ty got me in same day, answered all my questions with honestly and integrity, not only saved my tire with the screw but also saved me money on some new tire sensors I didn't expect to need which was a huge blessing since they also found another different issue going on with my jeep I will need get fixed. We are new to the area and this company is a huge blessing to have nearby, and we will definitely be back with our vehicles when needed!

I have a 2009 honda accord with 236,000 miles on it. The car is well taken care of, and last night the I thought the car was done for. It was towed at night to this shop and they immediately got to work on it in the morning. They replaced my starter which was the reason the car wasnt starting, they also fixed my AUX button which was stuck in place for free, which I really appreciate. They took care of my car and got the job done quickly. Customer service is amazing.

I haven t got my car worked on yet, but the customer service is great and they are definitely really well at having good customer service and not being rude through the phone when you ask a lot of questions. Ty helped me and he was very sweet.

You don't want to have to go for auto repairs, But if you do have to... don't forget Love's! Scott, Don, Ty & the whole staff are always professional and know how a customer wants to be treated. Not always the best news, but always the best service and advice for the care and maintenance for your vehicle.

Please do not buy anything from these people. The owner (I think name was Mike or Mark) sold us 4 used tires and rims. Prior to purchase, we asked if it was bent or cracked and he said no. But my car has been shaking since I got them. We went to go get them checked with our trusted autoshop and hoping to get a balance. The first TWO tires checked had bent rims. We dont know the other two look like bc that was enough for us to hear. That is terrible service and very unprofessional. Scamming people out of money. We drove an hour to go there. Dont bother your time coming here. They will lie right to your face and take your money. HORRIBLE

My dad was a car guy and used to help me with all of my car needs. Years ago he recommended Love s and took me there when my car was in need of service and I m so thankful he did. I haven t gone anywhere else since! Without fail, I feel welcomed by the friendly service and all of my car issues are solved without problems. I fully trust Love s and always recommend them to everyone I know!

I absolutely LOVE this shop. Everyone there is phenomenal...extremely professional while making you feel like you are a part of their long-time customer family. The services I've had performed were always done in a timely manner, and usually lower in cost than I expect. I live/work 20-30 minutes from them and will drive there every time. Great service, very clean and friendly.Honors our veterans with 10% discount off the first $50.00 of their service.Not a corporate drive-through.I noticed that the service staff knew the names of the customers and treated them like family. Great privately owned auto shop.

A few years back I took my car to this place (as I had several times, several years before) and they told me the engine was ruined because they said I never changed the oil for 20,000 miles. The car was still working when I took it there!! The reason i took it there was because of a strange noise I kept hearing. I would never EVER let my car go 20,000 miles without changing the oil. But they shifted the blame on me. Why, because i don't always take my car there for an oil change? Their response was that they were right because their computer system showed i never change the oil, like I have control of their computer system. Basically calling me a liar. Really? Well either this place lied to me or their system is conveniently wrong. I used to let my father and girlfriend come to this Loves but never again. It's sad as it used to be a good place.

The staff are very professional and courteous always. My repair issues were addressed and fixed. My vehicle was returned on the date as promised.I had a great experience. My vehicle rides much better with the newly installed shocks and motor mounts installation has less engine vibration.I recommence this shop because they do quality work. They value their customers.
