A completely different experience from anywhere else in Titusville. This shop came recommended by my fianc� and I was pleasantly surprised. Mike was super friendly and informative. Not only was my oil changed and a free inspection done but when I got in my car there was a cute thank you bag full of useful goodies. I was blown away by the personal touch! Plus there s a free oil change down the road. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service both customer and mechanic. It s hard to find a mechanic you both trust and like and that you want and feel comfortable entrusting your car with. They did an excellent job on my Camry, we are a family of 5 cars of all different makes and models and they will see them all. Premier checks all the boxes. They are now my mechanics for life.

We just moved to Brevard, and I found Premier Auto through a quick Google search. The reviews were fantastic, and I always prefer to take my BMW to a local shop vs a dealership, so I gave them a go. From the first phone call I made, I had an excellent experience! Walked in for my appointment, and every person I passed was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Mike S was fantastic from start to finish. They ran a diagnostic scan, told me the things they recommend, but absolutely zero pushing of the extra services to be done! They offer a complimentary shuttle, and Ms Donna was a complete pleasure! Premier Auto will now be my go-to place! Thanks for the phenomenal first impression and customer service!

Service manager was friendly, easy to talk to. Very helpful.As far as I know so far so good with my car.I love that they have courtesy car service. It was a great help to me.I definitely will use them again as there are a couple more things that need to be addressed.

My wife s Ram was running rough, so after taking with Michael I felt confident enough to bring my our Ram in for maintenance. They checked the ENTIRE TRUCK for defects and included pictures. That really impressed us. Then we got a detailed text describing what they found. Kris worked on the truck all day, and now Sheila s Ram runs as smoothly as a 5.7 Hemi should. The maintenance supervisor closely monitors all the work being performed on all the vehicles. The pride, and professionalism these technicians display is evident that they care about the vehicles they return to the road. It s an absolute pleasure to take my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs.6/14/23 I took my wife s father s truck in for inspection on needed repairs. I was given an itemized inspection of what was found and I had a list of safety concerns. Trouble areas and concerns in the future. I know what I m dealing with and I know the repairs will be done correctly.8/28/23 ABS module replacement. Substitute items did not program correctly, so I have to wait until the supply system catches up with demands. However, Mike now has my Ram running smoothly and with better throttle response. I really appreciate the superior work that we get from Premier Auto. If you want THE BEST automotive service experience Premier Auto is the place to go.8/13/23 my wife wanted a Ram head hood ornament and a Oogah horn installed on her papa s truck. That s what she got, and it looks and sounds great. Thanks Mike for the great work.11/27/23 the alternator would make noise when it was started each morning. Mike diagnosed it and determined it was the alternator. The alternator was ordered and installed when it arrived. We have had the absolute best experience and service from this amazing service team. I won t go anywhere else we trust the premier auto professionals.1/18/24 I stopped in to get a second opinion. The dealership told me it would cost about $800 to clean the throttle body on my car. Turned out it really didn t need to be cleaned, I saved a lot of money by going to Premier Auto.2/18/24 Sheila s Ram was lacking in acceleration when passing on the interstate. Mike diagnosed the problem and found it was a faulty VVC. Rodolfo made the repair and now Sheila s Ram runs like it should, and Sheila is very pleased with the results we got from Premier.Thanks fellas for the outstanding customer service and technical knowledge you have.3/27/24 My Altima needed an oil change, front brake pads and a new battery. I got it in they got er done an I got er back. Now some readjusting to the stereo and the instrument panel and I m back in driving comfortable again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Don't!! We took our car here because a neighbor recommend them. They had our car 3 times and never fixed the problem, charged us over $1700 changing parts that didn't need to be changed. When we took it to another repair shop, we found that our battery was not installed right, they had not replaced the oil after an oil change and a rag was found in our engine. I would not be able to recommend them for a simple auto maintenance, much less a diagnostic process. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. We can protect each other by sharing when our experience was less than what it should be.

It is incredibly hard to find honest service but the owner and team at Premier Auto Care are top notch. There is a reason they hold nearly a 5 star review across the many reviews on Google. Run by a fellow military veteran and definitely worth using for your mechanical needs.

Considering our dependence on auto transportation, and our desire to keep our car running efficiently, it is important to find a group whose dedicated purpose is to have every customer leave their shop in a safe and well operating car. Premier Auto Care is such as a group. Besides the technical side of this wonderful operation, Premier has outstanding communication with customers. From my first call to getting a very accommodating service time, to reminders prior to the service date, to the car check in, to updates during service that gave service options, and the final service completion, Premier kept me informed. In a town where I am only visiting and knowing very few people around her, I am leaving feeling like I know and can recommend a reputable, caring, customer first auto service group.

My daughter's called me in a frantic state, her vehicle would not start, and she was stranded. I immediately thought of Premier Auto Care and had the vehicle immediately towed and dropped off at the shop on Monday. I was told the vehicle would be serviced by Thursday/Friday, surprisingly the vehicle was done on Wednesday! The "Mike's" kept me well informed and updated on each detail of the repair of the vehicle. Excellent customer service and timely, accurate information was always conveyed during the process! Would highly recommend during tough times when it comes to your car needs!

Honest,great place,good service and work.They will take u home or work when drop off and pick u up when finished. I found them more professional than the Ford dealership repair shop.

They are great at communicating and explaining what needs to be done and what needs to be fixed. They have your vehicle in and out in a timely manner and I like that they add photos of the problems that need to be fixed and They provide courtesy transportation.

I had originally called in to ask if Premier would fix a timing chain issue. They wanted to look at the problem themselves and offered to look at it for free. So I dropped the vehicle off and asked them to also please look at the AC system as well. They mentioned the AC system check would be around 60 dollars to replace valves and gaskets so I agreed on this. When I was given the diagnosis, there was a list of issues quoted to be above 10,000 dollars. Just getting the immediate issues fixed would be over 8,000 dollars. I decided not to go ahead with any work because that was far too expensive. Upon picking the vehicle up, I was hit with a 330 dollar charge I did not agree on for a full diagnosis I did not ask for. Granted the diagnosis was thorough but I only asked them to look at 2 things so I was not happy being 330 dollars down for a vehicle I didn't even get fixed. I could have spent that money toward new tires or fix one of the other issues with it.

My driver side window broke. Needed the parts replaced. Called Premier and Mike was kind & helpful. dropped my car off in the morning and it was repaired the same day after lunch. Upfront pricing, Honest and Great Customer Service!! Thankyou Premier!!

As a retired aircraft mechanic, I hate have someone else working on my cars however, they are the professional auto repair shop I ve ever delt with. They even provided a ride home and pick you up. Price and quality of work was great.

Best place in town. Fairly priced and excellent work. 5th oil change is free and even threw in a gift bag for being a new customer. You can tell they care about your experience and have made a loyal customer out of me. Give them a shot. I guarantee you won t be disappointed.

My 2011 Malibu has very low miles but has had play in the steering and no one would/could fix it. Finally gave Premier a try and now I have my ride back good as new! I also have a new car guy. I didn't think there were any good car repair shops anymore but they have proved me wrong. Thank you again!

Requested two light bulbs to replace on rear left side. Promised but did not do it, forgot it. And this is a safety-related issue!Also my factory installed car alarm goes off randomly, waking up people, causing noise pollution in our communities and discharging car's battery. They said there's nothing they can do about it. I don't believe it and multiple resources claim this is not true.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I dropped my car off hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. They ended up working on my car a little longer than anticipated, but their services and prices and overall customer service was WELL worth those extra couple days wait!! I ll def. be a returning customer, and am happy to recommend anyone else!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I looked around after moving to Titusville and other reviews told me they are the ones to work on my SSR. I ve been in for some overdue repairs and they are great to work with and their check ups are above and beyond anyone else around. The service as well as their attention to customers is 10+ in my book. The only place I ll call for any auto service needed. Thx Mike and the whole team including Donna Thx again

Can t thank Mike enough for helping me yesterday. I broke down unexpectedly yesterday, and just so happened to be right in front of Premier Auto. I asked if they could just run the codes as I had a tow truck on the way, but Mike immediately started helping and got me back on the road before the tow truck was even nearby. Truly amazing service & heart from the entire team, who was very busy when I stopped in. Thank you Mike & your team!

Called Thursday for a appointment drop it off Friday morning picked up Friday afternoon on 2014 Town and country replaced valve covers gaskets thermostat and flushed radiator fluid. And customer service is great

Amazing service. Awesome mechanics. Fast service.Our 2014 Ford Explorer was overheating and check engine light stayed on. Within 2 days it was diagnosed and repaired. Even given military discount!
