Quick and easy negotiation process that was done over the phone/email as I wasn't local. All the employees were friendly, and they didn't try to force optional care packages which was appreciated. The paperwork process was quick and they explained things well. They also followed up multiple times after the sale to ensure I was happy with the car.

We bought a 2018 jeep JL and what a great experience. This is a real family owned business. I recommend Pat Fischer to anyone. I have my daughter looking there for a vehicle. We live in Palm Coast so that drive is worth it.

Dusty in the service department goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. He made the experience very positive and Is an asset to the service department. Taken in on time. As I had to wait for my vehicle, I enjoyed the clean facilities offered to everyone. My car not only had the oil changed but it was also washed and certainly looking much better than when I brought it in. Staff is professional yet very friendly. I was certainly comfortable during my wait. Thank you, Pat Fisher NIssan. 5 stars definitely.

I've been a loyal customer at Pat Fisher Nissan for around 10 years, relying on their services for my cars. However, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with the declining quality of customer service, particularly an incident that occurred today, January 17, 2023, involving Stephanie Long.Nissan is a well-known brand, and the allure of many Nissan corporations lies in their exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, today's encounter with Stephanie showcased a far from satisfactory experience. Although Stephanie has been with the dealership for quite some time, her behavior today was confrontational and extremely rude.While waiting in the service area, Stephanie loudly proclaimed details about another customer's out-of-warranty situation, lacking the discretion to address the matter privately with the customer . The whole waiting room didn t have to know the customers car was not longer in warranty for an oil change and tire rotation.When it was my turn, discussing my warranty became a challenge. Stephanie questioned the legitimacy of my warranty company, using sarcasm and an unpleasant tone when I mentioned calling Nissan for clarification.Stephanie's dismissive attitude prompted me to call her out on her behavior, leading her to summon a manager, Jim. I must commend Jim for his professionalism and assistance. Thank you so much Jim!!! Jim explained everything and more to help me understand my warranty paperwork. However, I urge Nissan and Pat Fisher to address the staffing or workload concerns in the service department. If Stephanie is overwhelmed, hiring additional staff or providing employee assistance programs for mental health would be beneficial. Customer service is paramount, and Stephanie's confrontational approach is unprofessional and unacceptable. If her attitude persists, reconsidering her role within the dealership may be necessary for the benefit of both customers and the business.

Imagine you floor it to merge and your Sonata bogs down in the middle of the Hwy! You lift and it flies. All I could think about was the Transmission work I had them do at Fischer in Titusville in 2021, when I hooked a manhole, and I was convinced it was related.I called Fischer and they told me to bring it in and leave it for a full inspection. Offering me free shuttle service. When I got there I was met by a mechanic who took me out to try and cause the issue. It died on him too so I was taken home to await the estimate.Almost as soon as I got home they called to tell me my issue was on a Hyundai Aiert and repairs at Hyundai would be free. They added my ride was on the way.A test drive, research, shuttle service and a quick vehicle inspection were provided so I fully expected some charges but they refused to charge me a dime. I had to use "Customer's always right" just to get them to let me enhance their break with a twenty dollar bill.I bet for Fischer it's a day with a Y in it but for me it was outstanding service the old fashion way.Had to tell someone :?)

If I could leave zero stars I would. I always bring my car for servicing to Nissan. Loyal Customer of 3 years since I purchased my Rogue. Trusting them like a naive idiot. I know nothing about cars, which is of course my fault and I am certain they know this. I purchased 4 new tires from Nissan a year ago on 2/24/2023. One being only 1$. I thought it was a good deal! I also had my cabin filter replaced, replaced rear brake pad and rotors resurfaced, replaced an air filter and had a 4 wheel alignment. All I was charged for, cool. A year after my purchase, I had an issue with my rear tire which needed replacing. I called Nissan and they were closed (Sunday 3/24/24). So of course, I call on Monday, go in to have my tire looked at and was advised it would only be covered for half the price. $140.00 give or take. I paid $198.00 for each of those 3 tires. I called concerned because I was about to get new wiper blades, an oil change and also my tire replaced but after looking at my receipt and counting the days since my tires were replaced, I asked if there was a grace period for the warranty because I was not even a month (28 days) outside of the 12 month period. My tire would have been free within 12 months! So you mean to tell me all the money and service I have dumped into this place and you couldn't give me the tire covered under warranty because of "policy"? Even the manufacturer stated they could have done this for me but I HAD to go through the merchant. The tire wasn't in stock either, how convenient. & the price is based on today's price and not the price when I purchased??? Every company I have every worked for has a grace period. Especially if you see I have had all my servicing done with you and spent money unnecessarily because I have 2 small children and want to be sure I am driving safely. I always get synthetic oil changes, which I was told I HAVE to do with my car. I have no idea what is true or what isn't. The fact I was not given the tire for free, come on Nissan! Oh! And my paperwork says I have one brand tire but you but two different tires on my car. I will not be returning. Stephanie was my advisor through this and I also Spoke with Jim who ultimately took over because she wanted me to talk to him about the warranty to explain. Shame on everyone.**Edit- I stand by my previous post. You could have called me as well. Further, Stephanie DID NOT quote me that low of a price or I wouldn't even have been here to post my comment as I know I am past the warranty period of 12 months, which I DID mention above. She stated "You should be covered" after measuring the tread, not based on the warranty. Then I was quoted $140.00 before any discount & some change upon leaving on Monday. She stated HER BOSS wouldn't allow her to cover the tire FULLY. Never did she say it was because of the warranty period, but basically, that you just WOULDN'T because of my tread measurements???? So because the tire had to be ordered, I patiently waited and then called yesterday Tuesday, and while on the the line I was disconnected waiting for the total cost since the item was not entered into your system for her to give me an exact amount. This is what she told me. I called this morning to follow up and she quoted me $160.00 but that she was giving me a "discount" which came to $140.00 and some other change. Again, shame on ALL of you, especially after indicating I was demanding a grace period which obviously was not the case if I was reaching out to get the EXACT AMOUNT I was to pay for the tire. Thank you for proving my overall point that I service here every time I need an oil change, & when your team indicated I needed things replaced, I believed it and I made sure it was done at your facility, & nowhere else. To have 2 and 3 different quotes and now all of a sudden it's $102.00?? You can try to fool everyone else on this review but I know what I experienced and what I was told. I am understanding of policies but this is unacceptable. I respectfully decline. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have had a great pleasure to have been working with Dave B here at Fishchers. He is one of the internet salesperson. I have to say he is straight forward and, in my eyes, very ethical. He listened and come up with solutions always showing me respect. I feel that is the culture there and look forward to continuing my relationship there. Thanks Dave B for your hard work and attention to detail.

They told me over the phone a free multi point inspection, and only checked my brakes. Other than that they preformed the recall computer reprogram perfectly. Though I told them I think the brakes are going on the front and as a certified mobile Mechanic I expect top notch quality service when I bring it in or why should I not do it myself. I like them better then Mike Erdman Nissa so far

Absolutely the best team ever We were on our way to Virginia and blew a transmission tube. Spraying transmission fluid all over the place! We called after hours and Tony one of their sales associates was still there. He directed us where to have the car and trailer placed after we got it towed. He was super nice and very helpful Then next morning we spoke with Linwood he was super helpful and reassuring about being able to get us back on the road. Stephanie was awesome and kept us updated along the way. And Tod the mechanic who has been at Pat Fischer 33 years did an absolutely phenomenal job on our car. He really went out of his way to explain everything and provide that extra special caring and thoughtfulness! This is by far the best Nissan we've visited! And we travel across the U.S for our company. We highly recommend Pat Fischer and their outstanding team! Titusville is lucky to have them

This is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. we've purchased 2 vehicles from them and have been very pleased with every aspect of the experiences. We have a Nissan, Titan and a Nissan, Murano. Kyle, the sales manager bent over backwards for us and Steve, our salesman went above and beyond showing us all the bells and whistles that we didn't realize the Murano had just before we drove off with it. The price we got and trade in for my Altima was more than fair. I can't believe that they could sell us these vehicles at the much better than we dreamed price. I would give more stars but can only give five. Seriously happy customer

I found my future vehicle online and then spoke with Courtney about coming in for a test drive. I was basically sold after that, however; from showroom to the bathroom and repair shop to finance and sales manager- all top notch professionals. It wasn't about the costs, but the relationships that were built at Pat Fischer Nissan.

Everything was great.While waiting for my car in the waiting area, I was really impressed when the service writer Stephanie approached another customer regarding the purchase of their new tires. The customer wanted to replace all four tires of their car. The mechanics notified Stephanie that two of the four tires were still in new condition and didn t need to be placed. I was nice to see that the team cared enough for the customer to bring this to their attention to save the customer an unnecessary expense.

Bo went out of his way to help us get a brand new Sentra. I went in looking at a used Altima, but instead for the same payment came out with a 2024 Sentra. The entire team worked together, and made my husband and I feel like we mattered. Thank you to everyone on the New and Used Car Sales Team, and the Finance Team and Sales Manager for the work and effort you put in to our deal. Most certainly, thanks Bo, your outstanding sales ability and your people skills have us refering you to those we know.

First of all, it showed 0% APR in big letters on the truck. This wasn't true. Second I came in the next day to drop off the extra key fob for my trade in. No. " how do you like the truck? Or is there anything else we can do for yo?. All I got was a " thanks". Seemed like once the sale was done, they could careless..

Even though they had to keep my truck in order to do repairs, they provided me a rental quickly and remained professional and upbeat all day. If looking for a good service location or new vehicle, I would highly recommend Pat Fisher Nissan.

Prompt and courteous service, they were able to get me in at the end of the day without an appointment. Diagnostic ran, codes reset and let me know brakes were getting bad. No pressure friendly atmosphere. Very pleased thank you!

Don t do it, just don t The finance manager is terrible! I had to go and cancel warranties b/c we traded in a vehicle we purchased from them he was condescending and absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to encounter! I called MANY times to speak with a manager and no one returned my call until almost TWO weeks later and the customer service manager called me absolutely unprofessional and not who you want to conduct business with, ever! Funny how they are great when you are giving them your money, but the complete opposite when you file to have your monies refunded!!! No one at this establishment wants to deal with anyone s complaints and ignores any kind of correspondence (I have all the documentation) they act like it never happened so beware there s absolutely NO recourse for being harassed and belittled!!! And I still don t have any of my refunds and it s been over a month and a half! I try to keep allllll my business local and have for years, but never ever again!!! Pathetic!

Initially I left happy with my service until I found the damage caused to my vehicle after it left Pat Fisher for service. My one year old Altima went for a scheduled service and a week later after washing my car, I found damage underneath the vehicle caused by the mechanic not lifting the car correctly. Although they did fox it for free, I am very upset this happened. I took my Nissan Kicks in as well, and after the service they never placed the wheel key back in the compartment. While this might be a small issue for some, it is a hassle if you end up getting a flat and can t take the wheel off! Oh and not to mention that for some reason the cap on the radiator fluid container was also not closed properly. An incidental find on my Altima after filling the windshield washer fluid. The container was almost empty!!! Needless to say, I bring two new cars in for service and get nothing but trouble and damage! As a customer I should be able to trust the dealer mechanic and not have to double check all their work once I pick up my vehicles! Oh and when I came to the dealership to ask for my missing key or replace the locks, i was told to come back because they were busy! I don t think so! I will not be back.

Excellent sales team / great experience! Dylan eased my distrust of sales reps (difficult to do in this market). He also went way above and beyond with his attention to detail & knowledge while treating me as a valued customer. His level of professionalism sets the standard and should be emulated by all. Never before have I been to a dealership so dedicated to efficiency, detail, and expediency! I called Phil about a car I saw online at 9am on a Saturday from Tampa. By 11:30am, Anthony and the finance team had an offer put together for me, financing secured, and all that was needed was my signature! By 2pm I arrived from Tampa to pick up my new car, and was back on the road home within an hour and a half. The whole sales team was hilarious and super helpful. After spending over a month and trying over 15(!!) dealers, Pat (who even came out to say hi!) and his team made buying this car an absolutely seamless and pain-free process. This is a dealership that is well worth the drive! Thank you all again!!
