I made a small order by mistake and immediately canceled. It came anyway after I was told it would not. Took and act of God to get CS to acknowledge my frustration and then promise a return label and refund. They refunded my card about 1/3 of the total price before I sent the item back and never saw anything after that. Not enough to waste anymore time on and not taking it to my credit card company. Never buying from them again for my 2 Vettes or Trans Am. Lots of bad reviews online so buyer beware

Excellent purchase! Thank you. The door was very well packaged and protected with heavy cardboard, bubble wrap, and corner protectors. No dents or dings whatsoever. Their customer service is great. Fortunately, I live close enough to Eckler's showroom I could pick up the door. The showroom is currently closed but upon arrival there is a large sign with instructions to call and they bring your order out to you. I will definitely do business with them again.

Want to share a few words about Corvette Phil at the Corvette Warehouse. I have bought two Corvettes there and they are really great. Don't go there just to kick tires and look at the beautiful toys but if you are serious you can't do better.

This is the hardest company on earth the get anything from if your a local. No local#, when you call the toll free you get some one 2000 miles away sitting at a computer. ( probably working from home) i live 2 miles from the whse/ showroom. Why do i want to talk to a woman in some other state?I needed 5 items for a C3 and was told everthing was discontinued??? REALLY?It was a $1600 order in disgust i gave it to Topflight and Full Throttle.Ecklers used to be the go to for C3 stuffNo local #, and lack of service crazy way to run a business. Good luck !

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I called to inquire about a part that I haven't been able to find for quite some time for a 68 Corvette. I spoke with Taney in sales and she was very persistent about helping me find what I needed. After some time she was able to locate it and had it in stock, very happy! Shoutout to her, she enjoys her job!

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM HERE!here is my story please read:I ordered a replacement acrylic targa for my c4 vette. It did not come with instructionsI called the store to see if anyone could tell me how to install it. All I got was a lady asking for the part number, no knowledge of cars whatsoever.I asked to please be transferred to someone who might have more experience that wasn't in sales.She transferred me to a man who said "I don't care. I work for jeep." He laughed at me and hung up the phone.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. DISGUSTING. I told every shop I go to this, and they have been warned to never give you business again!

Had a 1970 camaro crossmember for a 700r4 conversion sent. It was supposed to be powder coated. It came not in a box but wrapped in clear plastic with bolts in a zip lock bag and in bare metal. I called to replace and was told its on back order and they may not get any in. So i primed and painted it with automotive paint. I installed and the transmission was against the floor board and i was unable to get the drive shaft to go into the yoke of the transmission due to the angle being up and against the floor board. I called and got a lot of disrespectful attitude, run around and misinformation, and then after hours of back and forth was forced to buy a box to ship back in and drop it off at a shipping facility with a label they paid for. It was delivered and confirmed it was received. Three weeks later still no refund. The item still was not in stock so i did not want a credit i wanted my money back. After speaking to sales again and a supervisor still unavailable it was stated they did not have my card on file anymore but could issue me a check that would take 60 to 90 days to receive. WTH. I said no. After a lot of back and forth for nearly an hour and then being on hold a length of time i was then told by sales i would have a refund applied back to my card in 3 to 5 business days. The best part is that she read me back the last four of my credit card.... you know the one that wasn't on file and the reason that i did not get my refund on time. This company is no longer Eckler and owned since December by Turn 5 an E Commerce company. I have not received my refund yet but look forward to seeing it in the next few days. I do not recommend this company and believe at this point without constant calls and some other lingo i would have not ever received my money back for a default product that did not come as represented. I will be sticking with my usual vendors Summit Racing, Jegs , Classic Industries , ETC. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Your customer service and updates is non-existent.Sent over 5 emails and received a very generic response about a 10.00 credit being issued to me for my hassel. Don't know where it is, haven't seen it.Order placed on May 6th.Sent email inquiry on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th and 18th.After the 4th email on the (12th) called the sales department and spoke with an extremely rude sales associate, he was very quick to provide an answer when I would receive my order.But never got my name or order number. HABut assured me I would have my items on the 16th.Sent an email on the 18th, no response.Received an email today the 24th, the title says order cancelled.No information in the email box.The customer service experience is absolutely horrible and would not recommend this company for anyone's restoration, rebuild or heck anything for that matter.Save yourself some time and order from a more reliable company.

Order a part from this company only to wake up the next morning to an email stating thank you for canceling your order. I called and spoke with a representative who told me they couldnt find out why the order was canceled in their system, its a part that i needed pretty desperately so not having an explanation why the company took my money but then just canceled the order was very confusing. The rep thought the part was out of stock but had no way to confirm. So I wanted per the date on the email for my refund to purchase the part else where and spoke with a rep that said a refund would be 5-7 business days when I had waited until what was on my email. Not upset just confused once again by conflicting information with no answers, she just tries to transfer me to a supervisor doesnt mute her line and huffs about not this again. When I was patient and just trying to get answers since this whole transaction always seemed very sketchy. I dont think I will purchase from them again. I would like this to my first and only experience with this company.

Fellow Car Fans: My recent experience with Ecklers (Customer Service s Samatha) has caused me to quit using them regardless of being a loyal customer for 24 years. Specifically, I purchased a small insignificant $22.77 part for my 1966 Corvette and they sent it to the wrong street address. It took me 3 calls (wait time was very long) to even get someone on the phone. Unfortunately, the representative Samantha was, at best not very focused on customer service She wouldn t even resend the part and insisted we start over. When I asked her if she was willing to lose a long term Ecklers customer over $22, she replied affirmatively and didn t want to make the situation right. Over the last few years, Ecklers has lost it customer service culture. My family and I are done. I ll use Paragon and Top Flight going forward.

Even though they advertise a "low price guarantee".... Shipping costs are egregious. Purchase at JEGS or Summit when possible. Shipping was overpriced. Product was good.

Even with the new ownership Ecklers is the same old deal. They claim to have the parts, take your money, and after you call about where its at, its shipping the next day, a week later the next day, and when you demand to find out where its at, well they just don't have it. Beyond that, prices are in some cases 50% higher than printed in the catalog. Unfortunately they have a horrible management / leadership structure, if they were great they would not have these issues. My advice, if you do not have it say so!!!!!!! Don't let a client hang in the wind for weeks to ultimately find out they don't have it. Their customer service people deserve much credit picking up the phone knowing their company made the problem they can't resolve.

I ordered a battery tray from Ecklers April 4th, 2022. It was listed as IN STOCK. A few days later I received an email saying it was out of stock, when I called I was told it would be sent the early part of May 2022. When I did not receive it I called and was told mid may. Once again did not receive and was told mid June. Now they are saying Mid July. I called Dynacorn who makes it and they told me they have FIVE in stock in their PA website, and that Ecklers is not telling the truth about it being out of stock. Ecklers has had RUDE customer service reps who have no knowledge "attempt to take care" of this situation. Here I am still without a part. I will be listing this review on other websites as well so they cannot take it back down again. I WANT MY PART. Their response so far has been that it is shipping in mid July. I do not dispute that as every time they miss a deadline they just move it back more time.

Order 2 screws They emailed me saying they'd be there in 3 to 7 business days. 10 Business days later I call them back saying that they have not showed up. And they say oh yes they are out of stock. No email no phone call to let me know they're out of stock. I had to wait all that time to call them. This has happened before and I said I was not gonna use them and I decided to give him more chance. I would not recommend getting any parts from this company. Is their customer service is horrible.

Not sure what happened to Ecklers Corvette but it has went down hill fast. I ve ordered from them for years restoring my C3. Last year I ordered a new steering wheel and the wrong part was sent, so I returned it. No problem, human beings pick, pack and ship, sometimes issues occur. A few months ago, I received one of their marketing emails and decided to give it another shot and order again as it showed in stock. That was in October 2022. It s now December 2022 and I call customer service for the fifth time looking for an update on shipment only to be told the part has been discontinued. I m not even sure I d have been notified if I had not called. Ecklers wasted my time, showed no empathy and lost all my confidence. I have found that their competition is much more honest and responsive.

Went by there today on my way home since I knew they had what I needed in stock literally 2 small bags of bolts. Was informed when I got there they are only doing curbside pickup on orders placed at least 24 hours in advance. Their website doesn t say anything about curbside being the only option. They could have easily offered and pulled the part really quickly. Just goes to show the low ratings are warranted and they saved me any future trips up there. I ll gladly pay the shipping from somewhere else since they obviously don t need mine or any other locals business

Ordered a part at the beginning of November, with an anticipated ship date "of the last week of November." Today (12/2) I call and was told they are in the middle of a company turn-over, and auditing their warehouse, so no shipments will go out until maybe mid-December. This is extremely unprofessional, and borderline deceptive. Maybe the new company will have a better handle on customer service.

The site won t let me give less than one star, if I could I would give zero !!!I placed an order that their site said was in stock and that orders over $226 would get 20% off and gave the code to use at checkout. Didn t get the 20% off and then they charged $20 tax that we know they don t collect on out of state orders. As for my other, they can t give me a ship date and won t help canceling the order. Be careful who you deal with, this is my first order but can assure you that it s my last. They have no customer service !!!!

Make sure you call them before placing any order, the web page will show everything you can imagine in stock, not the case. I ordered 15 items, only 3 of them were in stock. I called them and place the order directly with a sales rep. and still the sales specialist failed to inform that most of the parts where in back order. To make matters worse, the sales specialist entered all the parts double and our card was charged double. Today I made my third call to customer service to cancel and get a reimbursement of the parts that are in back order. Will call again in 48 and up date the review accordingly.Update: 03/17/2022 After receiving a refund from Ecklers I decided to give it an additional opportunity to redeem themselves. I placed an order of seven items $630, all of them appeared as "in Stock" in the web page. Totally disappointed they only sent three items of seven, when I contacted them about the status they indicated the items were in back order. This people continue misleading clients. This is the last time I order from them.

On hold now for 25 minutes so far waiting to ask where half my order is. All Items ordered said they were in stock, but half the order shipped without the other half. They charged the credit card for the whole order. No response from customer service email after days....now 45 minutes on hold waiting for customer service. I'll just contest the whole credit card charge...they don't value customers because they aren't staffing to meet their customer need/spend.

Good selection of parts, prices aren't unreasonable, my issue is "customer service". Twice I've sit on hold for a total of over 90 mins, zero human response. Emailed "customer service" and got the automated response that someone would respond within 4 business days, really!!! Are you that busy, or do you need to hire more help?? Just got my order with 1 of 3 things I ordered inside!! Not happy with this company so far!!

This crooked, deceptive, fraudulent and dishonest auto parts company has mastered the fine art of deceiving their customers or should I say victims. Advertising items as being in stock that aren't, telling customers/victims that their order will be drop-shipped from manufacture never providing to the customer an estimated delivery date or tracking # when in fact weeks and months go by and the item never arrives. When the customer asks for the order to be canceled and a refund issued, customer service uses numerous bogus excuses as to why they cannot cancel an order or issue a refund. These people will steal your money. They are thieves, buyer beware !!!!

Do not use this company. They use to be a good company but are having issues now. I tried to pickup parts and they will not let you do so and if you place an order you have to wait two to three days for it to be available for pickup. If you have problems with your order you can't get a hold of customer service and if you place an order you have to wait hours on the phone to have the women to be rude to you. I have 7 classic cars and trucks and spend a lot on this hobby and this company will never get my money again. I suggest using npd, lmc, speedway or summit they are all good companies and will let you in the store to order parts and there is no hold times normally. They also will do return and pay for the shipping back.

This place might be great for the local buyers but I DO NOT recommend this place for non-residents, such as myself. Shipping fee was ridiculous and fluctuated from $30 to $80, I did end up purchasing from them because they were one of the only places that had what I needed. When we finally received our package, what we ordered was too small. I reached out via email and got 1 automated email and nothing after that.. I attempted to call a dozen times and failed to get through to someone.I finally figured out how to return it only to learn it would cost me over $100 to ship it back to them. Mind you I wouldn't get reimbursed for either shipping cost. No I am kind of out of options and forced to sell it on another platform .

When I first started buying parts 15 years ago it was easy & although I live in Australia & the shipping was pretty high you could expect your parts to turn up within a couple weeks no problems. Now it has become a nightmare trying to deal with an extremely inept customer service, who won't respond to emails & the long waiting periods for parts to turn up. An example is my latest order from nearly two weeks ago, it hasn't been processed yet & haven't had a reply from customer service about what's happening. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence & the owner isn't fixing it. I'm looking elsewhere for parts after this order eventually turns up.

Shockingly bad customer service. My wife placed an order over two weeks ago, paid by credit card and received an email confirmation of her order. Her account on the website still shows "no orders" having been made. We call, but nobody will answer the phone. We email and get an auto response that says they'll try to respond in FOUR DAYS. If they can't track and fill orders they should tell people so,. Save yourself the hassle. Take your business elsewhere. We still have no idea if they even intend to fill our order. I have never placed a negative review about a business in my life, until this one. That's how disgusted I am with this company.

We own a street rod shop and have bought from this vendor for years. However, their customer service is horrible! Has the owner/upper management ever called their own company to try to reach a person? I called four times today, on hold for over 30 minutes each call only to hear the repeated audio stating their outstanding customer service... not! I was calling yet again trying to get them to correct their incorrect catalog mailing info. I ve been trying to get corrected since April! Still incorrect. Selected catalog option from phone tree. After holding for 30 minutes guy said he couldn t help me, I had to call customer service... really? Called back twice for customer service and held over 30 minutes both times never to have anyone ever pick up! Called yet again and selected catalog again, on hold yet another 30 minutes and cancelled all catalogs. Horrible, horrible customer service! Don t think I d want to deal with this company if I had a more urgent need for help. Their customer service is down the tubes! We will be making our purchases elsewhere. Sorry to see this happen.

Wow, I have been a customer for years and swore by these folks. Over the past year things have really changed. I know COVID. Well you can blame it on what you want. Customer service is something of the past. On the past few orders I have been told "it is in stock," only to find out that the part is a drop ship and not in stock at all and was told it would be in to the vendor in a week or two after waiting 10 days. Eckler's, you have lost my business and based on the reviews others are going the same way. Your wait times on the phone are beyond unacceptable and sales folks that only care about placing an order is not what customers need. We want the old Eckler's that cared about each and every order and gave accurate information. I asked to be transferred to a manager today and my call was magically disconnected so I called back and this time I was told that there was no one available.Update: Kelly from the escalation team did reach out to me after this review and was quite pleasant and processed our refund/cancelled the order.

This Company is the worst I have ever used, waiting 4 months for a refund. Each time you call they tell you it has been mailed. I ve heard from others they may be going under. Pls don t take a chance ordering from them.. they tell you what you want to hear, can t get ahold of a manager or accounting department.
