My parents dropped off their Toyota Camry for service. When we went to pick it up, the attendant was EXTREMELY rude to my elderly father. He kept saying how rusty the car is (it was a Michigan car) and it's unsafe and no one in their right mind would work on this car. He said to "just drive it until it falls apart". To be fair, I'm sure the car does have some rust underneath but it's not THAT bad.After that rant, he started trash-talking their Hyundai which is newer, a Florida vehicle and wasn't even there for service that day (but had been in the past).Even if they were that bad, there are certainly nicer ways to talk to a senior citizen. He upset my dad so badly that he's still talking about it days later.Pictures of the "rusty" car attached.

I want to thank Moore s for the services done to my Nissan cube. The prices and quality of the work was very reasonable and very thorough. I d recommend Moore s to everyone.

The mechanic that helped us with the tire stem was great. The man in on the computer was not! He told us he couldn't help us without even looking to see if he had the stem we needed and told us to go somewhere else. The mechanic that helped us stopped us and said he could help us. Once we went to pay the man at the computer said how much we had to pay and that's it...no other word spoken. I asked if he was the owner and he said "no" and I asked if the owners knew how poorly he represented their company. He said he didn't care.

Small, no-frills mechanic. Appreciated the courtesy, timeliness, and fair cost for parts and labor. Would definitely recommend if you don't need to go to the dealership.

They were right there when I needed them.theywere about to close and go on vacation in 15min.but they took time to repair my break lights.Iam so thankful.this was the second time they took time to help me with no appointment .Thank you guys you are truly good people.

I couldn't say enough good things about Moore's. Proffesional, on time and courteous. First time I used Moore's for a timing belt on my suv they provided good service. My second visit, for my daughter's car, I wanted an estimate and said they had to look at the car first, and couldn't make an appointment until the following week. When I arrived, the guy was not friendly and sort of rude, I should have left immediately. They charged me $25 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with car (a fuel leak from the fuel tank or sending unit), but could not tell me which one was bad, said they had to drop the tank at $180 extra to find out. There was no mention of charging me for an estimate when I first called. Then want $300 for a fuel tank (commonly found for this car under $100 brand new) and $255 for a fuel pump /sending unit (commonly found for $100 brand new) I understand a shop has to have some markup on parts, but charging 3 times the amount is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Guy was mad when I said I wanted to bring in my own parts (which I asked a week before my appointment if it was ok to do, and he had said ok) When I asked if the $25 (to look at my fuel tank area from the outside) could be applied to the repair, he said no, that the estimate and the repair where two different appointments. So guess what, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MOORE'S! They lost me as a customer, and I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car was diagnosed with a blown head gasket and wasn't worth repairing. That was fine but between this shop and the junk yard my work blower fan disappeared. I'm very disappointed, and will never trust this place in the future. I'm not saying they had anything to do with it's disappearance. But of course neither the auto shop nor the towing service knows anything about it's disappearance.

Brought my car in today and they fixed the AC that's been broken since forever. It works great, they finished it pretty quickly, and their pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was traveling from Tennessee and needed my tires balanced as there was an issue with one of my tires being out of balance from my trip. I was a walk in and was happy that they firstly took me in on short notice but also had me finished in about 45 minutes. My truck tires are once again in balance. Thank you Moores

Had an issue with my truck today. They diagnosed the issue and due to time constraints, I have to do the repair myself. They lead me through the process and what I needed to fix it, even though they didn't have to. Moore's has definitely earned my respect and any future business due to their kindness!

Honest mechanics through and through. They have never steered me wrong just to make an extra hundred off me. I highly recommend this place if you are not looking for a cup of coffee while you wait, but rather mechanics who know what they are doing and wont stick it in you every chance they get.

Bought a new truck that had 1400 miles on it and was feathering the tires really bad. Took it back to the local dealer and they said all the new 1500's wear that way....?Took it to Moore's and had Keith look at it and he said they could make an alignment adjustment to correct the factory settings.10,000 miles later and 2 rotations made the tires look still like new! Pretty bad when you have to take a new truck in for an alignment, but they fixed it and have my business from now on.

Horrible service. Waited a week for an appointment just to be told they don't work on 2.7 engines. All of this information was given at the time the appointment was made. I also have a four day old baby I feel as though this was a huge inconvenience and waste of my time.

Nice friendly service, allowed me to bring parts I already had for repair/install. I had a slight pull after alignment and they swapped tires to show me the tires are the issue now not the assignment.

Dropped off a pair of control arms to press in some bushings. Not a big job for a shop, but nice enough to provide the quick service for a reasonable fee.
