The turn around was excellent. The only issue, when they rotated my tires, they did not rotate the hub coverings between the front and rear. I will be returning so that this can be corrected as currently I do not have access to my front hub selectors.

After being treated very poorly by another local dealership, Ron Norris has stepped it up to make up for how I was treated elsewhere. They have been so kind, trying to find me exactly what I'm looking for, at a price I can afford. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Emma, who it turns out is a bot, but a polite one. I have also had the privilege of speaking directly to Frank,Rick, and Gene. All of them have done their absolute best to get me into a new vehicle without may pressure.

Got me in fast. Explained in detail. Cheapest price in Brevard County...The Service guy I dealt with was Excellent. Everyone very friendly. Only bad thing was when I went to leave. My ride had grease on threshold and door. But Service guy came right out and cleaned it up. Thank you.

My experience was painless which was much appreciated. The salesmen were very knowledgeable about the different vehicles but not at all pushy. Going through the details and the financial portions of the purchase was easy as well. I was so pleased and I love my new SUV.

Took our RV in to have the transmission checked and they figured out the issue within a few hours and had it back to me the same day. Had it at another dealer for 3 days and they said nothing was wrong. Mike and his team weee excellent! Great customer service. I was very pleased! Thanks Mike!

From KY, on the way down my windshield wiper motor stopped working. I called around and went to a couple ford dealerships needing it fixed before I left the next day. I was anticipating needing a rental car for a day while they repaired it but I was wrong, they were able to fix that and a couple other items in less than 2 hours and I was back on the road. These people are the Chuck Norris of Ford Service. Very laid back employees willing to help people just because. Thanks again for your prompt, professional service!

My biggest issue I had was trying to get somebody in service to answer the phone or call back.I could go a week and not hear anything but call ten times leave messages and never get through or a call back. I had to resort in calling sales and getting notes to service and they still wouldn't call me back. It's a big issue definitely needs to be addressed.

Love the courtesy pick up & return. Also I appreciate being told ahead of time maintenance needed & cost. Everyone is polite, professional and helpful. It s important to me that if maintenance can be deferred until next service, that s told to me.

I just had an excellent experience at Ron Norris Ford with their service department.I have a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat that I took to them for transmission problems. Michael Y. at the service center desk was friendly, professional, Knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could stay in contact with them about the work being performed. They were very up front on the timeline that it would take to complete the work and went above and beyond diagnosing the ghost problem and complete the service and making sure it was done properly. My truck has never ran better! And I was very happy with the price that I was charged for them to complete the extensive work. My thinks go out to the hole Ron Norris s service department and there mechanic team.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with them and I m a type of guy that doesn t like taking his car to a dealership. I m a mechanic myself I just didn t have time to have some family matters to deal with so I didn t have time technician was very prompt on time very knowledgeable. I didn t try to push too much on me. Definitely come back.

Great job. They got me in and out, quickly. They were able to knock out some of the outstanding recalls that other dealerships said I would have to leave my Explorer with them for 3-5 business days. I m bringing my wife s truck in, next.

My first time using Service for oil change and tire rotation. Michael Young was my service adviser and he was outstanding. My vehicle was in and out in a timely manner and he provided extra customer service and advice above and beyond my expectations. He deserves special recognition for providing service and advice beyond that typically found in a dealer service department. GREAT JOB MIKE YOUNG thank you!

Absolutely can t speak to them by phone ever. Tried numerous times. Kept getting sent to voicemail and calls were never returned. Had to drive there to make an appointment. Had to rent a car to have warranty work done the first time. Wasn t fixed properly and had to go back and request a courtesy car which they agreed to. Had to return the courtesy car by 4 and my vehicle wasn t ready until after 5 even though I had an appointment and they had the truck all day. Again, tried to call to see when my truck would be done and no one returned my calls. So unprofessional.

This has been my 4th vehicle purchase with Ron Ford and their exceptional customer service keeps me coming back! Special thank you to Levi O. and Jack L. for making the vehicle purchases as smooth as possible and always looking out for my best interests. I currently live on the Gulf Coast area ( Sarasota) and do the 3 hour ride to purchase from them. I had "the works oil change" it was very quick. I may have waited a bit over 10 minutes. So fast they missed a nail in a tire. I changed the tire to my spare. I'll have the tire patched at a place 3/10 of a mile fm my house. Dealer would have caught it, it'd be done, instead I have to spend effort time & money having it done on Tues. If the PSI was checked it should've been caught then. Such is life.

Brought in my new to me 2020 Explorer to have my info screen looked at because it was was going black at times. They got me in the next day to do all the recalls on the vehicle. I think there were 7.Got everything done in about 4 hours. Very pleased with Mike in service. Profesional and thorough. He made my visit simple.Wonder why the Ford dealorship I bought it from didn"t make these recall repairs?

I like Ron Norris because there's no chaos like other Ford places. Its quiet, there s no salesman rushing to push you into a vehicle. The salesman Tim is very knowledgeable answering all questions and keeping in touch even after hours helping with my indecisiveness. The finance department didn't rush me through paper to get me out the door. Got my F150 4x4 and happy with the transaction.

Getting my new truck was a big test of my patience. It took almost a year. The truck was delivered to the dealership after 8 months. It sat at Ford for many months completed but the wouldn t ship it. When it arrived there was a recall that prevented the sale for s verbal mor months. Gene at the dealership was awesome. He keep me informed and updated almost weekly. Can t say enough good about Gene.

Service manager Michael Young goes the extra mile to make sure that repairs are done CORRECTLY, EXPEDITIOUSLY, and with a GREAT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY attitude!!! He is an asset to Ford Motor Company!! Many KUDOS to Joe Kidd, the WONDERFUL Director of Service & Parts, for assembling and maintaining such a GREAT TEAM of Ford technicians!! And Mr. Josh Norris should be PROUD to have such a family-oriented team of sales and service professionals. I have personally seen Mr. Norris jump in to assist a disabled veteran above and beyond the call of duty or simply help a visiting couple seeking information and assistance. It is that leadership by example that trickles down to the entire team. They are GOOD PEOPLE!! Just had my 50,000 mile tune-up and didn t think my truck could run any better than it already did but it does! Micheal Young is always great when I come by, thank you for being so cool. Only thing I d say is missing from Ron Norris Ford is a car wash after service.

I can not say anything good, nor bad about my experience using the Ron Norris Ford Mobile Mechanic Services. All I can say is, "He tried." Ford Mobile Mechanic came to my house twice, got me for $700+, and didn't find nor fix the issue and suggested I have my vehicle towed to the dealership for more diagnostic testing. My issue was fixed by a dispatched Tow Truck Driver to my home at 9p.m. from my insurance company, resulting in my vehicle being fixed without Tow and at No Charge with the Towing Company, Thanks IGo Now Towing!!!

The whole process went so smooth. Frank was great and to the point. I have never been called back to sign for a lower interest rate and no down payment but Frank and Jack knew what we needed and made sure to go back and beyond to take care of us. after hitting deep potholes at a southbound rest stop i had a loud grinding noise coming from the driver side front wheel. it being our easter weekend camping trip I pulled into ron norris ford camper and all. one hour latter we were back on road after finding a rock lodged between rotor and hub. great service as always from ron norris ford
