Placed an online order and the item ended up being out of stock. They were in touch with me and sourced the part from another location. it was still ready for pickup within a couple hours. They went above and beyond instead of just telling me it's not available and canceling the order. Thank you!

Stopped in to get an A/C recharge kit for my vehicle, Serena helped me find the right kit I needed and even gave me the steps on how to install. She even came outside and helped me. That kinda of customer service is lost these days, Thank you Serena for all your help!!

My husbands batteries need to be replaced in his Dodge 2500 Cummins. Jay provided wonderful customer service and helped him replace the batteries even though it was towards the end of his shift! we will definitely be back!

I had a problem with my starter that was purchased and I was going to buy a new one, but I was advised that I had a lifetime warranty I knew nothing about. Thank you, Dylan, for helping figure all that stuff out. Dylan helped me and was very patient with me asking questions.

I needed a specific, electrical component for my vehicle. I called and Ron was able to help me locate the exact part that I needed. He went above and beyond to assist me and still managed to help other customers, with a positive attitude. It really impressed me and now I am a loyal customer.

I do a lot of automotive side jobs and I have gotten parts from this store multiple times and have always been happy with the service and great people working at this store. Richard and Ron have helped me get in and out with the correct items I needed. but all of the employees have been polite and helpful.

Great place to stop in when looking for anything car related. If you shop online, they always have excellent coupons. Unfortunately, if you need anything specialized or outside of the normal maintenance related posts, they probably aren't going to have it in stock. Still my go to in Zephyrhills.

The girl manager does not no anything about car they lost my business tonight I was broke down on the side of the road and sent my gf to there to get a part and she did not ever no what a caliber is I what if the qualifications for be a manager the 3 grade I me if you are going to work in a auto parts store at least know what parts you have I will not go back

All we wanted was windshield bug remover, 3 people in line, 1guy helping someone, so a trainee took the other register..definitely needs more training cut she didn't know what to do. Needless to say we left with no purchase! And the other guy behind us still waiting as well!

Great experience from the manager. The lady that works there said " do not get mad at me but i have an appointment in 15 mins. Someone else will take care of you" went there for simple battery check. Should was outside have them check her own car for over 30 mins. The manager was able to help and i left before her. Lazy bi*ch.

We bought a car nearby and ended up broken down in the Advanced parking lot the staff did everything to help including supercharging our battery nad the manager even tried to jump our car with his own car. After about three hors we finally figured out the issue and they were able to direct us to a nearby Advanced that had what we needed. Absolutely wonderful staff. Thanks again

Nicole was extremely helpful getting the oil I needed for my car! Normally I have my fianc� buy oil for me after being creeped on heavily by one of the male employees, but I was in a hurry on my way home today. Thank you Nicole for going out of your way to get the oil that I needed.

Put my Visa card on freeze until I fax a receipt to my bank. The manager wouldn't take calls from there own assistant manager. When I went back for help with problem they caused me!!! Use cash only there if you must go there
