I have owned and managed several shops, and I initially had a bad experience with BDB.I dropped my bike off after I was in an accident.. The paint shop had some setbacks which caused my bike to sit for over a month.I was told 2 weeks. The delays were not fun. Which i admit made me heated. Being told it would be done next week several times.and not.finished was frustratingThough it was not BDB who had caused the problemIn the end, BDB. took care of me.They sold me a battery at cost, cut back on the labor, and did a great job with my bike.The long-awaited paint work was show quality flawless.

I had an issue with a brake caliper and they fixed it on the spot. I was impressed with the customer service and the stories were good to. I highly recommend them for all your motorcycle needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! New rider and just bought a bike which needed a service checkup and work done. I haven t been riding long enough to get to the shop. They picked the bike up and while the bike was idling immediately started to see what was wrong. When I went to the shop, the mechanic immediately stopped to talk to me and give me feedback, not once but twice! When they returned the bike, again a wealth of useful information/ helpful advice. I am beyond thankful for their kindness and professionalism. As long as I am riding and have a bike, they will have my business.Services: Electrical repair, Delivery, Oil change

It would be completely impossible to describe what an excellent experience I had with this company!!! Was having electrical issues on my Indian vintage chief. The dealership in Pensacola had it for 3 months and that's still not resolved the issue. I took it here and got a call within 2 hours tell me my bike was ready to be picked up!!! I actually thought it was a joke at first.they rock

I'm on vacation down here from KY and had a transmission shaft bearing go bad. They were spot on getting it up and going. Small place but with what they need to get you on the road.. What even better is the know how to do it and do it right. Good people here.

I rode from Tennessee to Florida only to end up with a flat tire. Since I ride a Victory, the local Harley dealer wasn t interested in helping me (apparently they don t need my money). However they were willing to sell me the tire I needed. So with tire in hand (actually draped over my license plate) and, I rode over to BDB and they squeezed me in that same day. Their tech even went over the bike checking it out since I had another 600 miles to go. I can t say enough about these guys. They re fantastic.Service: Tires

Pete, Rick, and Patch may look like a Harley-only crowd, but they work on my Ducati Sport 1000 all the time! They installed most of the mods on my bike, and Patch had custom stitched my seat.One of the few remaining bike shops still around for a reason!

Threw my masterlink on the highway the other day. One of the techs working was extremely helpful and kind with getting me back riding. Will definitely take my business back here!

This little shop is what the HD dealerships should be. They offer good work at very good prices. I think if there's any drawbacks to BDB its that at times they can get a bit busy so you may want to make anappointment before heading in.Service: TiresService: Tires

Read all....Great bunch of people great work .. couldn't ask for better service and a great price on repairs tires whatever you need... Then I get the bike home go to wipe the bugs off the front and the piece on the bottom of the fork that holds the axle is gone! I called 3 times they wanted a picture of what I was talking about so I sent 1 and after that they never called me back and wouldn't answer my calls after I sent the picture .. So I had to order a new 1 from Harley... I guess I'm just lucky the wheel didn't come off and kill meServices: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Had heated handgrips installed while I waited during which time I made friends with Mary, BDB's admin extraordinaire, a few regulars, some of the other staff, and the German couple who own Bosner's restaurant next door - delightful people, one and all. Everyone made me feel right at home. Not only were the grips installed in the time I was told it take, I was charged $50 less than quoted, and Rick, who I assume was the owner, noticed a clutch lever I had intended to install myself and decided to put it on for me at no additional charge. I don't know what I did to deserve being treated so well that day, but I am super grateful. Like I told Rick on my way out, " I will be back." Thank you!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Asked to see if they could fix my bike. They were rudly sarcastic the whole time then said they didn't feel like ordering my part but if I bought it they might be able to fix it. Lazy business, rude to customers, and not confident in their ability to work on a motorcycle. Bringing my bike elsewhere.

Very friendly people! They not only did my 1000 mile service on my Harley, but found a few things that the dealership over looked. They really make sure that your in top condition. Also a guy there just custom stitched my seat. I've also seen a lot of other types of bikes from sport to touring. I'd recommend anyone to them.

Absolutely amazing! I took my 2005 HD Road King in that I had just purchased. It wouldn t run because it hadn t been maintained properly.Dick and his staff thoroughly went through it and explained everything to me about what they did. The customer service and care they provide is great! Go to them and they will take care of you and your bike!!

I have been taking my motorcycles to BDB for the last 8 years. Good prices, 10% military discount, vast depth and breath of experience, helpful ideas and suggestions that improve the whole riding experience. Great customer service, I won't trust anyone else with my motorcycles.

BDB has that "family feeling"... I've been taking my bike there for many 'a year. These folks are not only my friends, they're "my" bike mechanics... 'best around. I have, on many occasions, and do regularly recommend Rick and the crew to anyone looking for bike servicing. When I see the guys around town, it's like running up on a close friend in a crowd in a strange place...I really respect their abilities and professionalism. Grade: 1A

Had a cam put in my 16 UL by a HD dealership in CO. Long story short, 10,000 miles later a loud squeak developed in the engine. BDB found the issue, replaced the lifters, bearings, performed the 50K service, and fixed an exhaust leak. Bike has never ran better and engine noise is almost non-existant. Awesome job and it cost about half of what I expected. I will be taking my bike to them if/when it has another issue.

The ONLY motorcycle enthusiast's parts and service business I will ever trust my motorcycle with. I depend on Teresa, Rick and the friendly, helpful and skilled staff. No glamourous, trendy, poser stuff to wade through. I'll never go back to "the other guys".

They are the only place i have work on my Electra Glide Ultra Classic. They did my cams & cam bearings & cam chain tensioners, also replaced all seals and tensioner on primary for a very fair price. Rick is an awsome owner and guy. And the staff there are awsome. They are a family owned buisness. And your family there.

Customer service is incredible! They took the time to listen and found my problem right away even when another shop in town said nothing was wrong. Bike is running smooth....BDB is the only place I'll be going for service and repairs from now on.

Ordered a custom passenger seat approximately 4 months ago and haven't heard any thing from them. Have called numerous times asking about it and all I get is that it's not ready. No time frames given as to when it might be done and the last time I called they blew me off. Very disappointed since all the other time I've gone there it was a good experience.
