Little lady that helped me one evening before closing on Washington Ave in Titusville was simply amazing!! Very professional and I must say I was impressed with her knowledge! Man I wish I could remember her name. That girl deserves a raise!!

I just want to shout out Jeff who gave me EXCELLENT customer service. I was having a really rough week and Jeff helped me with my car problems. He knew what he was talking about, he was just efficient with everything. So thank you Jeff for your patience and being kind. My daughter and I were in there to get oil,filters mew wipers for my ram 2500 also a few other items the store clerk told us to leave because my daughter had her pup on the lease with her he barked twice at a girl trying to play with him. We left went to advance auto was warmly welcomed and spent almost 400$ in merchandise thanks advance

I went here today and got an oil change kit for my Tundra that included a free air filter. The guy was very helpful and even installed my air cleaner for me for freeeeeee. What a nice guy.

Stopped by the Titusville / US1 location to purchase a 12v "Slime branded" air pump for my car .The price was reasonable and they had several versions and prices to choose from.The exceptional part was the Parts Manager going out of his way to to help me with my flat tire.I had recently been in hospital, and the task of changing the flat was beyond me, at the time.Bless you for your kindness and going way beyond an extra mile to help a tired old man in his hour of need.Deepest Regards,Tim

Just left Autozone and was helped by Jeff. My car battery was almost completely dead. Jeff was able to test it and replace it with a new one for me. He was so helpful and informative. I have been going to this Autozone location for years and it s always been great. Continue the great customer service you re doing Jeff. You are awesome!

Very rude cashier, wasn't helpful at all. Mentioned how the prices online were different than those listed in the store, cashier got an attitude with me, and claimed that they can't see the prices on the website from the store. Ended up being extremely overcharged for front brake pads and a caliper. Between being overcharged and the rude, unhelpful cashier, will NOT be going back and will be telling any friends or family to avoid this location.

AutoZone's are practically everywhere, but Titusville US1 is my fave. This time, I needed help finding a pretty uncommon item. Don't remember name, but newer young gentleman searched the whole store while I shopped for other stuff. Came to me with a grin and cheerfully said, "Found it!"

I can not tell you how happy I am with the service, with the information, and with the advice that I received today!I did not get everyones' names but from the greeting and assistance from the first gentleman who saw me walk in to Mr. Toney who finished up the assistance, to the other employees who were all friendly and smiling. The atmosphere was exactly what is needed to make customers loyal.

Staff is always knowledgeable and quick to help. They have multiple times help me diagnose issues I was having with my and friend's vehicles. Parts are reasonable and competitively priced, many in stock, and a great selection of accessories on the shelf. They'll even loan you tools to get you going if you need to do a quick fix in the parking lot!

Friendly, helpful and quick. Can't ask for much more than that!We've been having issues with our RV motorhome starting up. Joshua tested the battery, found a bad cell, searched the system for an appropriate replacement and he started installing the new battery while his colleague rang me up. In no time flat, we were back on the road again!

Extremely friendly I went in and I told him what was going on with my car they gave me this little machine so we have plug it into the car to find out why my check engine light was on and printed me out a picture the actual name of the part that I needed and all of 5 minutes best in and out now I know what else my car needs before I give it to my son

They checked my battery two days ago and they told me it was good... I was still having problems starting... I had to pay Chrysler to check it out for $59.00... The battery was bad and it was still under warranty with auto zone... Auto Zone checked it again and Now they see it's bad... It cost me an extra $59.00... Other than that they were very good.

They are one of the only places that sells Spray 9 cleaner. We SWEAR by it!! It removes the famous (or infamous) Florida Love bugs with ease...AND it kills 99.9% of germs & bacteria!! And it cuts grease...awesome cleaner.Oh, the guys that work there are nice too.

After purchasing a power steering pump from this place, not only did I need to return and replace(warranty) this part but I had to do this 3 times. Employees are friendly yet the manager is never available. The same can be said about the district manager. I've gone out of pocket over $400 in Mechanic fees. Never do business with them unless you have no need for your hard earned money. Never again!!!!

Went there to exchange a starter that the sold me which was the wrong one . They did me right 10% of and I got one with a lifetime warranty and I use my card which had 20.00 on it .been messing with this thing since Christmas. Refund was 177.00 paid 76.oo for the new one . The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is cause the caused this in the beginning of it all and took an extra 100.00 from me before Christmas. That I'm not happy about .

On edit...I finally had a chance to stop by there and explain the issue that I posted below.The manager refunded the total for the incorrect oil and gave me enough oil and a filter for an oil change. Because of the way he handled this situation, I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.I stand by my assertion that it should have never happened and was a fairly big inconvenience. See original post below...On March 7th my wife stopped at this store because it was convenient to purchase 3 qts of regular 30 weight motor oil, she even took in an old bottle with her. She didn't see what she needed on display but someone offered to help her. She showed him the bottle and he got her 3 bottles of 30W mineral oil and told her that it was the same as what she had, just a different brand.She put 1 qt into our vehicle because it was low and brought the rest home and put them in my workbench. Yesterday I happened to notice the odd bottles and asked her about them, when she explained, I changed the oil in that car and now am hoping that there was no permanent damage.It is understandable for an employee not to know something, but it it is inexcusable for them not to realize when they don't know something that they should find another employee that does.Giving a customer bad advice or the wrong product to use could at the very least be expensive, and in some cases dangerous.Not matter how convenient it is, we will never shop at an auto zone again.

Super place, great help, very informative. Did a free Engine diagnostic on my vehicle in less than 30 seconds from my showing up wearing a Napa (competitive store hat) and back in the store to let me know the results. Found out I needed a sensor replaced and he checked his stock, had the part I needed in stock for a great price. Sorry Napa these guys won ALL my future business. Oh and the test they did for free, shops in the area wanted from $60- $75 for. Highly recommended! Thanks guys you Rock, Kevin

Helpful employees, clean store. I was given a 91 van, i know very old. I went to auto zone to get a new battery and it was very easy. In and out. The employee walked me through everything and even installed the new battery for me. I trust auto zone for my car needs.
