The store is clean and well lit. The inventory levels are just right because they always have a products and parts we need. Terry is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; always has a good recommendation and advice. Zach is also very helpful.

Hello again , l decided to do a little pm on my vehicle for the summer coming , stopped by o Reilly to p/u a cabin filter was met by the manager he was very friendly and professional , definitely recommend. Thank you!!!

A great place to shop when you need something for your valued family member on all four wheels. I care for my car aka family member and this location never seems to disappoint. Especially mr.terry he helped me well enough to give me a great customer service representation of the company need more please like him.

Best auto-parts store in the greater Temple Terrace area. I've been to all the others and the best people and service is here. It's either my first stop or my last stop when searching for something specific, but usually both!

I needed new wiper blades. I walked in the store and was greeted by Joel. He asked if I needed any assistance. I told him what I needed, and he asked what budget I was working with. I told him and he found what I needed, did the installation, and I was out 10 minutes. Very happy with Joel and his professionalism! Thank you very much!

So I had a bearing explode on my boat trailer, I brought the entire hub to oreillys and got the best service ever. Joe, Joel, mark, and Mike got me all the tools I need, was able to get a rounded off lug nut off for me and was a great help, by far the best experience I ve had at any auto parts store. Thanks guys.

Really friendly and accommodating staff, good selection of products for most common vehicles, and most other parts can be special ordered. The only issue I have is that their automated system for searching for the right part for your vehicle, can really be a hit or miss.

Went in for a wiper blade and didn t know the trick on changing it so I asked the associate if he knew and he came outside and tried to change the wiper blade but unfortunately it broke and he told me he would go and get a new arm at the dealer and to meet him back there in a couple hours. He got the new arm and everything is all good now!

They have signs that state customers must wear a mask; however, I have been there twice and the employees refuse to wear masks. The first time the manager stopped me in the parking lot, and told me everyone who worked there would be wearing a mask next time I came back. I thanked him and said I would return. My next time back, the guy at the counter has no mask. Hopeless.

I got the wrong light bulb for my carI didn't have my receipt,they couldn't find it in there system so I brought the correct bulbAnd 10 minutes later they called to say they it I was able to get a my refund back the manager and her helper was very nice
