Highly recommend! Mike (senior) really took care of us on our unscheduled visit to this repair shop. We were driving to Kennedy Space Center from Orlando and our car suddenly stalled on the highway and began smoking and smelling like gas. We were legitimately concerned that the car might blow up, and we were about to drive all the way back up to New Jersey the next morning. Mike took us in immediately after we explained the urgency of the situation, and fixed the issue same day by the time we were done with the Space Center. He also got us an immediate rental to use to get to the Space Center for the day at a reasonable rate, so we didn't lose our plans for the day and saved on the cost of a round-trip Uber ride. Given we had a disability scooter with us, this was a necessity!Huge thanks to Mike and the team for enabling us to complete our day plans and make it all the way back to New Jersey safely!

Bought my car there, took it in for some warranty work because it felt i had some issues with the brake pedal sensor and line lock. Very loud whine from the transmission and active exhaust problems. None of my problems were resolved and i was charged 149.99 because the active exhaust issue was caused by a res delete shop install. When i said that out of the 14 10R80/10L80 cars i have driven none had the whine. They told me its because of the power the Mustang makes. When i mentioned not having this issue on a Camaro SS the techs were very quick to reply that the transmissions aren't the same. Well here is an article that states they lied to me : " The agreement between the two competing companies allowed Ford to use GM's 9 speed automatic transmission and GM to use Ford's 10 speed automatic transmission. The 10R80 and 10L80 use the same hard parts and hardware, but feature unique electronics that are integrated into the company's respective powertrain options. This is not the first, and likely not the last drivetrain component collaboration between General Motors and Ford Motor Company." According to FORD the transmission are the exact same and only software changes. So that was a BOLD LIE from the techs. Who also told me that i should " tune " the car to get rid of the TCS problems i have been having. Also since the inspection my brakes are starting to make more & more noise so they probably never checked them and only checked the line lock. I am sorely disappointed and will file a complaint with ford corporate.

Everybody was great and after my car was serviced at the quick Lane Mike took the time to go out to the car with me and answered any questions that I had.
