Don't buy a battery from this place. I bought a battery to troubleshoot a vehicle on Monday and it turned out to be the fuel pump. I tried to return the battery after it was installed once and was told they don't do refunds for batteries. I was not told this when I bought the battery and this policy is not on my receipt. I've always been able to return a battery to a Walmart. I won't buy automotive items here again.

Went to go get an oil change today and to get a new tire and i was approached by a rude lady who made every excuse in the book to not do service on my car. Then proceeded to make comments towards me that were unbelievably rude and honestly she needs to be fired because someone like that should not be working and customer service. I ended going to tire kingdom around the corner and they had no issues doing what I needed.

Great oil change service at a great price. Thank you for making it so easy

They refused to change tires on my vehicle because the sticker for the tire size was lifted a bit.....so they claimed I could've swapped it with another vehicle and refused to install the tires ...

When I ordered my tires online I was prompted to make an appointment for install. On the time of my appointment my husband went in to get my tires installed. When he arrived he pulled up to the bay like it used to be and the lady that was waiting was rude and told him not to park there when he asked where should he park. She just repeated what she said. In the website, when you order the tires, it specifically states that they're able to pull up your appointment by scanning a barcode . That's what my husband did when he tried to do that they're like "What do you want me to do with that?" So when he actually gave my name for the appointment they said there was no appointment. I showed them on my phone my current appointment time and they did not honor it and told me to reschedule. They couldn't even fit me in for today. So I took my tires and I made an appointment at another place. Customer service is terrible. What's the point of making an appointment and literally having it in front of them and still being told no. The woman was pretty condescending. Trying to say that was an appointment to pick up my tires when it specifically stated tire install appointment. If y'all don't want to do your jobs, maybe you shouldn't work in auto care at Walmart

Seth helped me out for the beginning part of the transaction. He made small talk with me while he was working because I was waiting for my vehicle to be completed. Zack helped me out at checkout and was extremely nice as well. I asked Zack if I could see the tire that had failed and he had no problem showing me. It's always great when people go the extra mile for a customer instead of coming up with a reason to not do something. I have done business with this location a few times and have never had a bad experience. I normally do business with Titusville, however, their air compressor was down. (I won't go to cocoa) Again, great job to the both of you and continue to be the ones that customers remember.

i went there at first for wheel balancing, the mechanic discourage me to go through it and have a mechanic check first for other issues other than the wheels and tires. I did go to a mechanic who confirmed it was the tire that needed balancing. So I came back to walmart, but the mechanic refused me service due to lack of manpower, said to come back next day and try to be early. I did come back next day but said they are still lacking techs and my issue was not an emergency. I went back after 3 days because at I was having problem with my battery and still has warranty active. The tech directed me again to another location because they lack techs, and was told they prioritize oil change at that time. What a waste of my time going back in forth in this place. Will never use Walmart Auto Care again. I just want them to honor the battery warranty and my lifetime wheel balancing but no more new services from them.

Took my car in for oil change and waited an hour to hear that my car was too low for an oil change. Seeing as I have had it changed at 2 other Walmart locations on numerous occasions, it makes no sense to me. Now as I have to be at work Monday, and it's new years eve I have an hour to find somewhere else I will permanently take my cars too. My Veloster turbo is not lowered, so if you have one do not take it here. Waste of time. And can't ever do tire rotation apparently.

Terrible experience! Previous oil changes were fine and out the door. I was in their system, but when the phone number was put in, it backed me out. Took over an hour to finally get in the computer, then to have them text my vehicle had an issue with the service; walk all the way back wait in line, then was told it was sent by mistake. Over an hour later, car just gets started! I was the only car when I walked in. So disappointed. Will NOT do my oil changes there anymore, will do my business elsewhere. Nothing for their computer mistakes, or apologies. Sam Walton would've made things right.

Abysmal. If you've got more time than money, this is your place. I went in to have four new tires put on. There were two cars ahead of me already being worked on, having the same job done. I waited two and a half hours for them to even start on my truck, and then another hour and a half to finish the job. Not even a, "sorry it's taking so long" was offered.I felt just as bad for the man there getting his oil changed. That's a 15 minute job at a competent shop...it took them over an hour. The last 20 minutes of that his car was just sitting in the bay with the hood down.Employees there are polite, but they take so damn long. I can't tell if Walmart hires lazy employees, or if they are just paid so little there's no incentive to get work done at more than a snail's pace. Either way, this place is awful.I re-torqued my lug nuts as soon as I got home since I don't trust they torqued them properly. I've got lifetime balance and rotation on these tires at Walmart, but there's no chance I'm ever going back.

Went to purchase 2 tires and unfortunately they were sold out of the size we needed. But the young lady was so very very sweet and went out of her way to see if they had ANY at all in our size trying to help. They always treat us well and go above and beyond to take care of us when we come there.

I tried to call like 4 days in a row. I even had other areas page them telling them to answer. And I get people are busy. But four days, and I would try before I got to work, on my lunch break and after work. It was ridiculous. Just to have to go in there without an appointment and wait for hours. Told me it would be quick, I keep seeing people come in after me also without an appt for the same thing and leave after only being there 30 mins. And no I wasn't rude at all so there was no reason to skip me.Service: Tires

This place is a clown show. Multiple visits, every time "our tire rotation guy called out sick today." another time, waiting in line while the employee who's supposed to meet customers just stood there texting. Don't waste your time. Spend a few extra bucks and go to an actual auto shop.

Went to have two tires replaced and it took me about 4 hours. Customers who arrived after me were taken ahead of me. After three hours of waiting, one employee said he didn't know my car was there because his manager kept instructing him which vehicle was next. It appears the associate who checked me in never bother to inform the technicians about my car. Both managers clocked out and left two inexperienced employees to run the shop. I arrived a 5 pm and didn't leave until 9 pm, and still they were not able to replace my tires. Those employees struggled with the machine to get the tires beaded on the rims for half an hour. I finally requested that they put my old tires back on, so I could leave. This was unacceptable and substandard service. Never again! Thanks to the other two Wal-Mart employees who intervened on my behalf. (Ezra and Chuck)Went to Tire Plus the following day and was done within one hour.

Besides some appointment confusion and having to come back, overall, things went well. My ordered tire came in and they had me up on a jack in no time. While they worked I did some shopping inside. An hour later I was through shopping and they were through mounting my tire. I took it out in the highway and the balance was perfect! I buy all my tires from Walmart and every time it is a good experience. And their tires last forever. Check it out!

Called about 4:30 pm for new tires for an appointment. We were told no appointment was needed as long as we were there by 6:30pm. We pulled up and were helped immediately. The attendant had a digital device to look up our tires, scan our VIN and print a bar code for us to return. The price was HALF of what a tire place charges. They estimated 45 min. The car was ready in 35 min. Comes with an awesome lifetime rotation package. Everyone was fast, efficient, helpful, and very nice! I would recommend this Location to everyone.

Towed in with a flat tire. Took a bit of time to squeeze me in as the Auto center was busy, fully accommodating. Fixed the flat and back on the road. Road hazard ins covered cost of patch. There is a discrepancy as to the stores hours. The internet says they close at 6pm, the store's customer service rep. said they were opened til 7pm, but the tire center employee says they close at 4.This auto centers hours need to be communicated accurately to both employees and the public.

Omg had a tire appt at noon 12:23 they texted an said my car was done. I was on my way to get it an decided to call to verify that my tires and an oil change was done. Surprise surprise my tires were on but now my car was waiting on line for an oil change 2 hours later I'm still sitting here waiting on it. Your service sucks plain an simpleServices: Tires, Oil change

Slow..........Slow..........Slow.........Slow........The oil change was fast. Never saw people work so hard. When it came to checking out two cars that I had the oil changed in, it took 40 minutes. The cashier helped everyone passing by with every issue. Additionally, he needs training on the point of sale system. Three cashiers talking about everything but helping you. Slow..........Slow..........Slow..........Slow........

Best price I've found in the area on an oil change. Took over an hour and they forgot to put the skid plate back on my truck. Atleast they called me and told me so was I able to come back and have then put it back on. Employee was very apologetic and I understand people make mistakes.

Called to order a set of tires. Had to repeat tire size on multiple occasions. Man returned to call and asked if I would call back because the computer was frozen. I called back twice nd let the phone ring for minutes with no answer. Doing business elsewhere.

Always seems to not be able to do service. Has a rude lady working there who doesn't know how to talk to customers. Would not recommend

I would not take my car back here for service. I brought my car in for a new set of tires and got it back with a crack in the windshield. The crack was 100% not there before. I called and was told there were no managers on shift but that I could leave a message and phone number for a manager to review the tapes and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. Any time I call after this I am placed on hold for 10+ minutes.

Went to buy tires and get an oil change. They had the tires I wanted, but refused to put them on my truck because the door sticker called for LT tires an I was trying to by passenger rated Goodyear Wranglers. Fine, just the oil change then. Synthetic on line price was $38 and change. Nope, the price is 44.88. Fine, does that include a grease job? Yes. OK please make sure they grease the ball joints. You guessed it, ball joints never touched. My owners manual calls for 5 quarts, they charged extra because they put in six. They will never touch my truck again.

Being first customer on site for the morning, it took 2.5 hours to change 2 tires without doing any tpms work. Compare to several seconds on 4 tires tires with Nascar.

I had one of the employees run at me like he was going to fight me for parking my motorcycle on the side of the building. There was not one " no parking sign" I asked to speak to a manager 1 out of the 3 managers told me that I didn't have to shop there. That place is something special! The employees that work there will tell you they hate their jobs and always talk about how bad they want to quit. I wouldn't trust people that feel that way around my car. This place doesn't deserve 1 star at all!

The rudest person walmart can find doing check in should be fired for no other reason than just rudeness. Absolutely done with this place.

Staffing and wait time are the only reasons I cant give 5 stars. Nice people, qualified people, just not enough people. Took a while, but I appreciate the attention to detail. All in all I would use again, just gonna call first next time and ensure they aee not short handed.

Went in to replace a headlight bulb and a reverse bulb. Told it would take an hour to an hour-15. Took 3 hours. After waiting that long, they told me that they couldn t replace the headlight because my 2013 Chrysler model required extra work to replace it. They told me I should go to a dealer to replace the bulb. Why take my car and make me wait 3 hours to tell me you can't do the job? I would have went somewhere that actually could replace a simple bulb. They are slow and have no since of urgency. I swear they used to work in construction for how slow they work.
