Traded my 2014 KIA Soul in on a 2009 Mercedes E350 4Matic, Ruth and the folks there treated me great and I love the new car.It looks and drives great and I have been looking for a clean Mercedes E class for a while and finally found one at Carizma auto.I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a good used vehicle, they are great folks to do business with. I would definitely buy from them in the future.

I had such an amazing car buying experience here! They are such kind people and do not pressure you at all to buy. They are truly there just to help you find your right match. No random added fees, and they are super transparent about their vehicles. Ruth was unfortunately out of business the day we came but she called on her phone and helped us go through the paper work and close on the car! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and will be keeping them in mind the next time i m in the market.

If you have a classic or vintage car, this is the place for service, they own classics too. Thanks so much Dave, Ruth and Mike the mechanic for taking care of my 62 yr old baby. They do a quality job and really care about their customers!

Loved the customer service and the trust you get when buying from Carizma. It s always scary to buy a used car but with Ruth it was so much easier! She was super honest and patient through the whole process and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We love our new truck and recommend them !

Carizma car sales is definitely the place for a pre-owned vehicle. I checked their lot out and felt at ease, no pressure. went in side and was overwhelmed by such a clean and professional service. you will have all the ins and outs about your selection. Ruth and Dave fill you compltely in on your selection. Their full selection of vehicles are VERY clean. Thank you both for everything David and Ruth!!!!! Great people!

Incredible people.About 5 months ago, I purchased a 2010 Mazda CX9 as is.I had some unusual but, of course, expected older car related problems. They were easily able to help me resolve them.I now always go to them for my oil changes and general maintenance.

Purchased a Subaru from here and I have to say it's just perfect. Runs excellent. The price was much more reasonable than the other dealers it had auto check which is a fantastic tool, 1 owner, low mileage, no accidents. Last but not least, staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Not overbearing and pushy like several other places that I looked. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was so discouraged and afraid to go to a dealership because of my horrible experiences in the past but this amazing place changed my outlook on things!Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle or trailers!!!! The customer service is over the top and they are actually honest about their vehicles! They have their own mechanics and will never sell you a lemon vehicle! They don't try to rush you into buying something and they ask what YOU need in a vehicle! I am absolutely in love with my HHR! Ruth was the best! She explained thoroughly about everything from the paperwork to the vehicle itself! I will definitely be back in the future! Keep up the great work Carizma!

I absolutely despise dealerships and car shopping in general, BUT Carizma has won me over! Wonderful and HONEST people working there. Ruth treated me like a sister!!! They stayed open 2 hours past closing to assist us. Even took the time to walk me through all the new features of my truck before I left. They truly turned a stressful experience into a wonderful experience.

If your looking for a vehicle Carizma Auto Sales & Service should be your first pick. The greatest car buying experience I have ever had. No games like the big dealerships. David and Ruth are super friendly and.take great care of their customers .Also they have a full service department to work on all vehicles. Came in to this place with the same expectations everyone else has when they come to any dealer, but Ruth honestly made the experience warm and friendly. I was not pressured into buying anything nor did I feel ridiculed when I left to go look at other options. Needless to say, I ended up buying a car from here that i m very happy with. Ruth stands by her motto and made this place feel like a home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a car. This will be my first consideration if i m ever looking to buy another car in the future.

IF you had a great experience with Carizma, please go and Thumbs Up all the other positive reviews section, it really will help them a lot. I say that as a past business owner.My mother needed a vehicle and I wanted to buy her one. But instead of spending hours searching online for hopefully finding the right local car dealer and the right vehicle for her, I simply utilized the power of the unconscious mind to do all that and more for us.First I went online and documented 15-20 pre-owned Hondas and other similar vehicles from 3 different local dealerships.Next, I took some paper and wrote down target identification that represents each vehicle, which is a sequence of six letters & numbers.I gave that paper of targets to my mother, so that she could pendulum dowse each target. In this way she had no conscious thought and especially no emotional energy attachments concerning what she was dowsing for. All she knew was that each target represented a real vehicle which she may or may not own at some point. She also consciously knew that potentially her dowsing may not choose any of the targets.While alone she pendulum dowsed each target with the question, "Is this vehicle the most optimal for us as a whole?" Her pendulum provided a Yes response for only two targets/vehicles from two different dealerships and Carizma located in Umatilla, Florida was one of them.Thanks to her dowsing and Carizma, our experience at Carizma was wonderful, they truly are amazing people who only want the best for their customers. They are a very small car lot BUT they provide customer service that most larger dealerships could only dream of providing. Go check them out!

My wife and I drove from Jacksonville to Umatilla to look at a vehicle that Ruth had described perfectly in the ad, detailing the smallest chips in the paint. (Many of which, I still haven t found). Needless to say, we bought the vehicle at a very fair price. The place was impeccable neat and clean. The entire process was fun . Yes, I said fun. When was the last time you said car shopping was fun. We consider Ruth and her husband David friends. When we need another, I will not hesitate to make the 2 hour drive to see our new friends again.
