Hickey was extremely helpful testing my battery. She even provided tools and degreaser to clean the connections. Then they provided degreaser to clean my hands, all with a smile!! Instead of just trying to sell me a battery, they helped me get to the root of the problem. That's why I always go to Autozone!! Excellent customer service! I am not even in my town!

I'm leaving this review for the gentleman Wade. He works at this location.he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you're not exactly sure what part you need he's the man to help you figure it out.

They were very helpful the the gentleman there amy professional very respectful he came out to the the tester on the car and then tested the battery and let us know that it was freed and also let us know that the throttle body was out of commission and she need a new one asap

Yesterday my wife stopped by to get her battery tested EVEN THOUGH WE KNEW it was the battery, they said "100% on the battery, alternator & starter" & talked her into a portable charger, wires, terminal protectors. Next day (today) dead battery, so I came back & returned everything... HOW IS IT THAT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT THE BATTERY "DIED" WHEN IT WAS ALL "100%" YESTERDAY? Then the chump says "I told her it was the battery" - this dump could be the only place in town & I wouldn't go back - on my way to O'Reilly! - the real game in town!

My day started with a dead battery leaving me helpless to get anything accomplished. After calling AutoZone to see if they had my battery in stock, I was able to make my way there and Richard went above and beyond to make sure the replacement was completed in my vehicle. I am very grateful for the kindness, support and care he took with my needs and will 100% come back to this location each time. Thank you so much Richard!

These guys were really really awesome the manager went the extra mile to make sure that I got the wipers that I needed and he called several people and took his time until he found what I needed and it wound up being at a Mercedes dealership. He truly does deserve the managerial position that he has.

Wasn't a very busy night although it's Friday. Walked into compare prices with Amazon and Harbor Freight. Got a lot of tools but a little pricey.

Kudos to Jeff, Parts Sales Manager, for going well out of his way to give me a hand when both tail lights went out. He spent nearly an hour making sure that they worked. Highly recommend Auto Zone Store 4909!

This morning I placed an order for pick up. After receiving the email that the order was ready, I drove to the store and went to the counter and waited for an employee to arrive....and waited ...and waited. One employee was on the phone the entire time and another was walking up and down the isles. After 10 minutes I walked out, came home and called AutoZone Customer Service and cancelled the order. The order was already paid for. All they had to do was give it to me. Some people just don't get it.

I came in with what I thought might be a failing battery. Jerry was very helpful. He tested my battery, and installed a new one for me since by this time my battery was dead and I would have been in a bad situation and everywhere else was closed. I will come back! Jerry is the best! Thank you so much!

Wonderful personell. They immediately helped me with new windshield wipers and put them on for me. As a single lady, this helped tremendously. I'll go back here for any further automotive needs.

Delicious! I had the surf and turf my steak was dry but the lobster sure did slap. My server Jeff was a great help knew all the menu ins and outs. 10/10 will return.

I needed 2 replacement batteries for my diesel pick-up as the current ones were getting a bit weak. Jeff, Parts Manager, looked up my last battery purchase up and found that I had $36 X 2 in pro-rated warranty credits and applied it to the new batteries. A pleasant surprise as I had lost my old receipt with the purchase date! And then Casey removed the old batteries and installed the new ones doing a great job with a smile and very pleasant personality. Much better than going to a big box store to save a few bucks while doing all the work yourself!!

My service was amazing. I was in a massive rush and I wasn't even being particularly nice but the gentleman at the counter that was working on May 6th at 4:20pm was amazing. I told him I needed to be out by 4:30 and I needed new wipers and needed them replaced. There were other customers and phones were ringing. He helped everyone, answered the phone, cashed me out, changed my wipers, AND wished me well at my appointment with plenty time to spare. By far some of the best service I've ever seen. Promote this man immediately.

Great as always! Loved my steak, shrimp, and scallop combo. Could have used more rice because fat boy has to eat! But again, always great, we love it here.

i came here looking for a simple idler pulley. i live over 4 hours away. found out my car has three different size and steve went way out of his way to make sure i had the right part. definitely need more employees like him. i would return just so he can attend me!

I was unsure what kind of AC compressor I needed for my car. The staff went above and beyond to call the Nissan dealership and basically twist their arm to get the part number to make sure I was buying the correct part I went back today to buy the part and they took care of me with a smile and gave me the same excellent service as the day before! You rock guys!!!!

I needed some EasyID fuses. These things are great. They light up when blown. I left two packs at home by accident and I was on the road, so I was looking for an AutoZone, where I've picked them up before..They had several multipacks in stock and the associate was able to locate the parts quickly.

I was in there today and the lady helping me didn't know her rear from a hole in the ground when it comes to parts. But with that being said, she was very friendly and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I got the right parts. Great customer service goes a long ways. Thank you!!

I bought a battery gor my motorcycle and started having trouble with it they gave me every excuse so they didnt have to give me a new battery to replace the one i bought ..it finally totally died 1 month after my warrenty and now i have to buy one i feel like i got ripped off and after all that ..the dude at the counter told me i should have brought it in before the warrenty was over ..lol what a joke

Simply not a fan. I went in for wipers for my Tundra and it seemed as though I was bothering them. And not that I needed them to put them on they didn't even ask. I will just go to the other 3 parts stores in the area.

I quickly found exactly what I was looking for, and at an excellent price. On top of that, in an attempt to save me more money, the cashier tried to find out if it was on sale. I was immensely satisfied with everything; the process, service, and speed. Anytime I need anything auto related I will be coming to this store.

Yesterday I had to get new windshield wipers, so we went to Autozone at 1870 Cheney Highway. I am hearing impaired, and didnt have my hearing aids in, so when I told the gentleman who helped me, he stepped back, and removed the side of his mask. Then he spoke up and I was also able to read his lips. After that he put his mask right on. This man's name is Steve B. I bought 3 wiper blades and washer fluid, and then Steve came out to the car to put them on for me. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and it was blatantly obvious to me that Steve B is a people person who loves his job. We chatted for a few more moments before I went on my way. Steve B is an asset to Autozone. He knows how to treat people. The fact he was able to immediately know what to do to make it easier for me to understand him is admirable. Steve B made my exerience with Autozone one to remember.
