Been going here a few times now and what I've learned is this is one great auto parts store. The staff any one of them are Knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. I needed a pair of windshield wipers and they have a wide variety of them. More the the other stores. The ones I needed were more expansive then the same ones at Walmart but they PRICE MATCH. Under 10 minutes from the time I walk in the store to the time I paid and the gentleman kindly installed them and I was on my way. I noticed that they carry better quality products then any other auto parts store. Highly recommend.

As a traveler I always stop at any O'Reilly's and this one did not disappoint. Clean, well stocked looking good store. Easy checkout and clutter free parking area.

I m sorry to say I did not get the O Reilly professional s name but he was great. I am not a car guy so I asked him what wipers he recommended for my vehicle. He quickly looked at their resource, picked out a quality brand and offered to install them for me. Now I know many places offer this service complimentary but few perform it with as much grace and cheerfulness as he did, and as a bonus he had jokes that were funny. As long as I live in Titusville I will never shop anywhere else. All auto supply stores have ample inventory O Reilly has insured good customer service by employing professionals like this gentleman. I might add that the wipers worked better than I imagined

I purchased new windshield wipers today. The salesmen are very helpful & they installed them for me. I highly recommend these!

Great store layout. I was able too walk in and find what I needed on the shelves in under a minute. Cashier was ready for me to check out and he was polite and knew how to operate his register efficiently also.

I had stopped by AutoZone first and ask them if they could help me put my tail light bulb my brake bulb on my right side in my car no they'll sell me the bulbs but they won't help me they said they're not allowed... Then I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts. What helpful men were there. They didn't charge me for putting in the bulb you know I had no screwdrivers no tools... I didn't even know how to get it off.. Jay thank you very much! You guys are wonderful in there... I'm coming back with a blinker that's out I just thought I'd give you a warning guys if you read this... My goodness thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you

Let me just say customer service is in no short supply here at this store! Larry helped me starting from just a phone call to actually replacing my battery for me. Total gentleman. Thanks Larry! I m sold. I ll be back.

Auto parts ... not trying to gender stereotype because anyone can look something up in a computer but when something as important as your car is acting bad and you need a suggestion or a knowledgeable review of a product you are thinking to buy, encountering 2 chicks - unfriendly and seemingly bothered by customers - is scary and disheartening as I purchase and fix my car with what I ended up choosing.Idk my check engine light is still on - I wasn't expecting a miracle or anything anyway.

As always I found the staff both helpfully and friendly. I went in with pictures of anything I thought would be helpful in finding what I needed. As a woman I find that even when I know exactly what I want in often treated like I am unable to find the simplest thing. That is not the case here. Whether I know what I need, or like today, I'm out of my depth, they always treat me with respect and actually listen to what I'm saying without making me feel foolish.

I needed a new battery. I had gone to another part store and they told me my battery was good and only needed to charge. The next day I got stranded at work because my truck wouldn't start. I went O'Reilly and Noah checked my battery & determined it was bad. Hooked me up with the right battery & loaned me the tools to change it. I'll definitely be back.

My son Stephen gross introduced me to them and because of him that's probably the only auto parts store that I will go to unless I can't they were quick they didn't try to rake me tell me something I didn't need or the most expensive I give them a 10

Was doing an ac compressor replacement, presumed I would have to hire a shop to evacuate my ac system. This store has loaner tools including a vacuum pump and the manifold gauges! Saved me some $$ and avoided the shop hassle. Nice people too, they did a good job!

Person helping me to find wiper blades decided another customer was more important than me. Blew me off and I walked out never to return. The worst service possible.

Great place to go to get your auto parts and if you need help trying to find out what might might be wrong with your car they know what they are talking about I choose this store over any other auto parts store they are so nice and always have a smile on there faces and always want to help you will go here for any auto parts I need and if they don't have the part they can tell you were to get it thank you to everyone that works here you all are very helpful and kind will be here all the time when I need parts for any of my cars or trucks thanks

I go here to recycle my oil. The staff is so nice and the store is merchandised well and clean. It's now my go to for parts just because how I am treated.

Helpful staff. Definitely better at listening than their competition across the street at AAP. plus they have Parts on hand that others may not. Steady becoming a go-to shop.

BRING NOAH BACK TO THE HIGHWAY 50 STORE. Quick way to fix the attitude that PETER gives when he is inconvenienced when needing to find out if a part can be ordered or is in store. Ranks up there with getting teeth pulled without being numb.

The crew here is one of the nicest and knowledgeable in town will go out of their way to help some of the fastest service also greeted within seconds of walking in the door was very welcoming and got the right parts the first time also one of the only parts stores that that still turn drums and rotors at a low price
