Tried to have my fleet van looked at on a Monday around 1130 am, the front office rep told me they can check it out on Wednesday, seriously???? A day and half later just to look at it?? No thanksDrove it to PeppBoys brandon ( my to go Shop) and it's being serviced as iam writing this review, definitely not recommending Firestone to anybody.

This place doesn't deserve a full star. Dropped my car off for an ac evaluation. 24 hours later they still hadn't looked at the car. They tried to convince us to leave it another day so we wouldn't have to start all over on the wait time. My husband picked up the car, drove 1/2 mile, got the evaluation and the ac will be fixed by the end of the day. Sorry I wasted so much time with this place!

Walter was awesome to work with. Took notes of my concerns and was very upfront about costs and time line of the repairs. Will be using them as my main shop from here on out.

Thank you for all the team at TWA Firestone does for me.We have been working together on the upkeep of my car for about 2 years now. TWA Firestone goes out of their way to not only meet, but exceed expectations. Every repair was done in a timely manner, and priced very fairly. TWA Firestone are the only people I let touch my car. Finding a fair, competent mechanic can be challenging. However, I found that here at TWA Firestone.

Very unhappy with the manner in which I was treated and the service I received when I took my car in for routine service on October 16,2021. Got there at 0725 , then sat and waited for 2 hrs before I was given an estimate. Spent the rest of the day waiting for Dave to make the necessary repairs( which only took him about 90 minutes, once he finally decided to work on my car; he left it for last. I was the very last customer leave at closing. I complained about the long wait more than once, but was told that they had work from the previous day to finish, ( untruthful, because I literally watched customers who came after me, got their cars fixed and left much earlier). The price was not reasonable. I could have gotten the job done cheaper somewhere else, and I'm surethey would have done a better job. Dave didn't even checked to see if the car needed windshield wiper fluid as part of the service( it took me a few days before I realized that it was empty). Furthermore, I would never go back to a place that treated me in such a disrespectful manner. They demonstrated a total lack of consideration and utter disregard for my time. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was heading to Busch Gardens from Sarasota 2/24/22. When I exited I-75 at Fowler my car started acting up. The engine was skipping and I lost full power. Being a Firestone customer in Sarasota for years I searched for the closest Firestone. I left my car for the day so they could diagnose the issue. They were able to get the parts needed to fix the car and to squeeze me in their busy schedule that day. The crew was great and I was able to drive my car home that night. This auto shop has given me great service since I relocated here in 2016 when I retired. They are fair, honest and will work with you to give you the best price and service for your vehicle. The dealer for my Chrysler 200C charged me a very high price for some maintenance needed on my car and Alan did the same work for a very reasonable price that I was able to afford! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I have been taking my cars there for years when Alan was the owner and the service has always been great and the price fair. And today I feel the same way, I just had my car serviced a week ago and I am still receiving great customer service and fair pricing. Thank you TWA.

Fair deal and good service. Professional and gave me a reasonable price on some big 16" tires for my old truck. I had checked the cost of these tires on the internet and they gave me what I am sure is the best deal they could, understanding that I was driving an old truck and didn't have money to blow. I will be back. Good jobs guys.

Lier, intolerant and unprofessional. I was looking for an oil change and alignment. But when request bill to my car maintenance insurance, he lied to me that I have to pay upfront and then filled claim to my maintenance insurance. Lie in front of me, and when I contacted my insurance in that particular moment, he just bothered and gave my keys back saying they don't work like that. Never come back there again.

I arrived with two flats and forgot to call my insurance company for approval to get them fixed or replaced. After getting home I called Easy Care and told I needed the tires and to have them looked at by someone. I got hold of the guys at Firestone who held them till I was able to come get them. When the time came Firestone bent over backwards to assist me in getting reimbursed for the repairs and replacement. I can't tell you how fantastic they were in helping me in my time of need.

Dropped in this morning because my tire light was on. They filled my tires right up with nitrogen and even sent me off with new green caps. They were super friendly. I think I'm going to give them a try for a full service. I hear nice thing about them from neighbors!

I have been taking my car here for three years. It was recommended by a friend. I never felt like they tried to push unnecessary services/repairs. Great customer service.

My daughter went there to get a flat tire fixed. They said they didn t have any tires in the whole store. Amazing, they re a tire store, it s what they do. Also tried to convince her she needed an oil change when she just got one recently. Finally when it came time to pay there was an extra ten dollars on the bill with no explanation. The man seemed dumbfounded that he was called out and adjusted the price. Bunch of lazy scammers. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We've been using Alan at TWA Firestone for 4 years (and will continue), because we have found him very honest and trustworthy. And our 1996 Honda Odyssey is still running great! Thanks for all you do for us!

Great customer service!! After calling 50 places for a tire, I spoke with Alan at TWA firestone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeble. Communication is such a rare and vital asset and this place definitely has it. He followed up with me quickly to let me know they got my tire in. The whole process was smooth and easy. He even did a follow up to make sure everything was going well with it. That is certainly a unique and rare find these days. I will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation!! Great job, thank you Alan and the firestone staff.

Repeated outrageously bad service. The communication within the shop is totally nonexistent.I dropped my Ford off in their lot two days before Christmas and told them "I'll be right back in my rental car to pick up the presents that are in my car so don't move it yet." I came right back in the rental car and my car with the presents in it was locked inside until the 27th. I had to give people their gifts late that year.I was foolish enough to come back several months later, dropped the car off before going to work and said "I need my brakes fixed". I even got an estimate. I came back after work and NOTHING was done. "We weren't sure what you wanted so we tried to call you," they said.Needless to say, I will never be going back there. Unless you write your wishes down and distribute copies to everyone in the garage, don't expect anything to be done properly.

The crew at TWA Firestone truly focuses on customer service. I had both of my cars serviced there this past weekend, both my wife and I had scheduled commitments later that morning. We arrive at the shop by 7:30 and Alan, was not only able to complete both cars in a timely manner, but got us back on the road with plenty of time to spare.

I have done business with TWA Firestone For over 20 years. They have done all types of repairs on my vehicles not only just tires but brakes. air-conditioning and other repairs. They do quality work at a fair price. But the best thing about TWA Firestone is that they re honest.

I have relied on their service for many years. Reasonable cost, reliable work, helped me with discounts, sales and specials. Wish they had a loaner service for all day fixes but a rental place is close by. Thanks to Allen, Dave and Walter for doing great work!

Terrible place and the guy who sits at the front desk is very rude! I haven't had a car issue in a while. Took my car here for a regular oil change and literally two days later started having power deficits that I NEVER had before! Come to find out they overfilled my motor oil--i had to go to someone to drain it. Also, today I found out that my transmission has way too much oil in it which they also over filled during the repair of my CV axile in back in October. They do not treat cars with respect!!!!!

I bought new tires here. Though the tire pressure indicator in my car seems to be defective, and I stop by often to have the tire pressure checked, they are always helpful and great to deal with. The store is just slightly difficult to access, but with pre-planning it can be done. I only wish they made appointments.

Competent, competitive pricing, and they take pride in their work.I've been going to this shop for several years now, and they have always done a solid job. Within the past 6 months I had two major repairs.First I had to have a recall part replaced at a dealership who then stated I needed another repair to the tune of $425. Firestone did it for $275.Second, I had to have a timing belt replaced, during which they found a crack in the oil pump. Because I have used them on a consistent basis, and was already spending $1,000 on repairs, they offered to replace the pump (parts and labor) for free, because it was a known design flaw and they had worked on a previous oil leak that may have been related.I won't say how much it would have been, but they did me a huge favor, and I greatly appreciate the work.

They perfom good work here but their service advisors do not know a lot. They didn t even know what a tire rotation was and they were confused why I wanted to do one on my girlfriend s car. It s just disappointing that you need to tell them how to fix your car. They also tried to sell us stuff we didn t need when we got our service done.

Low tire pressure lights came on and I went there for help. Very friendly staff checked my pressure and added air! Thank you! When I have auto repair needs I will go here. If they treat paying customers as well as random people wanting free air, they are good guys.

I went in because a very peculiar smell started to happen inside my car. The team here all went to work and put their heads together to try to figure out the source of that smell which was sulfur like. They went so far as to have multiple mechanics work on my car to try to find the source. They did additional research and finally found out that the source was a gasoline that I had put in my car from a gas station and I had never visited before. At the end of the day the smell is going away with me adding gas from a familiar gas station back into my tank and that team didn't charge me anything for the efforts. They are a very good and honest group.

I went to get an oil change Saturday morning they told me to leave my car key and call me when it s done.. and the place called me 9mins before they close at 4:51 to get my car and it s a 30min walk from my house and I didn t get their voicemail till 5:10 when they close at 5, now I already paid before I left and their was no mentioning of leaving my car key somewhere I could get outside of the building or even a manager or person to call after hours. Now I have to wait till Monday at 7:30..
