I went to Schlenker for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the promptness with which I was seen and the high level of customer service.There were some minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. Rather than going for the hard sell (which has happened elsewhere), the pros and cons of addressing the issues were thoroughly explained so that I could make an informed decision.I would highly recommend Schlenker Automotive

I am very pleased with the service I received at Schlenker Automotive in Titusville. I purchased 4 tires and had my oil changed. Everything went perfectly.The personnel there are very courteous and professional. Steve Monroe was exceptionally helpful.

Steve and his expert crew keep our 2011 Honda Ridgeline in good shape! We always trust them with our car repairs! Very neat and clean place! We always trust them to do their best to keep our vehicles safe for us!

Had a bad shake in the ride. They ran a diagnostic on it and clearly explained my options with a printout including pricing. I made my choice and it was fixed in a jiffy. I would recommend them if you are looking for good work and honesty.

Came here to get our tires road force balanced because the truck had a shake on the highway. Got excellent service, everyone was kind and very helpful, especially Steven. Solved our problem! Thanks guys! Now we will get back to MA comfortably.

Have been using Schlenker s auto for many years, first in Rockledge and now in Titusville. They are very honest and always let you know the costs going in. I would not use anyone else for routine maintenance or repairs on both our Hyundai or Prius

I drove here with a big screw in my tire call and they took me in right away. They fixed my tire in a decent amount of time, the price was not to bad, and I drove away a happy customer.

A trustworthy auto repair shop, and it is locally owned... two important factors for me. Steven at the desk is knowledgeable and explains things clearly, plus he saved me $70! TEN STARS!!!I also appreciate that they have preserved the lovely big trees out front which shade the waiting area.

Recently bought my car in to get my tire patched by Schlenker and I must say I'm very happy with the results because they are super friendly and helpful! and they got my tire patched the day I called I didn't have to schedule an appointment or anything. Highly recommended this shop! definitely will be coming back to this shop for more repairs!

They changed my brakes and cleaned my rotors for the front. Afterwards, the steering was heavily changed throwing my car into fits left and right... At highway speed you worried about running into someone next to you. They wanted $2700 cash only to fix two parts of steering. The dealership changed five parts out for the same price and it was the same price and now it's almost back to factory... Smh

I went there to get an oil change and they were ready for me I didn't have to wait. But while they were doing that oil change I started talking to the gentleman behind the counter and he help me decide on what kind of tires would be best for my car and in my price range. So I'll be going back there on Tuesday to get new tires!

Do NOT take your vehicle here!! NOT worth your money!During one weekend, I began to notice that my car (2008 Chevy Cobalt LT) was shaking & tending to pull to the right while I was driving. In addition, I had also noticed a strong, lingering, gasoline smell in our garage. My parents and I had been taking our cars to North Brevard for years & when we found out that they had been bought out, we decided to give Schlenker's a try.Schlenker's ended up putting two new front tires ($227) on my vehicle & stated that the new tires would help with the shakiness & pulling & that there was not a need for an alignment at the time. They told me I could come back in about 5 months to get the alignment plus inner tie rods that I apparently needed (bill would be $370).[I later discovered that this should have been a red flag as not getting an alignment on two brand new front end tires meant my tires would wear at a much faster pace] -Which they didWhen I picked up my car from Schlenker's, I inquired about the gasoline smell (which was my main concern) & they told me they had checked & there was no leakage.However, just a few days after taking my vehicle to Schlenker's I noticed the smell had worsened and my car was delaying to start up. I had only been smelling the gas scent in the garage, but I was now smelling it while driving the vehicle.Decided to take my car somewhere else for a second opinion.Best decision yet! I took my car to Rice's Automotive (620 Childre Ave, Titusville) & they expressed a genuine concern for my safety as a possible gas leak is a major hazard.*In fact, Rice's informed me that if I had let anyone smoke in the vehicle nevertheless gotten behind someone who decided to throw their cigarette butt out the window, then my car would have 100% engulfed in flames.Ultimately, I had to make the decision to get a new car. My Cobalt was old, had very high mileage, & many other minor issues. Despite not going through with repairs, the people at Rice's were so understanding & even agreed that I was making the right decision.*In fact, they even waived the $60 bill I had pending & told me to put that money towards the downpayment for my new car. INCREDIBLE!I regret taking my vehicle to Schlenker's not only because I am out $227 from my visit, but I feel that this establishment completely overlooked a very serious matter and failed to provide me the best customer service.I have since reviewed the notes left on my bill for the new tires I purchased from Schlenker's & there is not a single note on the receipt about the leak. Which causes me to suspect that they never really looked into it.Finding a reliable, HONEST, automotive shop is a task in itself.Personally, I would not recommend Schlenker's to anyone.If you are in Titusville, go to RICE'S. They are incredible people.& If not them, then please do research & take your vehicle somewhere that you can be completely 100% satisfied with the work done.Stay safe! Be blessed

I went there the other day for a brake job and I was amazed at how well I was treated by the manager, plus how informative Rob was when explaining everything to me. To top it off, elsewhere I was given an extremely high quote for worst case scenario and Schenkler Auto fixed my worst case scenario for half of what others quoted. Schenkler Automotive will be my regular shop from now on because as a woman when you find a shop you can trust it is best to stay with them!! Thanks again Rob for being such a great help!!

While having your car breakdown unexpectedly is never a pleasurable experience, having it repaired by Shlenker Automotive made it at least bearable. The man at the front desk was very friendly and took his time to explain what was wrong and what needed the repair. I met the mechanics and they look professional. Most importantly, we left with a working car and it hasn t broken down again (knock on wood)

Great service at reasonable prices. I liked that they didn't try to upsell me additional repairs. Just performed the services I requested, alignment and tire balance. Would recommend.

Rick was honest and quickly quoted me on 4 tires and I had them put on my Jeep. He had them check the front end for any wear or play no extra charge. I am taking it back tomorrow for alignment. I highly recommend.

Had some major maintence done to my vehicle at the Titusville shop,just got back from a 1700 mile trip vehicle ran great no issues.Great job at a great price thanks Rob.

Excellent service! Was on a long road trip from NC and my car was pulling on the highway. Scheduled an alignment and they took great care of me plus did a great job. Car was very comfortable on the way home. Thanks, guys.
