Go to wash my car today and can t believe what I am seeing. I got two tires two days ago and when I go to wash my car I find a large amount of damage to my wheels. Not only that two caps missing and extremely hard to get out grease spots everywhere. I know this was caused by the mechanic because they are the only ones to touch those wheels after I bought the car and I have washed my car a lot and have never seen any damage. This is next level bad and cant put into words how mad I am. Do not! And I repeat, do not go here for any work! I will be pursuing this as far as I have to.

I visited Tire Choice Auto Service Centers this morning with a flat tire, hoping to get it patched. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon inspection, the staff informed me that the nail was too deep to be patched and that the tire needed to be replaced. They quoted me a hefty price of $160 for a replacement tire, which was simply out of my budget as a single mom with kids.Feeling disheartened, I decided to seek a second opinion and went to another location. To my surprise, I was informed that the tire could indeed be patched, and they promptly took care of it for me. This stark contrast between the assessments was frustrating and led me to believe that Tire Choice Auto Service Centers might not have my best interests at heart.Overall, my experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers was disappointing. It felt like they were more focused on upselling me on a new tire rather than providing an honest assessment of the situation. As a result, I left feeling skeptical and dissatisfied. I would caution others to be wary when seeking service at this establishment, as it seems they may prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

My vehicle displayed several warning indicators lights on the dashboard. The mechanic at Tire Choice informed me that the dashboard was thoroughly cleaned and a diagnostic test did not find any issues with my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle several days ago and the indicator lights have not returned. I am pleased that the problem was addressed and wasn t costly. Honestly is becoming hard to find these days.

I don t understand how the head of a mechanic shop cannot drive manual. Manager of the temple terrace location stalled my car 4 times when trying to get it onto the lift after ensuring to me that he was able to drive stick for a regular oil change . Would ve much preferred honesty instead of a grinded out clutch.

Friendly service at an affordable rate. I came in for an oil change. The lobby is cool, clean, and spacious. They leave the remote for you to choose what you'd like to watch on tv! I will definitely come back again.

Got 2 new tires of my own installed and afterwards my car my car is now making some kind of scrubbing sound anytime I turn. Went back and spoke with the Assistant manager Jarrett and he told me to bring it in the next day for a free diagnostic due to this being a non-issue prior to the service. Made an appointment and brought it in and the man I spoke with who said he was the store manager said yeah I don't know why he told you that because we can't do that. Long story short they did a service which caused an issue and was unwilling to follow up with what had been promised as far as resolving it. Steer clear folks.

Just got a corvette and the battery went out, I called and they saved the day! This battery is hard to change and get to. Mark and his staff were both very friendly and helpful with quick service and a great price! I ll go here if I m ever in Tampa again.

So I sent my lady there whom is 24 years old with a 2015 Cadillac ATS let me advise future customers of how this place is ripping you off 1st they charge double the price for whatever your dealership charges for parts 2nd they charge $165 / hour to work on your vehicle which is $65 higher / hr then the dealer take your vehicle to the dealership , Tuffys , or Firestone

I got a two bad tires on a Saturday and was worried about the turn around time at other places. I came across Tire Choice at the Temple Terrace location and I was able to drop it off that Saturday. My car was fixed by Monday, and it was in great shape! One plus is that they are open on Sunday s!!! And Mark and Alex are so so nice. definitely recommend this place!

Robert Is by far the most honest and hard working person I ve ever met when it comes to anything to do with my car. He was fast and reliable and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family. Will be going back when I need more done.

Tire choice auto service will undeniably take care of your auto repair needs. Tire service is their Forte, but they can definitely handle other types of mechanical issues that you run into. I had services provided to my 2016 Cadillac escalade on 5/04/23 and was extremely impressed as well satisfied with the results ! Shout out to Robert and the guys for getting me back on the road safely .

Brought my van in for tire change and tire rotation the job was completed in 1 hour and they called me to tell me I needed new brake pads on my vehicle with 33,000 miles. I doubted this and declined the service. When I picked up my van I noticed the tires had not been rotated as expected. I had taken a photo of tires and they had not been changed. So I wonder how they could tell me I needed brake pads when they had never removed any of the tires. Be careful of recommended services they call you and tell you you need. There were also black grease stains on my car floor mat .

Randy and his team were so great! It's rare to have good experiences with auto shops, but they were definitely top notch. I'm glad I heard about them and decided to try it out. They fixed my brake issues quickly and with fair pricing. Super honest and up front which I appreciate! They're my go-to shop now.

I Want to give a BIG shout out to Mark and Alex for getting my tires on today. It took all day due to outside issues that couldn't be helped (no fault of tire choice), but Mark and Alex made it happen. Mark was determined to get those tires on for me, even when I was ready to call it a day. He came up with multiple solutions to make it happen. And Alex got those old tires off and new ones on in a speedy and efficient manner. Today has given me a new belief that there are still people out there that believe in helping people out and having excellent customer service skills. A skill that I had thought was lost. Thank You Mark and Alex. You both were my hero's today!

Randy and the staff were very courteous and professional. The mechanic who worked on my van was very thorough and efficient. Got my van back the same day and the problem was gone like it never happened. This will be the only place I take my family and work vehicles to for now on. Great job !!!

I had a great experience here today getting all 4 tires changed with the manager jean, he made sure to work out a deal that was comfortable for me! I usually never leave google reviews but I did my first one also this morning with another tire shop and it was a night and day difference between the 2 stores Literally the worst experience ever compared to this shop lol, and also not to forget even the tech nations here were awesome, I had broken glove department and they put it back with out me even asking! And my front splitter had a piece hanging off which would hit the road while I drive and they were really kind to help take that off for me and for my own safety. If anyone sees the one review I put before this I promise I m really nice and humble guy, but the other store was just absolutely terrible. Thank you again!

I had a tire leaking issue that Sam's Club failed to address even though I have a warranty with them.Tire Choice not only confirmed there was an issue with a screw in my tire, but they also fixed it at no charge!Wonderful customer service!Very trustworthy experience.

Please be careful going here. Went to get ONE tire replaced since it kept going flat and by the the very next day I ended up needing ALL of them replaced. There was nothing wrong with my other 3 tires and it s clear they were tampered with after my service here ! Greedy and unethical!!!!!!

My girlfriend unfortunately had a flat tire and needed a patch. We went to 3 places and 2 of them were "too busy" and the other one was just closed all together (this was yesterday, Sunday morning, around 10am). I called these guys and the gentlemen said it would take about 1hr, but they could do it. We show up and they had the tire fixed and installed and the spare put away neatly in about 30 minutes or less. I was surprised how super fast they did it. Never have I seen it done so fast in any place I have ever gone. It felt like they had done this hundreds of times and were like... "oh yeah... we got this... piece of cake... Let me just take a nap while I do this...". And they were respectful and friendly to boot.While I was waiting for them to ring up my bill they attended 2 other customers and they were very straight forward and honest about whatever repairs/work they needed. They seem very straight up and no BS type of place. I both like and respect that!

I have been visiting this place from last 2 years and I got my alternator replaced like an year ago here and like 2 days back I got my car towed cause it wasn't turning on. They told me that my alternator went bad again which I got it changed like an year ago. They told they will fix it with no price for the part cause I got it here last time but in the end they charged me around $ 280 for labour. I am pretty sure a alternator should last more than an year for sure.
