Chose this location to have my tire put on after getting flat. I used Tire Rack who shipped my tire to them. Scott answered the phone both times I called and was very kind and helpful with how the process worked and with setting up an appointment. At my appointment, Kenya was very sweet and helpful with getting my tire replaced. Was a great experience at that location. Thank you!

Be aware I brought my car to these people ONLY for an oil change and they called themselves inspecting my vehicle for anything else that needed fixing. I never gave them permission to do so and they never asked! After doing so I got in my car and turned my AC on and it was making loud knocking noises. So I called and let them know and they said they took the filter out to check it and put it back. I never told them to fiddle with my vehicle. I paid for 1 service. So anyways they didn t take responsibility and my AC was never the same. Make sure you tell them that they do not have permission to inspect your vehicle!

I am very happy with friendly manner of assistant manager, Kenya!Jim who was the other gentlemen listened my issue of my car and was trying his best to get my car done with best option he could give.Thumbs up for the whole team!My always favourite place for car service!

Scott and Kenya are great assistance, great at explaining/communicating, and very friendly and joyful. The place is run in a honest and customer-friendly way. I know because they once offered a fix for my car for free (loose bolt on the muffler), and I ve been coming back for years now. In fact, the other Midas locations in Tampa can t compare to this one, so I drove up here for servicing even when we lived downtown. Thanks Midas, you are the real ones.

This place is a complete scam I went in to get my radiator changed get home a d my car over heating still goes back now I need a radiator hose which should have been checked if you're changing the radiator right? Go back and Kenya quotes me at 800 dollars I tell her that it's not fair to me to have to pay that much after paying 1100 for a radiator fix that was pretty much never fixed I get ready to leave she co.es out and says she can do it for 499.99(funny how prices can change being crimmy) thats has low as she can go because she don't know how long it will take him and that I needed 2 different hoses and she could help cover one (to help me) I leave me car being told the part would be there tmmr morning now one ever called the next day I had to call and when I called they said ford dealership had a power out and they couldn't get the part then I go up there and they said everything was on backorder because he didn't know what someone else said meanwhile my boyfriend stay near Ford and no power was ever out so my gut said go get your car from them shady ppl and get another quote from somewhere else they told me they broke it so I'd come back at the other place and that I needed one hose that has 2 parts and it was fixed in one hour and was quoted at 200 Midas on Fowler is a scam DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

The customer service has been noticeably immaculate from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and while waiting I noticed how professional and efficient the manager was. Very busy gentleman - but handled it all with extreme professional finesse. Will be returning for any vehicle needs.

Called to ask about muffle noise my car was making. Austen said bring it on in we're slow right now. They immediately took my car in, and showed me where the problem was. Everything was taken care of and now my car is quiet!! Thank you to the Midas team in Temple Terrace. I highly recomend!!UPDATE: 1/17/24My battery died in the intersection near Midas in Temple Terrace. I was reaching a recording trying to call my insurance road service. They said they were busy and that if it wasn't a car wreck to call 911. REALLY??? So, I had used Midas one other time with a great expierence and decided to try them. They were quick to come and give me a jump start. Drove to their shop and was back on the road within 15 minutes. What GREAT service!This shop and Austin in particular are very customer orientated!

Took my car in for overheating, told me it was my radiator cost me $1200, picked up my car and then my a/c was making noise and not blowing out cold air. Called them took my car back and they then tell me that they had to take drain my Freon out of the a/c which was part of the job, they never replaced my freon told me that their machine was broke inhave been driving without Air for 2 weeks no phone call to take care of the issue Scott was being nasty when i said i was upset about the situation he told me "thats what he gets for being nice and doing me a favor" he also said he will not pay anyone else to fix the issue . My a/c was just fine before i had the job done on the radiator . Inthink i need to get my lawyer involved.

Came here to have my tires checked as the tread looked worn on a few of them. I previously went to the Midas in Palm Bay, so I wanted to go to another Midas. The assistant manager Kenya, was who helped me, and not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but also was extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated since I don t know much about cars and maintenance. She helped me get my tires changed and even went above and beyond to fix a separate issue with my door without me even asking, because she noticed it when pullling my car up. I will be coming here for every future car repair/maintenance I have.

didnt end up buying anything but the staff still where really helpful with my tire sidewall being ripped and Gave me enough air to make it to a shop that had my tire in stock. wonderful employees!

Got service here a few years ago drove hundreds of miles to get my repairs done here instead of in Tallahassee. This place has the best service and staff fast efficient and fair feels good to be from out of town and know there's a trusted place for me to take my vehicle issues. I'd give more stars if I could.

I have never used Midas before, service was Great, Assistant Mgr. Kenya went out of way to find me discounts and both she and Scott were very Friendly. Midas on Fowler Ave. In Tampa Florida will be the place for Service and or Repairs if needed!!

Not sure what s wrong with these people but I guess nobody will understand how I or my fianc� felt as my car stopped in the middle of Fowler with me and my unborn child or idk maybe I m just emotional or maybe I m just upset I was stranded after paying for safety. When I called this morning I expected a heartfelt apology or maybe some acknowledgment and accountability for the fact they left the ceiling light on while doing work instead shifted the blame and offered to check & fix battery how did that help me last night being stranded I understand I held everyone up from going home last night & I guess thats a good reason to do what they did the thing is a lot of people live on a physical plane & me & my family however do not. We don t do things like this on a spiritual or physical plane & somehow people do not fear a God here. But they should fear Gods. Have mercy on all of you.

We were passing through Tampa while traveling back to Georgia and we ended up with a flat tire. Juan Morantes had us fixed up and on the road in around 30 minutes. The gentleman at the desk was so kind! He brought us some waters and made uplifting conversation during our mildly stressful situation. Great mechanics, great service! they replaced 2 catalytic converters for less than half the price of a dealer. And changed transmission and engine oils. Scott was great, fast service, great prices. I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

The staff here are exceptional. My car was not repairable, and they went above and beyond assisting me with the salvage process. Definitely not part of their job, and they helped anyway. Scott is the greatest. O, and they did the brakes on the old car awhile back. I trust them to tell me the truth, and I will always trust them for any service needs.

So a brief update. They have not made the issue of the overcharge right with me and I haven't seen that anyone else has received any corrections for an overcharge. I was charged $99 for a brake bleed and $264 to tighten two brake lines that were replaced correctly that were easily reached from the top. $264 TO TIGHTEN TWO BRAKE LINES!!!!! Yes you are reading this correctly. Take my advise, go somewhere else.To the owner. The link that you're about to send me doesn't work so save it!Service: Brakes

Outstanding auto shop that I ve been a customer of for many years. The crew at the Fowler location are knowledgeable and friendly with competitive prices compared to competing stores.I only had 1 experience in 6 years where the shop made an error, to which I was immediately reimbursed and the situation was rectified. I can t praise the outstanding customer service enough and will remain a repeat customer. For a true one stop shop definitely check out Midas on Fowler Ave.

Great place with even greater staff. Went in today for a pre purchase inspection of a truck I was buying. I called over the phone and was pleasantly greeted. Quick but professional visit. Would highly recommend these guys.

The front desk staff and managers are very friendly and welcoming. They reviewed my order and ensured I was getting everything I needed to optimize my tires. They changed all four of my tires within an hour which was more than I could ask. They discussed future maintenance of the tires and how I can best extend the life of the tires. The prices are also competitive so I felt like I was getting a good deal. I will definitely use them for all my upcoming maintenance needs. I came here for a routine oil change, and this is my usual place for one, even though the white dude (Scott?) behind the counter has terrible people skills. Have never had an issue with the oil change here before. However until recently my car was having issues. I took it to a local shop that my friend owns to have it looked at, he said there s no oil in the car. Obviously I m shocked because I just went to get the oil changed a month or so ago. Im supposed to have at least 3,000 more miles before I need another one. The guy took one look and could easily tell the oil has been leaking because Midas used the wrong oil filter you could have cost me my entire engine if I didn t have it checked in time. My car has less than 70k miles and I take very good care of it. Will never be back here again.Service: Oil change

I first visited this location probably 6 months ago based on a glowing recommendation from a friend, and I am incredibly happy I did. Since my initial visit, I have come back many times for any service my car needs. Tire replacement, oil change, rack and pinion replacement, brake replacement, you name it. The staff there are AMAZING! Just from my time sitting in the waiting area, I've been able to see how the staff there interact with customers, and I am always impressed with their kindness and helpfulness. Juan Morantes in particular has helped me out personally many times. He has never made me feel stupid or taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. He takes me back to see my car for myself and explains in full what he is doing to my car before he begins, and if he sees additional repairs to be made, he is great about communicating it, showing me, and getting my consent before he begins the repair. Made an appointment for an oil change. Kenya and Juan were both fantastic. I didn't get any scare tactics used get any additional services done on my 2010 Toyota. I was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for future auto needs.

I would give 10 stars if possible... Kenya and Juan are two of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and personable individuals I think I've met ever, but definitely in the auto industry. They were stacking discounts and promotions for me that I had no idea even existed --- they cared about me, my car, AND my wallet which is more than what can be said about a lot of car repair shops in this area. My car broke down on Fowler Ave and was towed to this Midas with no advanced notice for them (no reservation, no call ahead, nothing). Kenya had a diagnosis, a quote, and an ETA in less than 10 minutes of me bringing my car there. Juan was sarcastic, humorous, and truly helped calm me down after the stress of being stuck in an inoperable vehicle in the middle lane of a busy road during morning rush hour.I cannot recommend this Midas enough -- really just Midas in general. It's a hard time to be looking for auto repairs. Even same-day appointments are hard to come by. This Midas does everything in their power to work with their customers and come to the best and fastest solution. I highly recommend this shop, and if you get a chance, sit in the office and chat with Kenya and Juan -- they're awesome!Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Battery
