Brent did a Great job fixing my son's rear fender. He is really easy to work with and gave a much better estimate than the three other places I talked to. He also got it in right away. The other places were booking out at least 45 days.

I brought my older truck to East Coast Body Shop for a windshield replacement and rust repair. Brent was very helpful in explaining everything. He had my truck in the shop that day after another company gave me the run around for a week. He worked with me on the pricing of the windshield to offset some of the cost for rust repair which is very rare these days. The work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. I also noticed a few extra steps they took that other companies likely would've ignored like repairing the drooping headliner around windshield and a couple other things. Overall Brent is a hard working, caring, honest guy with top notch crew to match. In the future I will return to east coast with any of my body shop needs!

I brought my insurance claim to Brent based on location and Google reviews. A man backed into my car while parked and caused some body damage to my drivers door. Brent helped me with diagnosing the damage and found it to be more severe then the claim covered, and he was able to drive personally and pick up a brand new door for replacement for me. He also helped me with the rental I was in, since the repair took much longer then we had both expected. Brent was sincere and explained all the steps of the repairs to me and had my car ready and perfect! I cannot express how thankful I am for Brents help in my repair and would definitely recommend his service shop to anyone. He is a great man who runs his business with amazing morals and care! Thanks Brent!

This marks my initial experience with this shop, and I must say, I am elated that I chose it. Brent went above and beyond to expedite the process, ensuring I was in and out as swiftly as possible. His efforts proved incredibly beneficial to me. Moreover, the quality of the work performed is impeccable, and to my surprise, he even took the initiative to touch up some minor areas without any prompting. Now my baby is perfect again. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse East Coast for their exceptional service.

We found ourselves in a situation where we had to have our windshield replaced and only had 2 days to get it done. Brent was very understanding and friendly and he made it happen. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the service and product delivered.If you need body work or glass work we highly recommend East Coast body and glass.

Brent's a super down to earth, helpful, honest guy. We had a front end collision, went to East Coast for a quote. He stopped what he was working on, took a look, and gave it to us straight: if it drives safely and legally, it's probably not worth investing in fixing. See photo.So Brent and his guy spent probably 30 minutes in the lot fixing the hood latch and giving pointers on what cosmetic fixes we could do ourselves. And wouldn't charge us for their time.He cared that we went home safe and gave solid advice and good service.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Brent and his team went above and beyond to help fix some rust and replace the windshield on my grandfathers truck. Brent was extremely communicative throughout the process and even picked me up himself and drove me to the shop when the truck was ready. This is what all car repair shops should strive to be. 11/10 would recommend.

Had a major crack in my hubby's front windshield. I was able to get an estimate from Brent and he was able to order a new windshield overnight and install it the next day in just a few hours. He even put in a better quality windshield as it was replaced before from previous owner. They did great and I appreciate such a speedy process. Thank yall!

We took our vehicle into the shop and received the best customer service ever. The workmanship was excellent. You would never know that our car has been repaired. We had some body work and painting done on our Mazda and East Coast did a fantastic job. Our cars body and paint were restored and repaired back to perfect condition. They worked directly with the insurance company and the process was stress free and easy for us and didn't cost us a single penny. Highly recommended. Thank you!

These folks went above and beyond to make sure our car was repaired. Being in an accident is stressful enough without adding trying to get your car fixed. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any business in my lifetime! Here's the story ... my step dad, Bill, was on his way down to Florida from NH and ran into a problem on Rte 95 north of Titusville. His windshield in his motor home was bowing inward enough that there was a gale force wind blowing into the coach! Now being 78 and having difficulty hearing due to a cochlear implant, it was going to be very difficult for Bill to deal with this problem so he called me and I called Good Sam on his behalf and after many many calls to shops all over the area Julia from Good Sam finally found one a few miles from the rest stop he was stranded at. NOTE: Good Sam was not obligated to help any further because glass is not something they cover and towing would have been unsafe, however, Julia persisted! She gave me Brent from East Coast Body Shop's info and I called and explained the situation. We both agreed that it was very likely that if Bill could take the next exit off the highway, that he could slowly, and safely take the back roads to the shop and Brent would diagnose and fix the problem. Brent took him in a half hour later, ordered new glass and also discovered some structural issues that caused the windshield to come loose. So, with Bill basically stranded with a cat and dog and knowing this was going to take several days to fix, Brent let him stay at his shop each night in his motor home (locked in the yard by a fence) until the problem was fixed 4 days later ... he was even bringing Bill breakfast in the mornings! Since Bill was now in a gated community (ha ha) he was quite happy and actually enjoyed the time he spent there while Brent and his crew fixed the rather complicated issue which involved welding and bolting in supports that had rusted away over the years causing the problem. So, now with all new glass and properly supported front cab, Bill made it to his destination with us for the next 3 months. I personally got a look at Brent's work and it was meticulous and better than what the original factory had done. Brent also dealt with the ins company for Bill and he also kept me in the loop calling me every few days with a detailed report! Unfortunately, this kind of service is very difficult to find these days, there just are not many people like Brent out there. We are so happy we found him, just an amazing experience!

The boss was very professional he made sure masks were on and my windshield was replaced in the promised and quoted time and amount. With a guarantee for the life time I owned the vehicle. Super nice people here.

When you have a car accident, it is traumatic! If you want a body shop that is trustworthy, quality workmanship and great customer service, this is your place. I was treated like part of the family. Our suv was broken into they smashed the back passenger door glass . they got the glass straightened out the window track installed new window even gave me a ride home and picked me up when done AWESOME SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLE
