Wait time is not bad. And everyone is very nice. Price's are awesome.Only reason i gave 4 stars is that after i got back home bout 11 or 12 miles and after i put it back on truck i had noticed it had a screw in the middle of the treads. No big deal though a plug will fix it. And still have plans to go back for another tire. But this time i will inspect it for nails or screws.Thanks to Joe and the guys.P.s. it was a used tire but, was in very good shape minus the screw

Joe and his crew really helped me out as my bass boat trailer had a bearing problem sunday. They got me in first thing Monday and made some calls and researched how to fix. Couple hours later and done. Didn't gouge me. Refreshing to have a shop like this here in Umatilla.

Joe Kerr is a great guy and offers good pricing for a local tire store. His pricing may not be able to beat the very best deals out there, but with the price of gas these days isn't local better?

Mr joe,since I was 17 yo,has been like family! Every car I owned,he s always helped me rolling down the road. Even helped with things,to keep me safe on the road! His team,are all so kind. All go above and beyond for the customer! He s really good ppl and I recommend for used/new tires and doesnt skeem at all! Definitely, come here! Ask for Mr joe!

Joe here saved me a year ago when I got stuck next door with a car that wouldn't start (dead battery). He was super quick and transparent, showing me the battery test on the old battery, then the new one before and after install.When I had a tire go flat yesterday and realized I needed to get all 4 replaced I asked around and everyone recommended I go to Kerr's, so I called up and he had the right size for my car needs and installed them the next day. I was in an out really quick.They are quick, efficient, and super friendly! I highly recommend.

Joe is disrespectful to his employees threatening to hold their check because of being sick an not able to go into work he rushes everyone so no jobs get done correctly he pays the employees starting hrly rate at $11 for ten hrs a day 5 days a week and 8 hrs on Saturday. in the boiling heat one employee has been working their for almost a year an still makes 11$ a hour. He and his brother Dan are both 1 horrible business owners and 2 disrespect arrogant people in general he treats his workers like the don't matter an that he is better then them. I personally believe they should get shut down the tire shop is attracting alot of mosquitoes very close to the school they also put D.O.T out of date tires on customers vehicle's.

Traveling across the country by myself and had a blowout. They went way out of their way to get my and my car squared away. Employees were great and so were the prices. Highly recommend!

First time here and will definately be back. Very friendly and helpful staff, prices were great! Lots of choices for used tires in stock. Lots of trailer parts in stocks inside store. I couldn't say 1 bad thing about it!

Charged $25 to mount and balance each wheel. Cash price! and offered to take my old tires. Wheels were not on a vehicle either. Used to be $15 but apparently I was profiled due to using someone else's nice truck and that I didn't buy tires from them.Will not return. $100 is all I had and the techs that did the work received no tip due to overpricing labor. Techs are great and it only took them 15 mins to make Joe $100For that price I could of went to the dealer.

After going several places at 5:00pm nobody had the size tire I needed. (More like didn't want to bother) Kerrs employees were more than helpful to see if they had one and had three and happily helped me out even though it was about closing time . I highly recommend them. And the price was more than care!!
