They are very honest on repairs. Two times now they have diagnosed my truck with the true problem. I could have been told my suspension needed all new, but a fuse was all it needed. Last month my son replaced 700 dollars worth of parts. We could not fix it, but Brandon Auto found it was just a wire. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest place for all your mechanic needs!

Brandon Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing my GMC Yukon. Customer service AND Body shop was top of class service and very cordial and professional. Will take all my auto needs /body work !! Thanks Steve and Natalie for job well done!!

I had my car towed to this salvage yard assuming my engine was blown. They could have easily taken the car and resold it, but they were honest and told me my CAT was clogged. They repaired the car at a reasonable price and I was back on the road. Honesty in car salvage and repair is rare. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I know I m a family with some of Brandon Auto Service employees but I will say this!! They have the best customer service and treats all with the dignity and respect that s require to run a successful business for 50+ yrs.

This company has by far exceeded all my expectations! Their customer service is hands down the best in the business!! Natalie took the time to talk with me, listen, and provide. Loved our experience at Brandon Auto! I knew since they have been in business so long with great reviews that they would be a good find and they did not disappoint. The price was reasonable and the service was great! I worked with Natalie who was communicative every step of the way and very nice to work with. This is the second time I had been to Brandon Auto Body shop. They are honest, polite and client oriented. I had body work done here and they were right on the estimate they gave me. Their work was superb. The body shop manager Natalie Paprocki listens and cares for the customers. I will go there again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Fantastic, fast and friendly service. I called these wonderful people on the friday morning before fathers day to get my fuel pump replaced in my excursion before we took it camping for the weekend. They were very understanding and got me squeezed in for an excellent price and even gave me a lift back to my home. Will be back for sure!!

A Business, that's been in Business, for a long, long time- and deservedly so! -They took my car in, gave me a ride home, and then worked on the car. They identified what I felt, the brakes up front were going weak- and they replaced the rotors/pads, and tightened up the shoes in the back. Kory up front was very nice, and helped on the billing- but Gary, the master mechanic who did the work, was the superstar. In fact, he took the first call when I phoned beforehand to bring it in...he knows what he's doing. A "mechanic", and not a "parts changer". These guys have been in business since I've been here (over 40 years)...and a good reason. They are honest, take care of their customers, and price it right and competitively. Normally, I'd keep my mechanic's name a secret- and for what I can't fix anymore/or have a lift for- but he knew engines, and we could talk for hours just on old classic cars- both of us working on them through the years. Anyways, Trust them- trust their work. In the Brandon-are, there are few places still honorable- and Brandon Auto is one of them. Military/Vet discount too...worth my time to write about too!Service: Brakes

I pulled and spur of the moment in a panic with tears in my eyes because I had just messed up the undercarriage of my new Maserati, the owners treated me as if I were their family. Within five minutes he went for a ride with me to listen to my car and put my mind to ease that it was probably nothing major, he would look at it. Please keep in mind this was the day before Thanksgiving, they had plenty of people there and plenty of vehicles, everyone was busy.My vehicle was up in the air within 10 minutes, the owner called me out to the shop and showed me the problem, it was nothing major. They fixed it within two minutes. With it being such a minor problem they would not let me pay them a penny. There is still true, honest goodhearted people in this world. I would definitely recommend them and definitely be back to them in the future. They were my angels in disguise today and I ll never forget their kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The staff here are great and provided excellent service. I came in on a rainy day when my tire suddenly started losing air quickly. They were kind enough to assist me right away and quick to repair my tire. The woman in the front was amazing and allowed us to drive out the garage because she didn't want my daughter to get wet in the rain.

Like having an auto shop in the family! It s hard to find an auto shop you can trust these days, but these guys will earn your trust. Experienced mechanics. Reasonable rates. Great communication. Okay, may better than family!

Helped me on a trip to see a client. Saw me immediately with little notice. Didn t have what I needed (very particular battery for a hybrid), and didn t charge me for checking it out. Sent me down the road to get issue taken care of. Super friendly and helpful.
