Walked into the store in a good mood to just get some wire connectors and oil.Absolutely ZERO reason to get mad at a customer for declining entering info for "warranty" on some one time use wire connectors, and an oil filter... I just wanted a sale... Nothing else, and homeboy at the counter was getting catty with me about it... Sorry you're having a bad day personally, but don't take it out on your customers.There are nicer people at the Advance at Highview Drive, and at MLK and Highview. Go there.

I just bought a battery for my van for about $215. The sales/ service man is very rude; not even answering any questions. He didn't even replace battery cover properly.There is a wall poster with "free alternator & starter testing". When I asked for this testing, he threw away his tools & showed his anger/bad attitude in behavior.I will never visit this location again.

I love this place! Any car emergency I ever had I can trust these guys to lead me in the right direction. They have gone above and beyond as perfect gentleman to aid me, educate me, & never take advantage of me as a woman. They always keep my business transactions handled here. Why waste gas driving elsewhere for the cheapest price their price match is always by far something I can afford to pay and resolves the issues my vehicle has. They always have the best bundles for my car don t just buy the part you need but all the parts for the repair. I will continue to do business at this branch location.They always have all the replacement parts I need or they can get it from another store rather quick! Bought a Rechargeable Lithium Jump Starter. Turned out to be a decent deal for what you get. Which was a better deal than the one I was looking at which cost way more and had less power. So, hopefully, it's as good as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall it was a good experience.

Bought simple stuff. 20A fuse and a 12V charger thing. An associate suggested I just buy it at Walmart or amazon for lower price. I kinda NEEDED the 20A fuse immediately so couldn't wait but he was right. Also the charger had a blown tube fuse in it out of the box so I just decided to buy a pack of fuses on Amazon instead of returning it.

Dave the manager is a nut bag, argumentative over anything that doesn't agree with him, complete nut who needs anger management and a class on customer service. Followed me all the way out to my truck yelling and screaming. Said "I was the kind of people causing the problem with parts prices rising" All I was doing was returning a $41 part we didn't install or use and he went nuts. I spend tons of money at Advance. Guy is crazy. Jumped out in front of my truck and scared my wife..Major problem this guy.Check your security cameras around 8pm on 08/13/23. Future customers, I would take your business down the road to Advance at 101 E.Parsons & Brandon Blvd.

Service technician was kind and thoughtful. Girlfriend needed to get her battery checked and he spent about 15 minutes going over the car and didn't even sell us anything. Good customer service and much appreciated advice.

Not very helpful at all the person I talked to didn t seem to know much about battery sAnd was extremely rude and talked down to me as if I didn t know anything about it ! .

Gio is always so helpful. He tested my battery for me and even worked a deal to get a new battery for cheaper. Thankfully I didn t need one yet but he took the time to clean all around my battery and explain the products he was using. I ll definitely be back to see him when it s time for a new battery!

If I could give it zero I would thanks for continuing to speak over and pointing out the store lacks the proper tools to help a customer maybe having 2 instead of three workers just hanging out could allow yall to pickup the equipment needed to help

The store well organized and clean my only issue is the employees were lacking knowledge of what they were selling I felt they could use quite a bit more training they were slow I spent way too much time in there I should have been in and out being I was the only customer there

Typical auto parts store similar to AutoZone and O'Riley's. I think the reason I go to this Advance is that it is closest to my home. I really like that they will test your battery, alternator or engine light through the obd port for free. I recently purchased a replacement battery and in the past, a replacement alternator.

I bought a battery on 8/28/2020 for my mom's 2003 Ford ranger. Unfortunately its not that simple of a fix. I checked the recipt there is no return policy on the front nor the back. So, I go in hoping I can return this battery that I no longer need and spent A LOT of money on. I dont know about the rest of you. But I'm definitely on a budget. The associates are nice enough. Knowledgeable. But I come in explain that I no longer need this battery. All they said was we don't return batteries. I was never informed of this policy prior to buying this item. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed that I can not get my money back for a battery that is going to sit around and never get used. I will now be that person in the auto store asking question after question before I even think about buying something.

This is my favorite store and even if I didn't live within a few minutes from it, I would probably drive from.another part of town because of how great it is. The staff is great at helping out or answering questions and I'm always in there with a new project I'm working on or needing some info and the guys there get me where I need to be while still being friendly. I trust that they are giving me the most accurate help they can and they have a knack for remembering their customers and treating them right.

I went there today after already going another store for my car battery to be changed. Moe did an excellent job at helping me out and explaining everything. Even called someone else to help my with the car battery when he couldn t. Excellent customer service.

Great place to go when you need help with your car. I went in this morning and Moe and Sherri were both very helpful and friendly. The manager was also very friendly, but I can't recall his name. All of them were knowledgeable about the issue my car was experiencing and weren't pushy trying to sell me things I did not need. I will defiently be going back whenever I need anything car related. Thank y'all!

These guys always take care of us. Even when it was mask mandatory time. Always reading codes, changing batteries, and making sure the customer is doing well before they go.

We ordered something online and were told we could come pick it up at the store. while the email said they were ready for us they had not pulled the product and we were delayed having to wait for them to pull the product and then to ring it up. We had already paid for it but had to wait for a receipt. I guess there was no use in order in advance and thinking I was going to save time.

The cashier was nice enough when I was buying a battery, but she insisted on installing it. Ok, fine, I guess it's a policy? She kept turning the wrench the wrong direction. 4 times, even after I told her she was turning it the wrong way! I was there at least an extra 15 minutes because of that. I had to just laugh about it.

Good quality parts at good prices. Usually have what I need in stock and have a large selection. Guys behind the counter are always polite knowledgeable and ready to help. Use to work for them when it was just Discount Auto so I'm kind of partial to them.

Super helpful! I showed up with a dead battery in my car and after about 20 mins I had a new battery installed and I was on my way. My battery is not easy to reach yet the employee was still eager to help. Thanks for your kindness and willingness to help me!

I don't understand why people just have to be so rude or not helpful, if you work in an auto part store and when you started you had no knowledge on what was what that's ok cause we all start the same way, BUT!!! if you decide to be there for a long time then it's your responsibility to learn your way around and study each product you need to sell in your store so when a customer comes in looking for something you would know exactly where to find it and not look dumb cause you have no idea..

Great customer service and location the salesman actually walked around and answered all of our qustions for us he was very helpful. We always go to the location probably will not go to another advance auto store. The sales and prices are great as well he have a 2004 gtx1300 and they have had everything in stock for us and if we had to no problem ordering it. Thanks for always going above and beyond to helping us get back on the road.
