We were referred here by our signage guy, said they will get us the plexiglass we need for our business. We went in and shocked when Gina told us it will cost $385.20 for a 72 x13 plexiglass with 4 small holes. Since we were in a crunch we paid, she said it would be ready two days later. We missed their closing time that Friday, and said we ll give them the weekend too. Got there for pick up on Monday, and Gina informed us that it s not ready, we asked for an estimated time, since our signage guy does need a date he is supposed to complete our work. She got an attitude and proceed to tell us that it s not like you have a grocery store or something . I felt insulted, as if the fact that we were paying more than 3x the price for the work wasn t insulting enough. Yes this job was a $65 job at most. We were over charged by Gina, and treated like trash for simply asking for an estimated time, now that the pickup time was now gone. This is poor customer service, and not to mention theft. We asked for a refund, and hope to see every penny back in our account soon. We will never recommend Tri-City Glass to any of our customers or friends.

Mirrored headboard damaged while moving. Took it in they will order replacement and put it in the frame fore. Problem solved. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the need for it to match as it is one of a set

These people are the "Real Deal".Counter person listened to my needs. Wrote a quick work order and delivered the finished product the following day.It may have been a simple glass insert for a sofa table but it was important to my wife. The replacement had a very nice "Flat Polish" on the edges and it was a perfect fit.Thank you for the quick turnaround. The finished product was exactly what I wanted.

Left a phone message over the holiday when they were closed. Within just a few hours of their return, they called to clarify some details of my order. I picked my order up the next morning. The cost was lower than prices on the internet. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Won't be my first choice or third. After a few delays to get them to come out they finally showed up for the measuring portion of the adventure. After reviewing the install / proposal we made some changes everyone agreed and work started.Product shows up wrong, they install it anyway and didn't come back Long story short they come by once a week to collect the balance and we keep showing them the problem, a 4 foot widow that only opens 8 inches, and nothing has been fixed to date. The staff does not seem to care and the owner has decided this is not important enough to deal with so we will see them next week. I will say they may be the best option in the area as the others took weeks to make it out for the quote so.....

They don't come on there appointment They make thy don't even call you if they couldn't make it . I waited and they didn't come to measure my table...that's why I give them 0ne star...it's already paid too.. this is the second week if they don't come Wednesday that's it..I have to cancel the whole thing..

I HAVE A WINDOW REPAIR THAT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED NOW THREE TIMES!!!!!SIDE NOTE: THEY ALREADY HAVE HALF OF MY MONEYToday s appt was reschedule because the previous technician didn t put down that they needed the big ladder for my two story house. Off course because he needed it for the other job since they only have one Big ladder. They have been trying to call the tech since 1:30pm and he has the audacity to not answer the phone. I know he doesn t answer the phone because he did to them while he was at my home! Now everyone is leaving the office and the owner is out of town and can t speak with me. AND I WAS RESCHEDULED AGAIN FOR MONDAY!!!!!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Worst service ever had a glass to be cut they called me back 3 weeks later and said that they couldn t do it when the lady said they could not timely manner

Never got as far as actually doing business with them. Two weeks ago I got a quote which included a delivery charge of $50 - 75. When I went to order today the delivery charge was $150. Seems a bit shady. I will look elsewhere.

After an intruder shot into the sliding glass door in my bedroom, I called the local glass stores and Jesse s Tri-City Glass was the only one willing to go out of their way to search and find my size door. They came and installed it within 24 hours insuring my safety and well-being. Special thanks to Carrie, Javier and Brad for all their determination to make it happen!

I called at least 15 window places before referred to Jesse s. Who knew the art of glass cutting was slowly dying. But not at Jesse s :). Thanks so much for cutting and installing our 5th window glass in record time and giving us a fair price. If we need anything in the future - the drive from Fruitland Park to Tavares will be well worth it. Many thanks, The Burke s

We recently placed a rush order for the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's Office. Tri-City was very responsive. They provided a product that was needed immediately, exactly as requested.

Very helpful but the first piece of glass was cut short. The second piece of glass was cut correctly but had some kind of film or glue on it that will not come off. Didn't know it was something that could not be removed until it was installed and then tried to clean it. Glass cleaner, alcohol, nor acetone will remove it.

Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional over phone. Older woman in back round making smart disrespectful comments and remarks. Plus prices are to high got the same job done the same day for way less..

I brought a glass table top to the store to cut down and had the top back in 2 days cut to perfect size. Very friendly customer service

there should be a zero stars choice.. been there 2 maybe 3 times.. same unfriendly attitude each time.. i'd drive 50 miles to get any glass work done rather than deal with tri city..
