Found the car I was looking for online. Emailed dealership and he responded within an hour. Answered all my questions about the Toyota Prius to the best of his knowledge. We drove down to take it on a test drive and left with the car. The whole experience was fast and friendly. He has a nice selection of cars. No hidden fees.*****UPDATE*****On 8/2/2019 I had to purchase a new hybrid battery. 39 days and less than 350 miles after I bought this Prius from quality car dealer I spent $3,914.07. I could have bought a newer one cheaper.

A great place to buy a used car. Car payment was made easy. Owner is down to earth and easy to work with. Taxes, Title, and License plate was taken care of on site. Definitely would refer anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. All for a fair price.

Went to look at a car that looked great in the pictures. Showed up to see what could've been a completely different car. Incredibly misleading. Owner has no idea about his inventory and what it is capable of constantly suggesting items that did not meet my needs. Additionally he was more than happy to offer misleading prices for "fixes" of any concern raised. I'd love to see where he can get sandblasting for the rust covered piece of garbage he showed for "crazy cheap". Inventory looked like garbage, water leaking in cars and he refused to acknowledge it. Do not come here under any circumstances, you're better off walking than buying a car from him. He constantly mocked me for trying to Google tow capacity, which is the whole reason I need a vehicle, when he couldn't tell me a thing about the tow capacity. All he kept saying was he had "heavy trucks" and that they "have a rear diff" so they must be good at towing.

Really expensive used cars, no warranty, bigger down payments than other nearby dealers, and 1 incompetent salesman to tell you wrong information about cars. Hybrids dont get 60 mpg silly, yes I have one myself.

Sam was a fantastic help throughout the entire process of helping me find a car, he was very honest and upfront about the quality of his vehicles. He takes into consideration the characteristics and attributes that you are looking for in a car and does not implement a hard sale approach. Overall, I had a great experience and would be willing to purchase more cars from him in the future. Such a great dealer!

Sam was GREAT! From the ad we saw, to our conversations over the phone, everything he said about the car's condition and purchase price was 100% accurate making it well worth the 1.5 hour drive. When we met Sam, he was polite and professional allowing us to thoroughly inspect the car. We are very happy with the vehicle and give our best recommendation.

Sam is a very nice and honest man. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from him and it is still driving smoothly with no issues. He is helpful in answering questions and is honest about the faults with any car. Would recommend buying another car from him, maybe in a few years when the hubby needs an upgrade.

The owner Sam is a very honest and helpful man. The car was exactly as it was advertised. I am new to this country and finding a good dealer was hard for me, but Mr Sam is a trustworthy person. I got a fantastic deal, the car is really good. He helped me in getting tag and other documents as well, and he did that well in time. I lost my temporary tag and asked him to get me a new one, he insisted me to wait for a day and not to spend money on another temp tag, he went out of the way to personally visit the DMV to get me the permanent tag faster and the next day I had the permanent tag. He gives time to his customer and try to answer as many question they have. Very nice man and very appropriate approach to run the business. He honestly told me what needed to be serviced in the car. The price was non negotiable but he already sells cars at a very reasonable price.

I had a good opportunity last week with my niece. We went to Sam in his quality car shop, we bought a Nissan Altima with ultimate fair price. Impressed with the straightforward approach of this business. The car was exactly as advertised. The owner, Sam, was honest and helpful with the condition of the car and the process.The price was appropriate and reasonable, although not negotiable.He even extended a couple of courtesies that a typical business would not.Check out the inventory and then go there with confidence.

Bought a used Hyundai sonata. He sells well under blue book. Just be aware a lot of cars have been repainted, but he is up front about that. Would be 5 stars but he raised the price of tires he said he would sell me that the car needed and said they are not available. Not a deal breaker just disappointed.

I was so frustrated shopping for a car when I saw a car advertised on craigslist and made the drive to this dealer where I met Sam. The car was as it was advertised and actually more! Low mileage and in amazing condition for the age. I thought pwrhaps Sam should have been asking even more for the car. Sam was upfront and honest and the deal proved to be easy and convenient. 4 weeks later I am still so pleased with the vehicle. I highly reccomend anyone see Sam in Thonotasassa. Its worth the drive.

Sam sold a nissan murano to me that the sub frame was totally rutted with rust. From front to back. He told me the car only needs a $10 sensor. Turns out this suv has more problems then I can name. This car has been sitting longer then it's been on the road. He is not to be trusted.

Im updating this review that was 5 stars so the owner would stop calling and harassing me but enough is enough. I purchased a vw passat from them about a year ago for 6k. it has not gone a month with out having to have 400-1000 put into repairs. multiple mechanics have told me it was worth less than half what they charged absolute scam.

Test drove a 2008 jeep patriot and it died on us on the side of the road. The code reader came back with several issues including transmission issues. Samy was nice enough to pick us up off the side of the road, but after all the issues I decided not to buy from this lot.

I really had good experiences with this dealership am out of state and i bought a vehicle from them with out seen it and they told me every little detail about vehicle and they even helped me with shipping . I would recommend them to anyone .
